When the urge strikes one to three times a year, I usually stop by this location while at The Gardens mall to indulge on one scoop of HD Rum Raisin ice cream. Their banana and strawberry smoothie is also a good treat. Their staff is friendly/welcoming and provides quick service.A special thank you to Carolyn who was super pleasant and accommodating. 👍🏿👍🏿(Cost: $13 + change for the ice cream and smoothie - a bit pricey, but well worth the price 😉)

Aidan was hands down the most informative and energetic employee I think I’ve ever come across! I mean this in the nicest way possible, I’m not sure why he’s working at an ice cream store (He’s obviously destined for great things) but Haagen Dazs should be honored to have an employee like Aidan!

Amber is the best employee here! There are a couple other girls I just adore but I cant remember their names. They are the sweetest and since I work in the mall I come here quite often and they all have memorized my order, so when I walk up the confirm thats what I want and immediately start making it.they are all so sweet and I absolutely love coming here!

Nicole is a great employee! She stayed open late to make sure my friend and I were able to get what we wanted which was very nice. Her customer service skills were amazing.

Yummy ice cream. The price is insane as My husband decided to spontaneously come here and the total came out to $16 for 2, 1 scoop cone. However it was worth it and the young lady serving us was super nice and the ice cream is fresh.

Laura always has a smile on her face and a wonderful attitude with every customer, even offered a free sample of a new flavor I ended up buying.

Ugh. Lazy manager Amber would rather do “her fruit display” than help her employee make my 3 items. She stood around with another employee saying “corporate” does not allow her to help him unless the employee asks for help. Ridiculous to wait 10-15 minutes when there were no other customers on the scene just lazy employees. Sticking w Starbucks from now on.

Worst customer experience Ive ever had. Unfriendly, rude, and lazy. On top of that, It took 20mins for a milkshake that was all watery. Andre the manager wouldnt replace it. Called and spoke to Jay, so immature and only says tough luck and hangs up. Not a good representation of your business code.
