Went in to find a pair of shoes to give me support while I continue to recover from a sprained ankle. Will was so wonderful in helping me find a shoe that fitted my needs! I was reluctant to go to the store because I am such a difficult fit. I didnt have much hope in finding a shoe that would work for me. But then I met Fio ( maybe Fiorola) she was a godsend. This young woman took my plight seriously and helped me to find the right shoe. She must have brought out about 30 different choices and understood all of my concerns and was very patient and kind. Went to buy new sneakers today. Have hallux rigidis in my big toe and need a deep footbed. The salesperson was abrasive and critical of the titanium plate prescribed by an orthopedist and was telling me I didn’t need it. I left and told him I wouldn’t buy anything from someone who yells at his customers. My husbands name shows but Lynn Friefeld was the shopper.

Fio helped me. Measured my extra wide foot. I wanted white. She brought me a white that could fit my orthopedic and my foot. Im so happy. I bought them.

Fantastic customer service from Derek the owner. Some of the best I have ever experienced from a retail store. Derek is very knowledgeable and willing to help anyway he can. I had an issue with a shoe giving me blisters after running in them several times and even though they were used he was still willing to help me get into a different shoe. Definitely recommend this store and will be back for my next shoe purchase.

Wonderful experience!!! Very kind and professional service. I spend long hours on my feet at work and had been experiencing severe pain in both feet but especially the right foot. The saleswoman (cant remember her name, sorry) knew exactly the cause. After measuring my feet for proper size/width, she was able to recommend a style that would help correct the problem causing my pain. As soon as I tried the shoe on, I immediately felt improvement in my pain. I was so happy with the fit and feel that I purchased 2 pairs. This is customer service that cant be received over the internet or big box stores.

Nobile shoes is the most professional shoe store I’ve ever been in. It’s like going to a podiatrist who sells shoes to fit your feet properly. The Nobile Shoe staff is always so helpful. Years ago I suffered from plantar fasciitis and my doctor and PT recommended insoles from Nobile. Each time I replace a pair of tennis or running shoes I buy a fresh pair (even though they tell me I can use the old ones) and regardless of who helps me everyone is so professional and helpful. This visit they pleasantly surprised me when I found out they now carry “OC” “on Cloud” shoes! They had a huge variety of styles and colors and I ended up purchasing the same pair, at the same price, that I was going to purchase on-line. Sandy helped me this time and she was awesome.
