Clean space and employees are super friendly and helpful. Best deals I have seen so for for raspberry. 4 for 5 bucks. My infrant loves them.

Favorite. No signage and may be hard to find...tucked in on Bradley Place. A well kept secret. Very spotless...Palm Beach style. Dress to impress. Great bread, desserts!

First Publix I’ve ever seen with a valet. Some Publix’ have a unique design and this one appears to be made of marble. The staff are pleasant and welcoming and the establishment is clean. Little on the small side but we’ve been coming for years and can usually find everything we are looking for.

The best Publix Ive ever been to. But it does seem 10% higher than other Publix but it is Palm Beach beautiful clean and they got a great little salad bar and Chinese hot bar its a great place

Few things in life are better than having valet at your local supermarket. I was very generous with the photographs for this review. Its a full service location complete with a pharmacy, deli, bakery, fresh seafood, produce and flower department. Their wine aisles (yes thats plural) includes a wide variety of high end champagne and a Dom Perignon cooler. The produce department has a great selection of organic and conventional vegetables and fruit. The bakery is larger than most free standing bakery with many choices of fresh made breads, cakes and pies. Even late at night and during peak hours I was stopped by employees and offered help to find items without asking. The eye contact and friendliness vibe of every person is on point. The staff there really seems like they want to help. I believed them when they asked me what can I help you find today? When I asked him for the fabric softener, he actually said allow me to walk you there the pharmacy had clearly posted hours so I put those in the photos below. Its worth a trip just to enjoy a five star supermarket experience. If there is such a thing, this is it!

Bought this pizza this evening on a lark. The Screamin Sicilian Cheese Pizza was hidden on the top shelf above major brands, and it is the best frozen pizza I ever had. Its fantastic. Cooks perfectly in 13 minutes.

We visited from out of town during a rainy Tuesday evening in Summer 2021. The store was in a swanky are so you’d think it would be packed with options. The fruit and vegetables dept was left to be desired. Although they had any Haagen Dazs flavor you could think of, which is a plus. The cashier were not friendly at all and downright rude. Tried finding a manager on site but was unable to find one. I’m glad my area Publix is far superior to this one.

Management needs to provide a break room or outdoor sitting area with tables and chairs for their employees.Indeed, Publix employees are constantly being seen, right by the main entrance, having a picnic, while sitting on the floor...Cashier seems to think its ok to have her cell phone on speaker, openly chatting with her boyfriend, while doing your checkout.

Tonight I had my first experience shopping at the Publix on Palm Beach Island just to see if it was any more different since it had the most starts compared to most publix around now I dont live on Palm Beach Island I live across the waterway but still I asked an employee in there why is this publix stocked so beautifully and theres so many more brands here and choices and different things that Ive never seen at any other Publix and they told me and Im not going to mention what employee did this but they told me this is where the rich shop now that shouldnt be and shame on you Publix ...all these items be and vast selections should be available in the other Publix stores(non on island) everyone deserves to have great food dont you think.. I would understand if this was a privately owned store but Publix is not!

One of the ritzier Publix’s in Florida since it is on Palm Beach. Very low key, hard to notice from the street as there are hedges and trees blocking the store and there is no traditional large green Publix sign out front, just small letters carved into the outer façade. I can only imagine this is to try and discourage “outsiders” (non Palm Beach residents) from shopping here. I would highly recommend not parking here if you plan on going to the beach as you WILL get towed. Palm Beach Police routinely patrol the parking lot. Other than that it is a decent Publix 👍

Great Place to shop people are great and every once in awhile you will pump into someone famous.

I have quit shopping at Walmart for my grocery needs because Publix truly has won me and my family over there is not one bad thing I could say about a public supermarket no matter where I go I love my public supermarket.

I asked an employee to help me look for an item. She said Ill get someone that knows more. So a manager from about 15 ft away. In a hurry asked what did I need. When I told him. He just pointed and said all the way down the aisle. And walked away in a hurry. Ive been a Publix customer for over 25 years at various locations. I have never experienced this.

