I bought my wife’s ring here back in March as well as my ring. This was the first time buying a wedding ring and I have to say it was a great experience. They have really taken care of us with everything. The quality is what I was looking for. I did a little shopping around and really did my research before going anywhere and it led me here.

Prior to going to the store I made an appointment. When I arrived the door was lock but promptly opened be a sales associate. Once in the store everyone wore masks and social distancing was observed. I was able to see a selections of gold chains and select one. The checkout process was quick. This is how business should be conducted safely in the COVID-19 environment. Kudos to Jared!

I have got to say I have never had such a great experience as buying an engagement ring from here. Sam helped us every step of the way through finding a ring and the right diamond to fit the setting and he was the most professional gemologist. He was so knowledgeable with all the different diamonds and exceeded our every expectation. We asked a lot of questions and he was able to accurately answer every single one of them and then gave us additional information on top of that. Sam patiently worked with us to get an understanding of exactly what we wanted in a ring and made suggestions based off what we wanted now thats real customer service! I could not speak more highly of Sam at this Jareds location he is truly the best at what he does!

I used to really like this company and the location. Recently with everything going on the quality has noticeably decreased. I called in May to schedule an appointment for a cleaning left my name and number. Never heard back. Called a month later and was told they cant schedule a week plus in advance. Last time I called I finally got an appointment and had a question. I got a response of Sorry I have customers waiting in front of me. Thats no t how customers that buy your expensive product should be treated. Also went to pick up a custom piece once I was. Otified it was done. Was told that it would be a 30 minute wait due to too many people in the store and they were short staffed. Like I said they used to be good but not so impressed with recent experiences.

I could not be happier with my gorgeous ring. Sherry is so incredibly helpful and kind! She is so honest with no beating around the bush and took time with us to discuss ALL our options. Like seriously gave us at least an hour and a half of her time to make sure we were happy and well informed. Kelly also helped my fiancé and was a big part of the reason he chose to go with Jared. We will be back as long as Sherry is here!

Unfortunately I was in a extreme hurry to make a purchase the evening I went to Jared.I say unfortunately because it is a lovely store and a nice place to take your time to see all the beautiful pieces of jewelry for purchase.All the staff members are always so helpful and on that evening they couldn’t have done more for me to get me in and out.My sales representative was so wonderful in helping me pick out exactly what I needed for a birthday gift.The employees assist each other if needed and it is so nice to see teamwork that they always seem to show to the customers, at least every time that I have ever visited.So get yourselves to Jared it’s a wonderful place to shop. 😍

Terrible. It has taken 3 months to repair my engagement ring and when it came back the diamond was crooked. They had to send it back to “home office” to be fixed.The store made several mistakes including sending my ring to the wrong place - setting back the repairs even further. They tried to cover it up by saying they were waiting for enough jewelry to be sent out. Do not trust Kristi or Caitlyn - avoid those two!!

I do understand that many business are being precautious because of COVID, but if you are doing only appointments. You should try to at least honor the time given. I was not told that when I made my appointment that I would have to wait in my car and wait to be called on. I was only going to drop jewelry off which is not a long process at all verse someone shopping for something new. Your establishment is obviously still busy and you may need extra people but having someone wait outside over 20 minutes is unnecessary. I would really hate to think that because they are not making a sale and that we came to just fix jewelry that was sold to us from that establishment that we are not important and that other people can go in front of us. But that is what happen. They said we were next and they would come to our car. A family of 4 walked out and than another guy that pulled up in his car just got to walk right in while we were waiting.Also the woman that is answer the phone today 08/02/2020. Is very short and curt. I can’t even here her name when she says it and just seems bothered by anything you ask her. Very poor customer service skills. I wish I knew her name, the most I got was something “sh”I will not go back to this establishment ever again to fix nor buy

I urge everyone to stay away! My fiancé bought a custom engagement band from the palm beach gardens location. First, the band came back two sizes too large - the custom order stated my correct size and they had my size on file. When I brought the ring in for re-sizing they ruined the platinum band and tried to give it back to me lopsided with a very obvious line on the band from where it had been cut and sealed again. The band had so destroyed a manager put in an order for a brand new band to replace their in-house mistake. The new band had not arrived for over two weeks. When we called for an update they promised us that it would be overnighted and reset in time for our engagement party. This did not happen, in fact, when we called a week later for another update, a separate manager told us that they never overnighted a new band and that someone at the store lied and made up a story that it had not shipped due to a hurricane.It has been a month since theyve had my ring - as a newly engaged woman you can imagine how upsetting this situation is and after finding out multiple store team members and managers have been stringing us along and lying to put us at ease, without actually fixing the situation. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE, anyone from ever going to this store.If you love your woman, want any quality, or customer service, dont go to Jareds! Long story short, today we got a full refund, took our original diamond back to get it set somewhere else, and will NEVER RETURN to this store or deal with these people again. Save yourself, go elsewhere!

