Adrian was absolutely amazing. I walked in with a pair of earings that i had questions on. He took the time to not only answer all of my questions but also cleaned them free of charge. I will definitely be coming back. Staff was super friendly. He definitely knew his Jewelry. 👍👍

A friendly, honest pawn shop. They give the best deals I have found anywhere and the customer service is top notch! If you are in a situation where you need money (and we have all been there), they will help you out as best they can. My fiancé and I went in when we were in a bad spot and there was no back and forth haggling, no low balling with some absurdly low price, they gave us what we asked for right up front and we were in and out in 10 minutes with money in hand. Definitely recommend this shop!

When I needed help remedy pawn was very responsive and attentive to my my needs with a considerable amount of understanding and even professionalism when it came time I was able to pick up my property it was in perfect condition. This is an establishment I can trust.

Walked in and an unnamed hero was standing there and I asked him about a 300$ computer said I have 290. He could’ve said ok and taken all my money but said 250 and I asked if he was sure. He simply said yup. I offered him 265 and he went along with it but gave me the 15 dollars back anyways. True kindness

Great pawn shop. Was surprised with the huge loan I got from an amp and some gold when I needed to buy a storage unit. Didnt get to buy a unit because they were all trash. Only had to pay back $100 the next day when I returned the money which was 775 on loan. You can not find any other pawn store that does this. Others would give you like 400 bucks maybe for my amp and gold. I also love the inventory here. Its simple and basic yet full of discounted goods.

I was in a hurry to get a laptop for my son for homeschooling, with time being so hard they sold me a broken one, I couldn’t return in the 30 days due to the quarantine, when I got there they pretended like they didn’t know it was broken, the lady remember me well and they couldn’t even offer anything discount to get another one or some types of refunds, even if it was 50% to get my child another one, I feel rip-off 😡

Made a call to find out if they accept electronics for pawn, was told no, only jewelry and a few other things....decided to check out website and discover electronics was apart of their vast collections. Seemed a little strange that someone would lie over the phone so decided not to do business with this establishment.

Remedy Pawn Shop and Jewelry in Palm Bay Florida advertised on Craigslist with a Sun Miami tricycle for sale. They listed as an owner rather than as a business. I contacted them about a bike for sale just before closing time on Friday. They said they had it still for sale. We drove 25 miles to their store and waited until they opened on Saturday. They told me they sold it 2 days ago. We were very disappointed in this business and their practices.

First of all, at first their communication abilities werent best but they dO give you a heads up on things on loan EXPIRING BUT REGARDLESS its only through mail. The thing is that the customer is responsible for that yet they will work with you. I spent way more than I needed to on a loan I took out to register my car and Im a high school math teacher but they gave me no breaks. They did tell me what I needed to do to not lose my things. Sad that s teacher is pawning things to register her vehicle because of budget cuts and they did what they could but I got my violin, etc. I thought their jewelry prices were over priced to an extent but now wait, I never said they werent fair but for used/second hand I was blown away. Visit jessups in down town to see some real competition. Same to better quality half price! Either way Ive had customer service at remedy above and beyond and I will visit again but these negative reviews sound like irresponsible people who didnt do what they should and if Im mistaken, please know I am sincerely sorry for grouping you that way. When my fiance said he would be there Friday to pick up what we put on loan, the employee stated, ha yea, thats what they all say. It was probably accurate but we had no standing like that so he came in s day early to make a point. It was discerning but whatever. Great location. No real issues and they have a lay away plan.so does jessups! NOTE: PLEASE EXCUSE GRAMMER N SPELLING. TODDLER! :)

Store says it opens at 9 a.m. Im carrying a heavy speaker box and an amp and theyre opening the doors and the guy says over and open right now we dont open up until 10:30 what kind of business is that unacceptable when you have a website that says that it opens up at 9 a.m. or the signs on the front door that says 9 a.m. it should open up at 9 a.m. expecially if you drove far to get there that is bad business and this was the one in Palm Bay off of Malabar Road
