I am not from Palm Bay nor have I been a customer before. I showed up before the store even officially opened with 2 lawnmowers each needing a part. Neither one of them was a brand the store carries. The gentleman, I assumed it was the owner, that was getting ready to open was extremely helpful and had one of the employees help me to get at least 1 mower fixed, no part available for the other one. To make things even better he did not charged me a dime! I couldnt believe it and am very grateful. I highly recommend this store.

This place sucks. Youre probably going to say this comment isnt helpful, then youll buy something and understand.

I brought my Husqvarna 450 Rancher in there and the gentleman behind the desk helped me loosen up the brake, it was seized up he spent about 15 minutes on it and didnt charge me a nickel. Thanks Eastside I appreciate that hard work, good fellas in there. Hes probably like one of the only people that could have done that he was so strong. Spring popped out and he had to push the spring back in and then losen my break so I can put the cover on the chainsaw.

The folks at Eastside are great!I recently brought my older model zero turn toro in for servicing and they not only did a great job fixing what I initially brought it in for, but went above and beyond fixing little things like the throttle control arm and a tire that kept going low and then my gas tank which somehow cracked and was leaking; to me that says a lot about their integrity and Ill remember that in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Great people! Very knowledgeable. Ive been to, and called, many authorized Toro dealers. This was the 1st time I was able talk to someone who knew what they were selling.

Update: I now have a Stihl string trimmer/ brush cutter and small blower I purchased here. Fantastic experience again. Great experience. Great showroom. The guy that helped me was friendly and stayed with us until we decided on something. We initially went to Home Depot when Eastside was closed to get a Toro push mower, but at the Depot, we went through two new mowers that were not in new condition. They were scraped up. Here at Eastside, the mower came in perfect new condition, they got it ready and tested it for us, registered us for the warranty, and helped us load it up. We did nothing except enjoy the experience. He then went over all the controls and components in detail with us. I am a very happy customer and I will always buy a mower at a dealer from now on. Ive only been in business for about 18 months. And as my business grew I realize that I needed better and more reliable equipment. James has really been helpful in making sure that Im on point. Every time I come in this store I feel very comfortable. Even the young man that blows the parking lot is friendly. Lol

Its been a few years since Ive been here, but I do need to say a few things.My father, years back, bought a zero turn tractor that just simply did not like running right. Every time we brought the mower here for repairs, it was always repaired quickly.We also had a Stihl chainsaw that was decades old that they kept up for us.Get over there as soon as you can, you wont regret it.

Great people with decent prices $$$. Will be our go to for our lawn equipment parts and needs. If u want service with people who know your equipment an love to help there customers this is the place. Thxs again yall went out of the way to help fix a modified mower will be back!

You will get a better product, with a warranty, knowledge about operation, and at a better price. Great for homeowners and companies.

James and the guys over at East Side were so knowledgeable. I went in not knowing exactly what I needed and the were quick to point me to the right tool to trim my palm trees. I even came back and they fixed a chainsaw I was struggling with. The service was great and the products they carry are top of the line. Id highly recommend.

They do not deserve even 1 star. I brought my mower in to have warranty work done, First of when I went to pick the mower up, I was handed a bill for work I did not authorize, nor even know they were doing. I really dont think the work was done seeing how this Mower was only purchased 6 months prior. Upon questioning the owner about doing unauthorized work on my mower he got extremely belligerent and started yelling we do not have to tell the owners of any additional work we do, we do not need permission. I told him you did unauthorized repairs to the mower without consulting me first. The Owner is the most disrespectful business owner I have ever met in my life. When questioning him, he threatened to call PBPD on me. I said go ahead, I am a customer and I am asking why you are charging me for work that I did not authorize. I guess he felt he was intimidating me because I am a female. WRONG!!! Fast Forward. I had to bring my mower to a different company, because the work East side Mowers did was incorrect. Luckily the new company called Toro and spoke to them about their findings and what material was used when it was worked on before (which caused my engine to seize). Toro replaced my engine, due to not being my fault. The owner of this other company I went to was extremely nice, communication throughout the whole process. Also, when I went to pick up the mower, I had a bill of ZERO. Thankfully my mower is under Warranty, as it is a newer machine. If this wasnt under warranty, I would have had to pay for a new engine out of pocket due to the shoddy work done at East Side Mowers. The owner of East side mowers is a joke and the rudest person ever, You sir do not have the best Company in Brevard County!

East side mowers did right by me, when i brought my mower in for repair, they fixed my mower the way i wanted.. Thank you James, I would recommend east side mowers as my go to repair shop.

Called ahead to see if they had a bulb for my weed eater. Yes. As I was walking through the door with my weedeater in hand to ask a few questions a man stopped me before I could get into the building and said we dont work on those No hello or nothing polite. I explained that I was told they had the part I needed and he let me in like a bouncer at a night club. Got to the counter and the young man seemed as if I was wasting his time buying the $4 part. Ok whatever. I asked a question about how the string feeder worked and a young woman walked up and asked me where I bought the weedeater and to take it wherever that is. I bought it from a friend. She looked at me and said you see that dumpster out there? Take that weedeater and throw it in there I know its old and not the brand they sell but they in fact had what I needed. I dont think Ive ever been embarassed as a customer that was a first for me. Anyways the weedeater didnt last long and I went elsewhere to spend $400 on a new one. I will never go back into this place and I will tell everyone that I can how they treated me.

They must only post the positive reviews, Ive lived in Palm Bay since 1988, and NEVER had such a rude, obnoxious service (from an owner) and EVERYONE I talk to say the same. And when a friend stated they heard from a local arborist kin that very same thing, i i dissagreed, then one day the real colors came out (of the owner that is) Id go to rockledge before I step foot in that establishment ever again, they only wanna sell brand new, (the grandstand mower isnt worth a third of what they sell for anyways) and tell everyone I know the same. Employees/revolving door.. go figure.

It is a great place to go buy a mower or to service a mower friendly staff excellent service cant ask for anything more check them out.

Even though I admit to being wrong about an issue, the appalling behavior and treatment at the hands of the owner is enough for me to write this review. If it had been the first time, it would be different. This is the second time Ive personally experienced repugnant customer service. While my 79 year old, 120 lb mother was treated even worse by the 62+, over 215lb owner. All 51 of her!
