Take the phone AWAY from that woman behind the phone, she was no helpful at all, i asked her for prices, the website doesnt have prices or rock types, she said I would have too go there and I told her I physically cant go there due to a broken bone. I explained what I wanted she said they are sold out, all I wanted was a few options andd all I got was a very rude attitude. Thanks a lot for that terrible customer service. We ended up using SOD Depot. They were great.

Purchased a beautiful Christmas palm at a very reasonable price. Received prompt and courteous service.

Top soil was much better quality than Home Depot or Lowe’s. Their truck broke the morning of my delivery, but they kept me informed and bent over backwards to get it to me ASAP. Great products and service.

Called up Landscape Depot to get an estimate on bulk play sand to make a sand pit around my fire pit. They not only had what I needed but with delivery to my house it only cost me $150 for 2 yards of play sand. This same amount at Home Depot or Lowes would have cost me over $500 and that wouldnt include delivery. They had the sand at my home on the same day I got the quote. The delivery driver was very nice and professional as well. I highly recommend the Landscape Depot for any DIYer

Great guys, helped my husband and I find perfect river rocks and beautiful plants for full sun, low maintenance at a great price (bc we cant all be millionaires lol). Love Landscape Depot! Shop here all the time. Consistent service and quality. Reasonable prices. Salt of the earth people. Never had any issues with this place and bought over 50 tons of crushed coquina and shell and plants.

I dont like to give bad reviews but I think I would want to know what this business is like. I wouldnt give them any stars if possible or even minus. I hired this business to deliver 5 buckets of gravel to my driveway. I called and changed the order to 3 buckets. They said they would reimburse me if I called. They delivered 3 buckets of gravel, nice delivery guy, nice gravel. I called many times to have them credit my card. The lady that answered the phone was evasive and not helpful. I live 30 minutes away and said if she wouldnt help me I would have to drive there. She didnt seem impressed. Every time I called and asked for the manager, she would say she was out. I finally wrote a letter explaining my disappointment asking for my money to be reimbursed. I got a letter back telling me to call. I did, and got the same lady saying the manager was out. They are thieves. The only thing I would recommend is their delivery man. He was so nice. I also admit that their gravel was very nice. It is really a shame. I dont like leaving bad reviews but people need to know. I will report to the better business bureau.

BEWARE of this business. I went to landscape depot for a load of rocks for a family member and they dropped them all over my $52,000.00 truck. Shawn who claims to be one of the managers called to inform me that I should not have brought a $52,000.00 truck there to be loaded. He said you should have read the bottom of the receipt. However we never had a receipt as a family member purchased the stone and I picked them up in my truck. I asked to speak to the owner and Shawn said no. I said excuse me and he said itll relay the message. Shawn said the owners name is TIM JAMES. The guy who dropped the stone in the truck was rude, Shawn was extremely unprofessional and by no means should be a manager.

I had Landscape Depot install river rock in my entire front and back yard. The service was excellent! I had changed my mind about how I wanted the stone installed, and they adjusted it for me on the spot! They were quick, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend you call them. My yard is now the best on my block!

Girl was busy on her smart phone too answer my questions. must be the owners daughter as she informed me she was the new sheriff in town. rock prices skyrocketed found it way cheaper at 2 other places, aurora stone and sod depot, way disappointed that I was imposing on her day.

The woman running the Palm Bay location is just plain rude and pushy. As a landscaper with over 25 years experience I do not need to be repeatedly told how to handle my project.Not only did you lose a new customer, a $500+ sale and future sales but you now have me cautioning people to not use Landscape Depot. All due to the attitude of 1 employee. :(

Awful experience, blunt smoking guy shows up and will not even let me explain where I want my load. Just dumps it and goes. Just plain rude and poor customer service from him and Kathy who was the office worker. As a resident of Brevard for over 20 years I would look elsewhere for your landscaping supplies. All around worst landscaping company experience ever!

I love this place. Its easily accessible, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. So far I have bought 3 curved garden benches, as well as lava rocks, large stones for a firepit ring, and river rocks to surround it. The firepit came out gorgeous. They worked with on color selection and made a special order for me.I was a bit clueless about landscaping when I first went in there, and I tend to be a bit high maintenance. They never make me feel bad about it though! They take the time to hear me out on what I want to create in my yard, and they help me figure out how to achieve the effect at a price point I can live with.Their statuary is really cool, theres plenty at the Palm Bay location, and even more in Rockledge. There is also a catalog you can look through and special order stuff. My friend got a pagoda for her little buddha statue and now she has a charming vignette in the front yard.So far, this is my favorite landscaping place.

Customer follow-up is non existent. Upon discovering an issue (they covered up a sprinkler head and broke a line)I made repeated attempts to contact their general manager. I even sent a certified letter to the owner of the company....NO RESPONSE! DO NOT do business with this company!
