They did not stand behind a poorly constructed sliding screen door. The person who came to see what the problem was was not able to correct. Said hed send the person who made it, 2 months ago, would come back to resolve the problem.Im still waiting with a non functioning sliding screen door.So much for better customer care from a small box store.

A very well stocked hardware store with better prices than the larger retailers like Lowes and Home Depot. They also always have friendly and knowledgeable staff ready and willing to help you with all of your needs.

PBG Ace Hardware is THE place for everything you just can’t find anywhere else. If you need nuts and bolts, this is the place to go. Friendly staff, locally owned, great prices, and the best part... it feels like a REAL hardware store. I’m from Pennsylvania and when I moved to the Gardens area, I was worried I would miss my neighborhood Ace, but this place is the real deal. Keep it up!

As soon as you walk in the door your greeted with a smiling face. Staff are definitely willing to help and make sure you leave with what you went in for. They will be getting my business alot more now that I went in.

Absolutely the best.They live up to their slogan.So helpful.I was sold the exact right bit for a drill even though I had no idea the size of the star bit.We talked about different issues about what I was using it for etc and the sales associates knew .love this place.

This place is hidden with Ace not even on its sign. I had to call NASA just to find an entrance to this so-called Ace Hardware. Advertisement said works on small engines. I inquire about some engine work, and Im told they dont do small engine repair and in plain sight there is a leaf blower on the workbench. So I scratch my head and mumble as Im walking out the door, thinking to myself how do I describe this joke of a place without using profanity. please save yourself some time and aggravation and dont bother trying to find this joke of a so-called hardware store.

A huge asset to have in PB Gdns. If you pop in someone will ask you for assistance usually in just a few minutes. I use this place all the time to build solutions in the nut and bolt area. Love it.

Im disabled and had a wheelchair wheel that had come loose. John at Ace was very helpful and spent a long time looking before finding me a bolt that would fit. He then refused payment. His kindness meant I have my wheelchair and my mobility back.

I go to this store almost exclusively for their stainless steel hardware. They have a great selection and are very helpful and friendly.

Only issue I saw is their sign on the outside. Google maps tells me its there but their sign says something different.

I researched this place and went here because Im not a supporter of big box stores and I own several independent retail businesses. All Im going to say is, this isnt the kind of service Im accustomed to receiving back at my local Ace Hardware; aloof, disinterested, SLOOOW. If they arent going to provide service, because they dont have the prices or selection, one might as well go to Lowes or Home Depot-- which from now on I will. Its astonishing to me there isnt a better independent hardware store out this way.

Chipped key got stuck in the ignition. Triple A hasnt been able to remove it. Locksmith is on his way. Be careful with any chipped keys you have made there.
