Went in to get wheels for my barbecue grill. When I walked in the young lady at the register directed me where to go and had an associate meet me in the aisle. The associate was very helpful. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I dont shop there often enough.

For not so important short term use items, the prices are good. They are no ACE Hardware. If you dont know exactly what you are looking for, you might get frustrated finding someone to help you. They appear to be understaffed. The store is clean and bright.

Should be called China Depot since 90% of their inventory comes from there. Which is fine if you intend to use a tool 1-5 times then throw it away. They will last about that long. Bought a big set of drill bits supposedly titanium coated for $12. I drilled 2 holes in galvanized sheet metal and the bit lost itz edge. Went up and down in size. Same thing. Maybe if they only see softwood theyll be ok but nothing heavy like particle board or oak.Other than that. Dont forget your coupons!

They always seem to have what I need at prices that beat out the big box stores. Most of the electric tools come in three price points so you can have anything from super cheap to superior build quality.

One of my favorite stores besides Home Depot. Im a Handyman and i use HF tools often. They are affordable and durable ( most. Of them ) I use milwaukee drill bits and saw bits cuz they last longer than any of the HF ones. But most of their power tools are good. I bought a Pittsburgh Reciprocating saw and angle grinder 4 years ago and they are still going strong with almost every day use. I beat the hell outta these tools. Lol

Ive always loved this place but tonight has changed my mind. A blonde young girl with a green streak in her hair was very rude, on her phone and texting and never said thank you and she was mad about something. Im always overlooking things like this and never care if someone doesnt say thanks. Thats not what Im looking for but she was rude to my girlfriend. That hurt.Ive spent thousands here...not anymore, not here.

My first time at this establishment and it was Awesome. I saw one employee working on a cart. I asked him about what I was looking for he immediately turned to take meer to the product. It wasnt where he thought it was, he asked a colleague and there was no reply. He then went down another aisle and called me over and put the product in my carriage. I like that kind of customer service. The Best!!!

Ive had mostly good experiences at this store. Theres one lady working there whos not the most keen on customer service, but she does work very hard, so I give her a pass... One thing corporate is doing that I dont really like is theyre trying to offer fancier versions of their products with fancier brand names. The customers are PAYING for this, though. I have not historically shopped Harbor Freight for VALUE, so much as low price... So, Im disappointed at this shift in corporate focus. I dont want a fancy tool when I go there. I just want a cheap solution for a tool Ill rarely use. Ill give an example. Their Bauer brand seems to be taking over the store. I paid $60 for a nice box set of snap ring pliers. The harbor freight price is more like $25 Id guess... Another example. I always liked getting those $16 magnetic trailer lights. They stopped carrying those in favor of LED versions. Theyre more than double the cost. They lost a little business that day. I stood in their store and ordered the $16 version on Amazon from my phone. Its a silent protest. LOL Another thing that irks me is the debacle with their jack stand recalls. They actually recalled the replacements to the initial recalls. They publicly apologized. But, still. Come on. Peoples lives are at stake using their jack stands. Seems like a pretty simple device to over engineer and over build... They went a little too cheap building the Jack stands...

I go there alot, staff is friendly and they have great prices. Watch out for the clearance items they are cheaper online alot.

Saw an ad on Facebook yesterday for a compressor. Model # PXCMF224VW. It was on sale for 219.99. I thought ad said sale was good until 12/31. Couldnt find it on my phone this morning so just went to your palm bay store. They couldnt help me. Said I would have to bring in coupon on my phone. Cant believe your stores cant look up a current sale item & help me!!!

Great place to get decent hand tools at a good price. Chisels, wrenches, sockets, impact sockets. The sort of tools i would be weary of buying anything with an electrical cord or batteries. Pneumatic tools seem to last a decent amount of time. If you are on a budget or just need something cheap for a quick job you would be hard press to find better deals.

This place reminds me if Ace Hardware and Home Depot adopted a child. The place is brightly lit and well stocked. The aisles are clean and organized. The staff very helpful and upbeat. I love Harbor Freight. I’m an art teacher who needs weird things for her classroom sometimes. I can get things here for a great price... blue tarps, zip ties, tape, cutters, rock tumbling items. Big magnets, rare earth magnets. They’ve got em! Riveters and rivets... yup! Casters to roll displays - every size! AND for personal use when the hurricane was pressuring us, was able to find what I needed in stock! I’ll be back soon for something you have that I can’t live without! Always helpful employees make it even better!

Alright look, if you havent been, you need to go. Harbor Freight is the place to go for inexpensive tools. 90% of the tools I own I dont use on a daily basis. Therefore, I really dont need something top of the line. At Harbor Freight you can get good tools that do the job then look good sitting on a shelf for 1-2 weeks waiting to do that job again, and they cost less than a fraction of the price as elsewhere

Cheap tools and pretty much anything youd need to tackle anything youd do at home or work. Just remember you get what you pay for so dont expect the 10$ drill to last like a 200$ one. But super convenient and if your wanting to get your project done without having to spend a million in tools this is your place! I personally love the place.

The employees are rude. Never had a good experience there when asking them a question either going to store or calling them for a product. Has happened numerous times to me and others have shared to me the same experience. In so long as you dont talk to employees, then youll be fine.

Love this store. Did a return and I could not pull up my receipt on my own. Thalia was able to pull it with my phone number and item number and was able to process my return quickly... which I was promptly able to use to spend more money at this store.... Will be back... of course.

I love finding items here that are more than half the savings from any other place. Found a TV wall mount for $16.99 and after the coupon I paid $12.38. Everywhere else they are $20 and above. Btw the staff is professional and very friendly