Shoppers Beware! Do not shop at Jared.This store embodies the money and soul sucking entity called Jared The Galleria of Jewelry. At first, I went to the Jared vault in West Palm Beach and bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I had already paid off the ring (around $4500) within a month when she realized that the diamond had a flaw and there was a black spot inside the diamond. This was not there when I had purchased the ring. She took it to the Jared location in Stuart to have it cleaned. They said they couldnt get the black spot out of the diamond and said they would exchange it for a completely new diamond.They then proceeded to open up an account in my fiancees name and charged the whole ring on the account. They then credited the wrong account for the first ring that I had purchased. Needless to say, I have been to three different Jared stores to resolve the issue and get the correct account credited.They then charged $75 in interest when it was supposed to be 12 months no interest on the account. I had to make another trip to another Jared to get this fixed. Getting engaged is supposed to be a happy time in a couples life, but Jared The soul sucking Galleria of Jewelry has completely ruined the experience.I have been to 3 different Jared locations at least seven or eight times to get all these problems corrected. None of the locations are close to my residence. They are over a half hour to 40 minutes away. I will never shop at another Jared location again. I tell all my friends about how horrible Jareds is and to avoid it all costs. Worst experience ever. Do not ruin your relationship or the joys of getting engaged because of this horrible institution.I will be posting this over and over till everyone knows what a horrible place Jared The Galleria of Jewelry is.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I purchased a ring for my now fiance and chose Jared because they were advertising 0% interest for 10 months. I confirmed and repeated over and over again that I was getting 0% interest for 10 months. They nodded, they smiled, they agreed, they made the sale, and I went on my happy jolly way to get engaged. All was flowers and sunshine.Unfortunately it took me 3 months to realize that I was getting charged 26.99%, and had already payed over $300 in interest. It turns out their only special is 0% interest for 12 months ONLY IF YOU MAKE 20% DOWN PAYMENT. Luckily the 800 customer service rebated all of the interest back into my account (lets wait and see if thats actually true) BUT had to take part of my 3 months payments as the 20% down payment, without changing the interest free time-frame. So, now I have three less months to pay this off with no interest.THE BEST PART IS THAT THE 800 MANAGER CALLED THIS STORE LOCATION TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED, AND THEY DENIED HAVING ANY SPECIAL AT THAT TIME.Youve been warned, get everything in writing because these people obviously dont know what theyre doing.

Worst company ever. Their finance company posted erroneous charges, but when I called Jared to help they said that is between you and our finance company. Really? I thought you would stand behind your customer. I have been shopping here for over 20 years and you lost me as a customer over $35. Sherri said she was helping, but never called back. We have had nothing but the best experiences with Jared and all of their staff. Last year I showed Lennice a picture of a ring I liked on Pinterest, and in just a few minutes she had a custom design that blew me away. Whenever I am at Legacy Place, I stop in for a quick steam clean to keep my ring bright and sparkly. Sue, Vincent and everyone are always so accommodating I cant say enough about them. We have returned for our wedding bands and all of our jewelry needs. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!

Absolutely the nicest person Ive ever spoken to. Just left the store, I purchased my first pandora bracelet and some charms. I brought a bracelet in to be repaired on a Wednesday. Went to pick it up on Saturday after 5:30 like they told me. It was not ready until after 7:00. I think they actually started work on it when I arrived to pick it up.

Was pushed into buying a larger engagement ring than I really wanted (I have small hands and the stone just looks too big on me), and it was positioned wrong in the platinum setting. THREE times I took it back to the store and it was crooked every time they gave it back after days! Dont trust this store or their salespeople! They think that because they are situated in PBG, every person who comes in there is an idiot sheltered housewife. They rarely have customers in there and will hound you like they are trying to drink the very blood from your neck if you come in. When I broke my elbow, the paramedics had to cut the ring off of my finger (I almost always have it on) because the swelling was starting to cut off blood flow to my finger. I had a lifetime repair/protection policy on the ring, and yet the employee at the store seemed irritated that I was not purchasing, but rather just asking to use the repair policy on my ring. Yes, the ring was literally destroyed. But gold is malleable and not that hard to reshape.
