Im a musician and I went to Premier to get some custom ear plugs. Im very happy with the service given and the ear plugs I received. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and talked me through options and the process. Id highly recommend Premier!

I was very hesitant at first to get my hearing checked, all I could think about has having to wear a giant thing on my ear that squealed like my mother used to wear and that terrified me. I am a 72 year old male who has been wearing hearing aids for 15 years. I have used several services over the years and find Scott Aitken to be the best technician I have worked with. At some other places I got the feeling they were more interested in selling hearing aids than helping to improve my hearing. Scott is the first that took the time to very thoroughly check my hearing. He took the time to patiently explain what he was doing and why it was important and the level of my loss and how it effected my doing daily activities. He is extremely professional and you sense he really cares more about improving his patients ability to hear better than in simply making a sale.

My son took me in to get my hearing tested, I never realized how much better I could hear with hearing aids, I could hear my son down the hallway. The hearing doc was very patient and thorough at explaining everything. 5 stars from me!

I brought my husband in for a hearing test last week, when we found out he had hearing loss we werent surprised. The staff at the location treated us with great respect and were very friendly. Today my husband was fit with hearing aids and was shocked at how much hes been missing out on, he even started to tear up…. Without my hearing aids I simply can not hear when noise is present. I recently took a boat trip to Florida and while at Riviera Beach Marina I was in desperate need to have my hearing aids corrected. Scott Aitken, the hearing aid specialist heard my story and offered to help. He in fact solved the issues with my Aids in minutes. I offered to pay him and he declined saying he was glad to help. I can’t overstate how impressed I am with his professionalism and more, his caring about my situation. With him it was not about the money but rather another helping a patient in need. I’ve been in healthcare for over 50 years and this is a wonderful experience. We need more like Scott.
