Friendly staff, hearing aid knowledgeable and up to date with technology. My hearing aids work great and would recommend them to anybody. Get your ears checked even if you dont think you have a hearing loss!

My husband and I had our hearing checked today. Jessica and Margaret are both beautiful people. We were both treated as if they knew us forever. Jessica is very courteous, warm and welcoming. Margaret is extremely informative, courteous and professional. Our experience was overall fantastic, very pleasant and I would recommend anyone in need of hearing information and assistance to go there.

Folks, I attended a free hearing test session today at the Palm Bay office and I was blown away. Right from the front office where you get a warm welcome from the Office Administrator, you will quickly notice the clean office environment and the professionalism of Margaret Grenville, HAS, BC-HIS a Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Scientist.She would explain the details of how hearing is lost over time, the causes, preventions and how the aids could be used to help. Following that is the hearing test itself that would take your breath away. Maybe I am biased because my test came out good, but I doubt it.Did you know Miracle-Ear has a foundation? Check them out. I guarantee you that every minute spent at their Palm Bay office is time well spent.

Margaret went above and beyond for my grandfather to help correct his hearing. He was told that there wasn’t much they could do for him at the office in Titusville. Margaret tested his hearing and knew there was an updated option for him. She helped him with the new features and linking his phone. She also showed him how to link his tv to his hearing aid. He said no one had ever explained everything to him in that detail and he was very thankful that she took the time to help him! He’s been doing very well with his hearing aid and can hear everyone so much better. He couldn’t hear my mom’s voice at all and now she can speak in a normal tone with a mask on and he can hear her just fine. So very thankful for Margaret and miracle ear for helping my grandfather hear after so many years!

I was really nervous going in and had my 6 month old daughter with me and even with a fussy baby they made me feel comfortable and the hearing tests were easy to understand. It’s funny, all I wanted was to be able to hear clearly. I figured the process would be somewhat impersonal, in & out and on to the next customer.... What I got was the exact opposite. Margaret gives personalized attention, clear and concise explanations and patience when I have questions (that I may have asked before 😊). And her staff follows her example. Miracle Ear has been my biggest blessing. I’ve found my angels. They take care of my hearing aids and my hearing health. They’ve changed the way I communicate not only with my family but with everyone I interact with. My wife used to tell me the puppy would cry by the door every Sunday I left for work and I tried to call her bluff, once I got my hearing aids I’ve heard my puppy crying... thankfully not too often as I don’t have to leave for the week anymore. I have suffered from hearing problems for many years. I have to admit I was somewhat apprehensive about seeking assistance mainly due to common misconceptions I had about hearing devices. My particular concerns were that all devices were visible and bulky and that most devices would not work for my particular hearing problem. I have been coming to Miracle Ear for 5 years now and the staff there treats you like family. I have menieres disease which is very hard to deal with. But Margaret always make the right adjustment to help me. Recently I had to get two hear aids and the research Margeret and Paul did was outstanding. I havent heard this good in years. I love how much they care about me. Most doc these days dont care. But Miracle Ear is the best I get follow up calls and email. The staff there is the best. I just want to thank everyone from Jessica and how sweet she is when I walk in to Margaret and Paul for there patient with the Menieres disease. Thank you for all your help.
