David the owner honored my original quote from March 2020. We just had a patio roof installed and attached to the existing pool screen enclosure. We also had all the old screens replaced. Shawn Lees crew of Adam and TB gave us a beautiful end product. These guys were flawless in the way they work and kept a clean work area. Heather in the office was awesome to work with, especially with my fifty million questions, and when we had city permit issues that came up. You wont be disappointed choosing this company.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but I feel like I should on this one. I have to say, I am very impressed with the entire process. I had to move the install date around several times, and they were incredibly accommodating. I really appreciate how everything during the planning/scheduling process was seamless. The guys on site were incredible as well. Shawn was the lead guy, and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn’t catch the other 3 guys names but they were equally friendly and knowledgeable. There were some things about this install that were tricky and they worked right through them like a pro. I’m a fairly picky guy as far as work quality and craftsmanship, but I can say I have zero complaints with the install complete. It’s so hard to find good contractors these days, so thank you for being one of the good ones. I am most certainly a happy customer! I will definitely spread the word!

Palm Bay Aluminum installed our pool enclosure in the summer of 2017. Our experience with them was less than desired mostly due to poor communication and organization on their part.They never communicated what kind of turnaround time to expect, which resulted in stacks of pavers sitting in front of our house for a month or so until their concrete subcontractor could come out to poor the footer.Overall we are happy with the finished product, but the communication during the install was on par with every other part of the project. We never knew when to expect workers at the house, and the install itself took longer than promised. When it was all installed, the worksite was poorly cleaned and the inspection with the city initially failed due to a lack of attention to details.

We are in absolute love with our screened room. It was a little bit of a wait to get work started but it only took 3 days to complete. I was worried about the quality since we had another company quote us with their cheapest products at $600+ more but we couldn’t be happier with the result. It is done excellently. Kudos to Barry.The company itself has very friendly staff and responded by email within the same day. Overall, just a great experience.Update: we’ve had our screened in porch for over a year now and it’s holding up strong, even with a 1 year old pushing/banging on it.

May 2020. I saw a job done by Palm Bay Aluminum that looked great and I contacted them. I needed to get the roof of my Florida room insulated and capped to prevent water seepage and to reduce temperature in my FL room. I also needed new gutters, my old ones were broken and sloppy looking. They came out and gave me an estimate that I knew to be reasonable. I scheduled the work. The crew came with all the materials needed and did a great job on installation and took care to not harm my plants. They were quick and efficient and courteous. The job looked great and works great. I will be glad to recommend this company to my friends. Im posting a few photos.

We had a great experience with Palm Bay Aluminum from beginning to end. It took several months before it was time to begin our project; however, it was well worth the wait. It also only took a day and a half. We had a covered patio that needed to be screened in. After calling a few other companies that will do a full screen enclosure, we decided to go with this company because they were the friendliest, and their pricing was the best compared to their competitors. Additionally, their competitors gave us uncertainty of whether they could enclose the “triangle” where the beams meet the roof, and Palm Bay Aluminum worked with us to figure out how to get the job done.

I must be the unlucky one. I had a job done and it was not what I told them to do and they refused to fix it. Attitude is stink, acting as if I must shut up and they don’t care. I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

Im happy to recommend Palm Bay Aluminum. They recently installed sliding garage screens and gutter, as well as hurricane shutters of several types on our home. I could not be more pleased with their entire process, from estimating to installation. Owner Dave Ayers and his staff (special shout out to Heather, John and Walt!) were professional, friendly and accessable. Their follow up to our questions after the install was prompt and appropriate. Looking forward to having them install new windows in the winter!

Palm Bay Aluminum co. enclosed a patio for my mom which was supposed to be weatherproof. However that only lasted a short while until water started pouring in. To begin with, they never gave her options which not only could have saved the situation, but also caused existing materials to deteriorate quickly. When I tried to discuss with Erik, who answered the phone, he got nasty and slammed the phone down. Shame on you and shame on the company for misleading a 90 year old woman and not doing the right thing!

We had Palm Bay Aluminum install a screen room over our pool three years ago now and its been through two hurricanes and still looks perfect! They did an awesome job of installing it right the first time. These people are first class.

Palm Bay Aluminum installed a sun room on the back of my house and we have not been able to use it all. There are 2 areas that leak. There is more water inside than out. They have had ample opportunity to fix the problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them for any work at all. Its a shame they dont stand behind their workmanship.

Had to wait a couple of weeks for a quote and 8 weeks for the install but it was worth it. We got a front enclosure and had the back patio screened in. Excellent quality and workmanship. (And Heather, in the office, always emailed me back right away).

Very unprofessional and unreliable company. New FL room roof installed in 2014 without proper permitting. Roof has leaked since day 1 and no real effort made by co to fix the problem. Reported company to FL Dept of Professional regulations for doing shoddy work without proper permitting. Company is completely unresponsive on phone or in person. Do not use this company!!

Fantastic company. My project was backlogged due to the hundreds of screenrooms damaged by Irma. I had to wait in the que. But when my turn came, they called ahead of time to schedule, then promptly did the job.It is perfect. Working in the swimming pool industry, Ive seen and inspected literally hundreds of screenrooms. I can see the quality of the miter cuts, the fasteners, tensioning of supports and screen fabric, caulking, gutters, downspout straps, etc...Again, it is perfect.Cudos to Heather, Eric, Walt, John, and the whole crew.
