I hired Emmanuel to remodel a bathroom and retexture walls and paint a bedroom. I will never use his services again. The painting in both rooms overlapped onto baseboards and floors. There was white paint mixed in with the gray paint. There were still nails in the bedroom walls that were painted over. No retexturing was done except for one wall. The paint on two new doors had paint runs and the frames were not caulked. The tile in the shower is not even at all. There was grout missing on floor tiles. There is a chunk the size of a nickel out of one shower tile. I gave him the opportunity to fix these issues (and others). He sent back the same worker that did the original work. Some issues were resolved, but others were not. And Emmanuel never followed up to see if I was satisfied. What was supposed to be an exciting remodel has turned into a nightmare. Others beware!

Emmanuel has done several jobs for me, including remodeling a bath, installing hurricane windows, and installing new kitchen counters & cabinets. All of his work has been of the highest quality and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Here’s my experience. It’s all good. No...GREAT! My mother is a widow. She will be 91 in January. She lived all her life in NJ with dad. After he passed my siblings and I decided it best to move her down to Florida so I can take care of her. Fortunately she can still be in her own place and lives only two doors down. The only thing that was a must-have was a shower to “walk” into. We received 3 different estimates and chose this company. Not just because the price was right but because of Emmanuel’s genuine love of what he does and the compassion he displayed towards my elderly mother’s concerns. He met us at the store to pick out the tile, tub, shower head, glass doors etc...That in itself was a pleasant, stress free experience! No stress. Everything he said he was going to do he followed through, even with things he suggested that we didn’t even consider. We went from a 1974 bathroom to something you’d see in a resort (without the high price)! My husband and I consider him a friend. Along with the 3 other homes in our community that he has done work for. I highly recommend. Five star for sure!!

New Hope was very accommodating with scheduling repairs and restoration. They were also reliable and dependable. Their prices were reasonable for quality that was excellent! I highly recommend.

If their home looks like this I wouldnt trust them to do anything in my home.
