We built a home and needed to coordinate the lighting for over 6,000 sq. Feet. We could not have done it without Andrea. She is professional, detail oriented and not afraid to tell you when something won’t work. She not only helped us in our selections, but her knowledge in the Design industry prevented us from making some catastrophic decisions. She knew when we had to add things like extension polls and light bulbs to an order for our ceiling height and included those extra parts in the order . Everything went seamlessly. Wife and I visited the Palm Beach Gardens location on Sunday, Feb. 23 to look at ceiling fans as we are replacing all of our existing ones as we renovate the home. Was greeted by Lorri Ronca upon arrival and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and guided us on the various choices. Long story short, we needed up purchasing eight fans.

Purchased a chandelier for my living room. The delivery took longer than we were told, the extra chain we ordered was not delivered and most importantly the chandelier was damaged. Instead of Capitol Lighting bringing the missing chain to my home we had to inconveniently travel back to the store to get it. Then when the chandelier was installed it became obvious that the bottom of the chandelier was damaged. We immediately took pictures and called Capitol Lighting along with the installer also speaking to Capitol Lighting on the phone. We expected Capitol Lighting to promptly replace the damaged chandelier however after multiple phone calls and emails they have not replaced the damaged chandelier. Capital Lighting has not even indicated they will replace the item. I have requested either it be replaced or a full 100% refund of all costs including installation. BUYER BEWARE - you may receive damaged lighting and Capitol Lighting does not correct the issue.

Barbara Hart helped my husband and me choose the perfect lighting for our new Jupiter home. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she has great taste and made a great effort to get us good deals! They have a HUGE selection in every aesthetic style, too. Will use again and again!

Husband and brother went in today (10/17 early afternoon) Woman at the front was rude, short with them. They were sent there by Home Depot, she was apparently annoyed with them and happy to do anything not to help. I formed Home Depot so they dot refer back anymore.

I went to see Janice at Capitol Lighting. Went home to think about my potential purchase. Came back the next day with my contractor and Janice was off. Spoke to Andrea who was both snobby and snooty. Told her Janice had OFFERED me a discount and Andrea turned her nose up. My contractor was her customer who she refused to speak to. Why? Because he wasnt born in the United States and so she directed all of her questions to me. MY CONTRACTOR WAS THE CUSTOMER. She proceeded to tell us about her $8,000 couch that no one cares about. When we left, my contractor said, I dont like people like that. I responded, me, neither.

LIGHTING REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE SELECTION IN THE SHOWROOM WAS IMPRESSIVE AND THE PRICING RANGED FROM MODEST TO VERY HIGH END, WITH SOMETHING THAT WOULD FIT EVERY BUDGET.

Very helpful. Needed a part that had broken on a fan and they easily found it and ordered it. Also ordered some other lighting. Pricing was very reasonable and the gal who took care of us was helpful and friendly. Will definilty go there again.

We found a ceiling fan we loved. While placing the order in the store my husband found the same fan online, 20% cheaper and they priced matched!! I received it the next day via FedEx. We will shop there again.

We bought a light fixture and after 8 years it started to crack by itself so we went to the store to try to get some info on the company who made it, they dont have anything on their computer because they change their database 5 years ago and the invoice doesnt mention the brand or model number. If i want a cheap light Ill go to home depot, this store did not help with our problem and they dont stand behind their product. Also taught the saleslady were a bit snob, you have a better chance to get service if you wear a rolex. I would never go back again

We had an excellent shopping experience today. We were looking for a bathroom ceiling light and ceiling blade fan. Upon entering the store we asked for the location of these items and were directed to the two departments. After looking at the ceiling lights we went to look at the ceiling fans. There Dawn Bonadies, the Sales Manager, offered to assist us. We described what we were looking for. Dawn listened to our needs; knew the available products in terms of size, color and mounting options; and helped us come to a decision. She placed the order and described the delivery options. We were in and out of the store in 15 minutes and will be able to pick up the Minka Aire F518 Concept II 44 Inch Flush Mount Fan with Light Kit on the next business day.
