Awesome place. Staff and owner are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I got some engraving done, and purchased a shotgun. The process was easy, and they made sure I was happy with the engraving. The engraving was also super clean. There was some new people to firearms in the store, and the staff was friendly and took their time to explain things to them. Too many gun stores are rude and egotistic to people without experience. If you’re in the market for a gun, engraving or accessories I’d highly suggest JCS.

Had a custom AR pistol built here and it came out great, I posted previously saying i was over charged for the gun which was a clerical error. Duane reached out and made it right. These guys did an amazing job on the gun.

Original order date: 2/24/2021Over 6 weeks ago I placed an order for a slide. Still have no shipping notification.I emailed on day 8 inquiring on timing and the reply from the owner was:“ As stated in the description of all the Glock 19 slides they are currently in production and will be ready to ship in the next few weeks.Once your order is ready and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.”—So, I thought, ya know I missed that let me go look at the website. Sure enough, can’t miss it, shows:***EXPECTED DELIVERY 3-5 WEEKS***Ok, no big deal. So- I mark week 5 in my calendar, as this is my first time using JCS and by that time will be the last piece of my build.Fast forward to 4/6/2021... I ask for an ETA via email. Zero response since, even after asking again on 4/8/2021...—— Update 4/13/21Talked to Duane- all is well- they’re swamped with business and emails - calling is the best option - but there has been a bottleneck of orders and their manufacturer just moved to a larger facility.Totally satisfied and I appreciate his phone call.

I ordered an in stock slide from them 23 days ago. I tried contacting them through phone, email, and their contact request form. They are not responding and have not sent me slide. I will be leaving this one star review until they contact me or send me the slide I paid for.

So happy with my experience! Duane was very pleasant to work with and the quality of his work is amazing (prices arent bad either). He took the time to sit with me and get a good understanding of what I was looking for and the results came out great! He just recently engraved a few cups, Zippo lighters, and gun mags for me. Will definitely be going back to him for more work.

Top quality work. If the material can hold up to engraving he can engrave it. Duane did my Glock 19 and it came out beautiful. Single undercut, finger groove enhancements, and honeycomb stipple. Going to be going back to get another gun worked on soon

I had 4 Yeti cups engraved and they all look amazing. I was really worried about some of the designs I sent because they were very detailed and I wasn’t sure They could be engraved but Duane pulled it off and they look awesome!!!
