Ordered 3 Squishmallows online from them and they shipped one without a tag they then wouldn’t pay return shipping even though they sent a defective product. Would be very wary of doing buisness with a company that doesn’t care whether they deliver the right thing or not.

We went in today for the squishmallow event and the woman running it could not have been more unprofessional and more rude. My granddaughter who is five years old wanted to purchase a squishmallow and she said and I quote she’s not a person she doesn’t qualify. I could not even believe my ears. We waited in line for over an hour and a half to be treated terribly. She made a comment that she’s never doing this again at her store. And I have to agree she did not handle this situation well at all.Very disappointing.

Amazing! This place has extremely high quality service! They always help find the perfect toy! The store is fun and the kids love it! This little gem is an awesome awesome place. The workers greet you immediately, and help you find something. They even wrap it for free! Wow! Hard to find these days. They have such great quality toys there, and everything has some educational value, whilst still be super fun! They have wooden toys and other more classic toys! The free wrapping is what does it.

Love the learning express. They always have the newest trending toys. This is my favorite place to come and get a birthday present because I can grab and birthday card and have the gift wrapped all in one place!

All their employees are so helpful and know just the right thing to reccomend! Shari was extremely helpful and is very talented with her artwork, the activity tray is perfect!

Great assortment of toys and gifts for kids. Love being able to go to a local shop and purchase. However was very disappointed and turned off when I tried to return a gift my son received double of from their store. I had purchased and my mom the same gift both from this store and was not aloud to exchange bc I had no receipt when it was wrapped in their paper with their sticker. Very odd being that we only wanted to exchange for something else. Makes it hard to buy gifts for others with this type of return policy. Being a retail store owner I always make expections for my customers

As a former emloyee of Learning Express, I can honestly say this job was the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL place I’ve ever worked at. They hire young girls who usually don’t have much job experience and enforce ridiculous policies (like physically getting in the dumpster to put down trash). Me and everyone I know that worked at the gardens location were not trained but just thrown on the job and yelled at when we make a mistake. I’ve seen poor customer service from management and outright disrespect towards employees. I was fired from Learning Express after defending myself when being disrespected. Every time I work with managers (adults) on shift, there would be childish gossip and badmouthing about other employees (teenage girls). It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in the workplace. Although I’m still learning and growing as a working woman, I know that mangers and owners shouldn’t call children names like “idiots”, “dumb asses”, “dummy”, or “useless”. In my opinion, Jim Arpe (the owner) and a couple managers that follow his lead should retire or just not be in customer service because I’ve worked retail many times and never seen this level of confusion, unprofessionalism, or ill mannered behavior. God bless to anyone who loves Learning Express, as I do too, but I find that other locations are easily better than the one I’ve worked at here in gardens.

So many squishies! There is a wide variety of fidget toys, baby items, and squishes! The squishies are affordable, and very nice quality. Wonderful customer service and always has a friendly atmosphere. I have seen many brands of squishies there including my Kawaii squishies and a AMAZING new brand called squishy squad. The squishy squad squishies are SUPER SOFT, AMAZING QUALITY, AND SUPER SLOW RISING. They are also nice quality without the price being really high. Learning express is my favorite store to buy squishies. Totally recommend. 10/10

I LOVE THIS STORE it is amazing and me being a kid with ADHD there is a wide selection of fidgets and things to twiddle with such as stress balls putty floam fidget cubs ect... and the people who work there are very welcoming and kind and help all customers for what age range in toys books people are looking for I always look forward to going to this very fun and welcoming store I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for gifts for kids or kids with ADHD autism add ect... 1000/10
