Wanted to leave a nice review for the gentleman that helped me today tall young man with curly hair couldn’t see his name I was getting ready to leave the store I’m too shy to ask people questions and I thought I knew what I needed and he saw me walking out with the ink I needed asked me if I was looking for that and he was kind enough to tell me they had it and it was a different number for the color I needed he was very nice and helpful he was the only one that greeted me at the door when I walked in and out very nice young man. I was impressed because ive been to this Office Depot before and no one ever says hello or helps out.
Waited almost 10 minutes to be even acknowledged on print line with nobody on line, rude
I just wanted to say goodbye and have a proper funeral for the OfficeMax on Northlake Boulevard. It was my friend for years and it really met my needs for printing and many other things. I spent a lot of money there over the years and Im grateful that it was such a good store. So old friend, Im going to miss you and I hope all your employees found much better jobs. This is just another casualty of COVID-19.
4 ppl in the store and I needed assistance finding a ink ribbon. The gentleman at the printing area said talk to the cashier ( there was a line) another at the tech area said try the calculator area but if not there they may be somewhere else.Absolutely no one on the floor to help and the 4 ppl that were there had no enthusiasm to help a customer. Walked out

Calling them for info was pointless. Everyone of their directions was dead end. No responseWondering how to stay in business
I was in a rush to get some brochures printed and bound and Rebecca at Palm Beach Gardens did an amazing job that was professional and looked amazing. Thank you very much!
Rebecca in the copy and printing department has fantastic customer service! I explained my situation and told her what serious time crunch I was in and she was able to do everything I needed without hesitation in a timely manner. She was attentive, helpful and was very good at multi tasking helping other customers at the same time. She also told me about the awesome perks you can receive by using the Office Depot app. She deserves to be recognized for her great customer service!
I have been a customer at this location for 15 years and have always found staff helpful, knowledgeable, professional and attentive to needs of customers. My shopping there on 10/22/19, regretfully, the cashier was quite annoying. She was far more interested to go off and chat with another co-worker and displayed her impatience by her tone of voice and sharp handling of items purchased. Absolutely obnoxious body language and no knowledge of store or proper way to get assistance!!!! In addition, it seems the overall attitude from the manager to the shorthanded staff too much effort or no interest at all to take care of the needs of customers. TRULY a most unpleasant shopping experience, so I left!!!