This Publix is pretty great! The store is very clean, and they disinfect each cart before you use one. The employees were extremely nice and helpful. Cant say the same about some customers 😕 but thats their own problem. Theres even people who work separately from publix just restocking stuff and they were also very nice and pointed me to someone who could help me find something. Oh and the parking lot was clean and had employees out collecting carts to be cleaned. This place is overall a great grocery store!

Staff has no customer service at all. Their having personal conversations with each other without acknowledging customer. They seem annoyed when you ask a question….just horrible service overall

The manager really need to have a talk with the employees the ones on bakery and the ones that are making the sandwiches they dont say good morning they had an attitude very unfriendly special in the morning woo I just want to buy an empanada and they act like they dont see the customers asking for it

As wonderful of an establishment as this is, I completely disagree with allowing small (non-service dogs) allowed inside. I find it utterly disgusting and unsanitary. They are carried and allowed to walk on their leashes. I cant imagine the amount of fur and slobber on the fresh produce and what if they go to the bathroom on the floor 🤢??

They are the most friendliest & people ever! They have a nice salad bar, olive bar, & hot food bar. They even have a spot for specialty cheeses where some one will cut them & even grate them for you. The deli has great selections along with hot meals that you can take home with amazing Boars Head meat subs! Fresh bread thats made daily! This store also has one AWESOME butchers block too! The quality & selection are beautiful!!!

Always a pleasure to shop here. My favorite is filling my box with items from the food bar. I enjoy it so much when Im home. The Asian food is simply delicious especially the marinated chicken and steak I had that day.I wanted to go back for more. The olive bar was very tasty and I mixed it with the salad and dressings. The price goes by weight so just enjoy what you really love. The pastry right next to it was exceptional. I tried to limit my choosing - but it was hard.The deli looked delicious but too many customers were in line.Sometimes it gets very busy around lunch but you can understand why. Go visit this location and you will enjoy the visit Im sure.Also its on Palm Beach Island - so see the Bradley hotel and all the ambience around it.The area will capture your heart. Check out the beach down the road and you will have a wonderful complete day if your a tourist.Enjoy!

Had the worst experience with a cashier name Veronique and bagger today around 8am. If that’s the customer service given to a customer at this store then it’s despicable. by ganging up on or having attitudes and slick remarks and getting loud and belittling a customer. The Publix meat for a sub was disgusting. The criteria for hiring is lacking and just because you speak multiple languages does not qualify a person to be hired when they do not know how to speak to people.

This is by far THE BEST Publix Ive ever been to. Always the best service!

It seems like the nicer the neighborhood, the friendlier the employees and the higher the prices. I guess thats just island life. Ive gone here a few times out of necessity, but its not my go-to because its on the way home not around the corner and the prices seem higher here. Yes, the wine selection is good, but Id really rather just do my wine shopping at a liquor store. This works in a pinch, though.

The best part of this store is the pharmacy. I switched to them about 6 years ago from Walgreens and have not ever regretted the decision. Wendy, Maria and many others in the pharmacy are wonderful and know people by name. They are wonderful. I do my grocery shopping here too and the rest of the store is great also.

Different varieties of fresh fruits and all groceries stuff are available here. I used to come at this place for my groceries shopping. Staff are friendly and attentive. Also having excellent selection of vines and beer.

Good salads

Lori at the front door wants to act like a police cop. I had my mask on but Lori decides my mask isn’t’ high enough on my nose, close to my eye (it covered my nostrils) Lori decides to make a scene because she gets to have a power trip for the first time in her life, which has been filled with bad decisions on part (53 year old door greeter). She threatens me with the cops and starts taking pictures. I spend a lot of $$ in that store weekly. More than Loris paycheck.Since when are Publix employees authorized personnel to make medical assessments on how PPE should be worn? Lori, you didn’t graduate from medical school, you didn’t even get a GED.
