Went in for phone assistance. It bit the dust and I needed to get it to stay powered on just long enough to transfer it to a new one. They had to use a hot plate to open up the galaxy active the patiently took the 1+ hrs to transfer everything. In the midst of a busy. Ustomer day, Allan was more than helpful and patient. My mother came in with me to pick the phone up and ended up buying several useful things from his large assortment inventory. He ended up not even charging me for the labor on the phone. You could tell he sincerely cared and was genuinely accommodating. I cannot give him a high enough review.

This was my very first visit ever, and I was blessed with having the best help ever from Joseph Hudson, who within five minutes, programmed my 2011 VW key fob. I had been trying to get it programmed for months, and had no idea that a place that sells batteries and bulbs was capable of doing it for a very reasonable price. The dealership wanted $150, another place wanted $80, with no guarantee it would even work. Mr. Hudson had no doubt it would work, and he was absolutely correct.I highly recommend this place.

My car’s battery decided this morning was the time to depart this earth. So sudden, it seemed healthy. After trying all day to see if neighbors or friends were near, I finally got a jump and headed over this location. I was greeted when I walked in and then helped by Jose who was super friendly and a great help. He confirmed the battery for my car was in stock and got me out in as little time as he could. Myself and my 5 month old are grateful. Would highly recommend.

My boyfriend brought a phone here to fix the screen for my birthday. They fixed the screen but broke the back also the speaker stopped working.We called and brought the phone back to fix the issues. They did fix the speaker and the back. However when I received my phone back the tech pointed out a handful of scratches all over the front screen that were not there prior to dropping it off. So I can say they did try to fix the problem however everytime it had a new problem. How all the scratches got there are beyond me seeing how the screen was just replaced December 12th and today is only the 18th. At this point it is what it is.. I have no time to keep bringing a phone back and forth to leave with a new issue everytime one is fixed.

Helpful staff got all I needed

Two marine batteries were ordered online and were delivered to store promptly and for a good price. Store clerk was very helpful and courteous and placed the batteries in my car. I also had car key fob battery replaced in same visit. Way easier than waiting in line at Walmart or even Costco.

Heat can kill a car battery just like cold weather can. My battery died on my 2017 Ford Explorer called Allan he said he had one in stock. Drove down he removed my old battery and replaced it in 15 minutes. The price wasnt that bad. Highly recommend

They were polite but made a SERIOUS mistake. I took my 6s in for a cracked screen replacement. I upgraded to this phone largely because it HAD fingerprint recognition. When a third party (Batteries+ in this case) does a screen replacement it permanently disables the fingerprint recognition. Now I dont blame them for Apples greedy proprietary decisions, but the tech should have warned me that it would permanently alter my phone. Apple is the only one who can do a screen repair without PERMANENTLY disabling the fingerprint recognition. Its inexcusable to me that I wasnt warned by Batteries+ about this. I would have never had them do the service. Now I have a 6s that lost a huge chunk of its slick functionality due to them. There is NO fix for this. Im stuck. And that is permanently stuck in my craw. This issue occurred in the summer of 17. Here we are in the summer of 18 and I havent even come close to forgetting about it. Im only here because I searched for a place to repair multiple items I have and Batteries+ came up in the search. NOT A CHANCE!

I went in to replace a key fob battery and various bulbs I had out. Their customer service was outstanding and it was so refreshing to see them taking such great care of some older folks that came in while I was there. They genuinely seemed to care. I will definitely be back!

I went here on a whim while shopping in the plaza for them to change the batteries in two water resistant watches. What a MISTAKE! Both of my watches have issues now. One has condensation in it, which means they didnt seal it properly and the other just works on and off whenever it wants. Plus the guy said the date on one watch for some reason isnt working. Really! It was working fine before I came into your store.I was initially very pleased with the fast service, but fast obviously isnt always right. I should have known better and went to a watch store and not a battery/bulb store. I am not happy and now have two watches I cant use. Plus, I need to spend more money to get them fixed. I will NOT reccomend this store for watch battery replacement at all!

So I going to the store today to get a new battery for my key fob. An older gentleman helped me out very kind changed out the battery wanted me to check it on my truck before I left so I checked it it didn’t work. He had customers so he asked for someone in back to help me program my key fob. So a young boy came out with a beard with an attitude obviously didn’t wanna work looked at the gentleman and said can’t he help you. So he grabs his laptop with an attitude from that moment on I was done so makes you wonder how much money this business is because of bad employees!!

I have a 5 year old Samsung Galaxy Note 4, not only did they have the replacement battery, but showed me why my external battery was not charging my phone . They are very helpful and professional. I am very satisfied with the service at Batteries+.

I made an appointment online and went to the store before 6.30Pm.I was turned back to come back next day.I went back next day and told the technician that my old iPhone plus needs battery replacement.Instead of replacing the battery he stated I have to check the phone and call you.I said I have been here twice already.He started telling me it may cost more than 100 dollars even without touching or opening the phone.What is the point in making an appointment?

I came in last year and had a broken iphone screen that they repaired quickly and professionally, but like any technology you can sometimes get a bad part and that was the case with me putting me at the mercy of technology.I came back in, they saw that it wasnt working properly, no more questions asked, and they simply said it would be replaced.It was ready the following day even before the promised time.They have a great team working there.

I brought my phone into the store wanting to change the battery. I thought the battery could use being replaced as I was going on vacation and it looked affordable with the ad in the window. After the service was completed I was told that the chip in my phone would not allow 3 batteries to work but he reinstalled the old battery. I was told that the problem I was having was the chip in my phone not that battery. This was a false statement as I was never having a problem. On my way home and the phone crashed 3 times. I called and it was my phones chip again. I spoke to the assistant manager who said he cant see it over the phone that I would have to bring it back in. So I did so. I was told that they damage the battery in order to remove it but they would get me a new battery. I was then charged for the service. I take it home fully charge it again and at 37% it crashes again! I had had enough I called an iFix place who said they would look at it. I brought my phone back to batteries plus which I was refunded the battery and they gave me an apple battery that was on its last leg. I then went back to the iFix store and they replaced the battery in front of me. I have since had no problems. I would not recommend replacing your phone battery at this store. 3 visits, wasted time and gas, and nothing but problems.

I bought two motorcycle batteries from this place; I took them back within the warranty period three times, always told me is nothing wrong with the batteries should be something on your motorcycles that is not charging the battery.They made me buy a battery tender to maintain the batteries. Next week same problem!!!! I just got tired to remove the battery from the motorcycle and take it back, because I knew they going to say the same thing.Warranty expired on both, I replaced with Yuasa batteries that I got online.What a difference not battery tender needed pay almost the same price that I paid on the store. I prefer to buy locally but I tried and your customer satisfaction was terrible. ‘Listen your customer and they will bring more customers”We own 4 motorcycles and I have so many friends with motorcycles. so sad they cannot make it right...

They are liars! They said I had 30 days to return my purchase and then when I got back in town 1st they said they already re-stocked the items, which they had not! Then they said I only had 14 days and it is writtten on the back of the reciept. In tiny print!!! No way to keep a customer! I will NEVER shop there again!!! And I do not recommend shopping there no personality lousy customer service terrible help, Etc.!!!

I had gone to the store with a battery that was purchased from another batteries plus nearly 65 miles south of the store. The battery was 3 weeks from being 1 year old and the customer service was horrible. First, they said the battery was out of warranty and I had a receipt to show it was still under warranty. Second, they didnt know if the had one. Third, then they just sold the last one 20 minutes earlier Forth, then they had to walk around to tell me that I had to drive 14 miles in the opposite direction to get one. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