I needed to make a simple fax. There was no one in front of me, but the other projects took priority over me. It took longer than I would have liked. I waited almost 15 minutes. I just think people at the counter should take priority or maybe the other workers without customers could help in some way at the business center with simple transactions like mine.
The customer service is very good. Ron at Print Service does a great job of multi tasking. However, another person to assist in that department, needs to be hired. There are several managers running around, and 1 person behind the print desk. Perhaps someone cross trained as cashier or tech help on the floor, helping customers with items such as print cartridges and assisting with print jobs AND print service assistant would be an excellent idea. I have been waiting in line at the print counter many times, and hear other customers just give up and go elsewhere for printing services.
The young lady who assisted me went above and beyond! Morgan was patient and even though I am not versed in tech she never made me feel bad. An asset to your business.
I just moved here a few months ago and every time I visit or call this location, I receive the most genuine and helpful treatment. I recently called to see if an item was restocked and not only did they check other local stores, they checked their own stock and went through their warehouse to find the items. Another time, the guy in the printing area cut a large paper for us and didnt charge. I always leave here thinking that I should write a review, so now Im finally doing so.
I came in for an emergency banner that needed to be done ASAP. Ron was awesome! He made my project important to him and made sure it was perfect for me. He’s the man!
The 5 stars is for Morgan specifically. She is the one who really provides outstanding service at this location in the print area. I dont know what I would do without her!
One person in the copy center and he likes to talk a lot. he does not prioritize nor call for help. the guy helping him only knew how to fax. I have been waiting for 20 minutes and there were two people in front of me and two behind me he asks me what I need now that it is my turn and then without a word walks away to help a lady at the copy machine so now I am waiting again. doesnt this company teach customer service . 1 guy helping give customers is not impressive or expected . he never once called for help it a manager.
A new hire, Brianna is a great addition to their team in the Printing department. She knows what to do, and gets my printing jobs done, without delay. I am thankful for people like that in my busy day!
People at the print shop are very lazy . I called and asked if they had time to print and cut 50 already designed business cards in their system and drove 25 mins to the store for someone who was sitting around doing nothing to tell me they didnt have the time to do them tonight. Very disappointed as I wanted to give out these business cards tomorrow....
Never had a problem with Office Depot before in years of being a happy customer until I visited this particular one in PBG. Unfortunately I was helped by someone who looked like to be still asleep and with no desire of being there at all. I had simple work to be done and at the entire time, this employee had no charisma, no personality and no kindness, telling me that certain papers were not available when they were. They were available because at the end of my visit I was able to walk out with my work done the exact way I wanted it to be. She then calls another person to come help me,who obviously could do her job better than her. As the new employee arrives she tells him Talk to her in a very, very disrespectful. Employees name is Courtney. The second Employee was Josh, who was extremely helpful, caring and nice. My advice to you is, you should find something you enjoy working on because Copy Center at Office Depot is definitely not it. I will not come back to that store unless there is an office emergency. Josh, Raphael and the rest of the crew are excellent employees.
Terrible service. It seems unless youre white, or over the age of 55 you are completely invisible to the staff here. As soon as I walked in I was followed throughout my entire dreadful shopping experience, was never greeted nor acknowledged like a normal human being should be, nor was I offered help when in visible need.I mean they were right there watching my every move they code offered to help at least.. The management staff were too busy talking about their own personal lives instead of being attentive to their customers needs. The young lady at the register was wonderful and the rest of the staff can learn a thing or two from her. Needless to say I plan on avoiding this office Depot in particular at all costs, and you should too!
Never had an issue with Office depot until yesterday. Generally service was great. But in trying 2 get some address labels, the guy was great until others came in then he bounced around. 1 woman had 2 get her child from school another had been there early morning so she got his full attention. Aft 25 minutes of standing there I left, to him calling come in tomorrow morning, I told him I had a doc appt, he called out something else, I just left. Ill use Fedx from now on

Don’t ever try to make your business here, a complete waste of time. Their business depends on their internet reception and in there is terrible. The old guy is super rude. I won’t ever come back to this place! Printing area guys, easily can be replaced by a robot, was useless.
Do Not FedEx here. They tried to lable my standard business envelope for shipment. They ran out of letter FedEx packages. FedEx informed me it would never have shipped.Thank goodness I left and went to FedEx right down the street. No one knew how to process my order and kept trying to send via US Mail. If you care about FedEx and your package arriving go down the street to FedEx.
Best Buy ran out of gaming monitors completely. They had plenty on Black Friday
The guy named Ron in the Copy and Print department is the most knowledgeable person in The Digital, print world, he helps everyone as much as he can going beyond his limits to keep everyone happy in a very demanding customer environment.
Sales person either mislead my spouse into purchasing all the replacement color ink cartridges or had no idea what they were talking about. Was told that all had to be replaced together and that was simply not accurate. Only one color was needed and now we have spent $67.39 for no good reason. Totally unacceptable.

I need to get copies in laminating done. They technician there was sufficient professional in gave me advice on how the best do the project I wanted completed.
This used to be my favorite store but management has apparently changed. Just doesn’t feel friendly they’re not helpful and they seem stressed. Not what you need when you’re working on a project
Love shopping at Office Depot bought a few computers there printers, water, toilet, and paper towel reasonable price..
Started BAD no one wanted to help me ny a 400 chair 15 or 20 minutrs then operation manager came out eas great but no one elso did anything thry were very busy talking on phones. He assisted me rang the register and help me put it in my car total one man show. Thanks to that person who knows what service is

The staff does not always know what they are doing. They are understaffed and very slow.
I was trying to print a book and one employee was annoyed by all my questions and when I asked for help he gave a rude “you’ll have to wait a min.” I ended up leaving without anything because no one was available to help. Two employees were kind and one helped when I had one problem but not available when needed to finish my print job.
I waited for over five minutes at the counter waiting for anyone to assist me
