This place is great. As I said prior they dont just sell towels and sheets. They have all kinds of great items even then shaving items so much more and beyond as far as items that you wouldnt think you could find, bb&b just keeps going no matter what isle. Its something high quality and well priced. What a great store with some real surprises.

This stores location is under renovations. The store is still open. Everything I needed was easy to find in spite of the rearranging. The way they are laying out the floor plan, will be awesome. Everything seems to flow nicely.

So this store actually attempted to scam/con me out of $617.00 tonight. Too long of a story to tell here but basically they placed an online order for me in store, charged my debit card than cancelled order 1 hour later claiming my payment method was not valid. Funny thing is I also spent 400 onsite on same trip at register there and they had no issues accepting my same debit card. What a joke. This brand will die like most other big box retail, good riddance what a disaster this store is....also the staff there was insanely rovotic and unhelpful. Time to close up shop BBB.

Will not shop here or any Bed Bath Beyond store. I spent a lot of money in Bed Bath Beyond so did my family and friends. They all refuse to shop here. They decided to kick the my pillow guy(who has worked extremely hard and has manufactured right here in USA, giving Americans jobs) all because of his political beliefs. Shame on Bed Bath Beyond that is discrimination. Keep your politics to yourselves Bed Bath Beyond!!!

Largest one I have ever been in. A little bit of everything including a full makeup section. The main aisles at the checkout were bot designed well enough to fit the extra large carts their using. You definitely cannot get two for opposing traffic flow. Also they put one too many register stands in. You cannot get two carts next to each other to check out without difficulty. Considering the traffic in there, it was merchandised well and fairly clean. Staff seemed helpful and front end manager was on the ball when registers were backing up, to bring more team members up.

It was a pleasurable experience as always everything in its place. Although I did have a slight communication issue with the cashier but a member of management (female if shes not management she should be) came over in time before the wonderful experience changed! I love BBB .....LOVE!

I returned a leg massager with receipt. No questions asked.And there is certainly no lack of assistance in this store! Every salesperson that passed, stopped to ask if they could help with anything. When seeing that my arms were full, a fellow turned and fetched me a cart. I didnt get to the bedding side, but the housewares dept. seems to have everything you can imagine. I saw some nice bamboo wood drawer inserts for cutlery for under $20.

This is one of the best stores I have been too. They are hardly ever out of stock on an item. They let you stack a 20% off single item coupon with a $5 off if you spend $15 coupon.

Good one. Any BBB used to have a BuyBuybaby around but this has limited option for kids combined with BBB and you have to find them and look closely.The store pick up reservation was helpful though sometimes store people feel bad if we wanted to check out anything else in quick time.So if you go for pick up finish all your chores and come back at last to pick your order.

This store is usually a pleasure to shop at. I stop by to stock up, usually twice a month or so. I love using the coupons to save $.Though theres always one glaring complaint; the public bathroom is hideous, very dated, broken down, locks dont work etc.This is quite odd considering this company & store promotes nice bathroom products, etc.Please close this section for a couple days and remodel the womens bathroom. Then itll be perfect, well almost. 🤗

Great customer service from the employee that helped me near the kitchen stuff (Clifton I think was his name or Clinton) he was awesome. Customer services manager on the other hand was a complete monstrous power tripping manager. She was rude to the staff and to me. Never going back, lost a valued customer. No one should treat their staff or CUSTOMERS like that.

Okay Im sure Im not the only one who gets multiple and I mean multiple 20% off coupons emailed and mailed to me on a daily basis from this company. Well youd think that if they send out so many coupons that theyd hire a staff thats patient enough to wait on a customer who is using several coupons am I right? Well not this store! I was checking out and trying to pull out the coupons for my items when the cashier starts harassing me because Im holding up her line.. I looked at her nicely and said Im sorry I will have my coupons in one second I have a 20% off for each of my items and she looked at me like I was the biggest pain in her butt. She goes and takes the 20% the lowest priced item I bought and goes here I did the coupon for you are you happy now..... are you kidding me. I looked at her and told her to just forget it that Id go elsewhere and she said fine just go and hurried me away! I then went to customer service to let them know that they should really speak with that associate and let her know she needs to be more kind to customers and they were rude too and acted like she did nothing wrong! I will never step foot in that store ever again after that. I also unsubscribed from the emails because why would I want a company to blow up my email with coupons that if I try to use them in one of their stores Im treated like crap? Horrible horrible horrible customer service never seen anything like it. Hint of advice to corporate, make sure you start from the bottom, you cant have a successful company without good employees and sadly this store is filled with rude ones with no respect for their customers.

I came in 15 minutes before closing and got the look by the male employee as I walked in. I said, I know youre closing. I will be out in time. Looking for a 2 in 1 blow drying brush unit. Ive never tried one before, so well see how this thing works. Got to use my $15 off $50 coupon on my $49.95 drier and two 20 percent off coupons for two other items I bought. Coupons were out of date, so they were good, as always, about that. Store is clean, well stocked and well lit.

Great experience! Lots of employees around to help. I wish I knew their name, but they were so helpful and creative. They didnt have what I was looking for, but they took it upon themselves to get really creative with what they did have that could serve the same purpose. The only downfall is space... they need bigger stores. The ONLY reason I didnt rate them 5 stars was because of the space.

Walked past many associates, not one asked I needed help finding something. Then I get to the register and there are 2 registers side-by-side. No one was at either. Those 2 cashiers continued talking to each other and didnt even acknowledge me. Finally I asked if they were working and my cashier gave me a dirty look. She started ringing up my stuff and actually stopped in the middle to continue her conversation!

I purchased an item that quit working within the product warranty. I brought it back to the BB&B service counter. Zina, the Customer Service representative was very nice, caring and professional. She immediately contacted the manager, Becky who took the time to help me find and order a replacement for the defective product I brought back. Becky was also great, caring and helped me find an excellent replacement. Zina and Becky both exceeded my expectations! They were wonderful. This is the type of service that is appreciated and will always bring me back to Bed, Bath and Beyond as a customer. Thank You!

Emplyees are very kind n friendly here at this location. Store is always clean n tidy! Manager at this location a older gray hair woman is very unfriendly n very unprofessional!!!!! Has no class in speaking, dressing nor management qualities AT ALL!Makes our visit uncomfortable when she is there. I would of given this a 5 star rating but because of her l went lower. Some people just like to share their misery!

I used to love this store,but an incident that happened a couple of days ago has left me not wanting to ever step foot in the store again.I do like dogs, but, there is a place for them and not in a store that sells linens, towels and a lot of other products that have no wrapping on them.I am allergic to dog dander . So let alone I could not stay and continue to shop, I will not purchase anything more from this store.

The Christmas Clearance was O.K. found a couple of deals.. .Good place to pick up some travel items and sample size everything for your desk at work. I stalk the place until the K-Kups are on sale and I have a coupon. The Krispy Kreme is my favorite! No sale on sheets here. Regular clearance sucks, never anything good.
