Educational staff and zero pressure sales. The staff here is unlike any staff I encountered while looking for bikes. Very casual environment and conversational with sales tactics. Basically they get know about what type of bike you are looking for and provide various options for you to decide.I would recommend visiting here to learn about what you want to ride not what a dealer wants you to ride. No regret shopping

My husband and I recently stopped by to look at the Indian Scout. I recently sold my Yamaha 650 Custom and was seriously considering this as my next motorcycle. We walked in and spent 15 minutes looking around and NO ONE came to greet us. As a result, we left and visited Space Coast Harley. We were greeted in 5 minutes and reading information with the salesman for a HD Iron 883. I was seriously looking to purchase the Indian over a Harley Davidson. Looks like I’m headed to them since they want my business. 💰💵

I was looking for to buy 2021 Scout and I finally found one -145miles away. Due to work schedules, I didn’t have a chance to drive there and test ride the one they had..so I opted for doing the deal over the phone with Rob. He was very helpful and process was very smooth, especially considering that they were willing to deliver the bike for distance.I was both excited and nervous when the time finally came..My reason to buy a new bike was that I got hit by a car a month ago and my Harley got totaled, but only way to get back on the seat is -to get back on the seat. I didn’t really know what to expect about the person who’d deliver the bike, but my surprise was more than pleasant when mr. Sanchez arrived (handsome too!) with my new Indian Scout. He explained everything that was different from my last bike to me, how everything worked, controls and so on )they differ from brand to brand), I was very impressed how he took time and showed me how to do adjustments if I’d need to (I’m 5ft tall and yet the stock settings had a perfect reach, only need couple adjustments) and what kind of tools I’d need for that. What I liked the most was that he truly knows his stuff and made me feel at ease to hop on my new bike and ride again. Thank you very much both Rob, and especially mr. Sanchez for your service!

Brought a friend to make a deal to buy a 2021 challenger Indian and after 40min walking around we didn’t even get greeted or tried to help us out. Hope Daytona or orlando be able to help us and provide us the service as intended.

This may be a good place to buy a motorcycle, I dont know, but buying on line accessories is a liability. Exceptionally poor customer service not to accept exchanges for on line helmet orders. I previously purchased a different helmet on Amazon. When it came and didnt fit properly the seller gladly issued a refund. Not these guys...Get the money and run!

From the time I walked into the showroom I was greeted by nothing but professional as well as a NO high pressure sales environment. Jason took a lot of time to explain everything about my new scout to me. Answered every question I had even though some of the questions I had where ridicules I am sure. I have received steady emails from Indian of Melbourne for the last two years. (even when I have returned​ North to Mass.)When Im in FL and need service, they are very accommodating, despite not having purchased my Indian from them.However, my service calls are prompted by their own email promotions - which they seem to be totally unaware of.The showroom is clean, well laid out and they usually have a full array of accessories on display. Many clothing items, too.

I had bike their for service a few times! Never again! They broke my fob and denied it, removed my connector for my battery tender with out my permission and I had problems with my cruise control. When they tried to fix it I would set the cruise and my bike would surge. Mechanic told me it was normal on the Chieftain. I ran my bike to Daytona Indian and they fixed all my issues including the damaged fob! Fob run about $400 dollars. Service here is a huge failure! The mechanics are fresh out of school with no experience on Indian motorcycles!

Walked in to the store spent 10 mins standing and waiting and not a single hello from any of the employees that were standing and talking. Guess you didnt want to sell an Indian today

Wanted a new bike and was trying to switch from my second Harley to an Indian after lots of research. The main guy at the Melbourne dealer was incredibly argumentative and unpleasant. He didnt want me to test ride a bike because he didnt want to put miles on the new bikes....Okay.. Ended up buying my third Harley; a brand new 2018 Ultra limited....awesome bike.

This place is top notch!! Beautiful showroom with a great selection of bikes. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I immediately got the feeling that the customers come first. The sales team was there to answer all my questions and was very impressed with their knowledge of bikes. These guys really want to help the customer and ensure a great experience. I was always a HD gal, but now learning how far Indian has come and the awesome product they have - its a no brainer, Indian from now on.... Classy Riding and in Style!
