Do not buy from here!! This product does not stand the test of time and the owner may be a good sales person, but he apparently will not do the right thing if there is a problem. The complete explanation and photos follow...After carefully considering the expense, and being assured the product was nearly indestructible, we purchased this very expensive gate for our home. The owner, Medad assured us that the installation was simple. We asked if he could have the hardware installed prior to giving us the gate - he declined but reassured us that this was an easy process. We made a short video of Medad that we showed our handy man how to install. We even FaceTimed with Medad and our handyman during the installation process to insure we were doing everything correctly.Within a year of installation we started to see a crack forming and communicated this to Medad. After ignoring our follow up messages and emails - he called us yelling to blame us for the poor installation, accusing us of harassing him, before he hung up on us.After advising him that we were posting a negative review he agreed to assist us in resolving. He then told me that he was afraid that our questions were designed to “get money from him.” I assured him we just wanted to get the gate fixed. When I followed up for the additional help that he said he would give us, he yelled at me and hung up on me again, after using profanity for no reason. We are considering legal action.

Medad created beautiful, one of a kind decorative screens for a glass door and a large window in our home. Both were situations where we wanted more privacy, but not at the expense of losing light and some features of the view beyond. This was the perfect solution.

Don’t bother as owner Medad has no time for a small project. A king headboard, 2 in person 15 min. conversations, 3 emails to determine pattern and size and he had trouble understanding why I was asking for the width of the border around the pattern. He sent a thumbnailpicture and was focused on telling me why I received a good price. As a Designer on this project, I never questioned the $1070.00 price for 1/2” thick material, but rather needed to make sure the scale and size fits the wall it was proposed for. May not want to waste time here...why he shows small pieces in his showroom if he has trouble explaining basic sizes, and has no time for 1 headboard. Might I suggest listening instead of babbling about topics that are a non issue? I guess Medad will hold out for only the largest projects Palm Beach has to offer! Buyer Beware.The stores response is an outright fabrication. Being new to the area, I had no other source for a headboard made with this material. Happily I would have altered the pattern as the client held no feelings for one pattern vs. another. As mentioned the picture they sent was a tiny thumbnail, not any professional high gloss picture. In fact I sourced a high gloss king headboard with beautiful pencil thin palm posts fromJames & Jeffrey Antiques right on South Dixie Highway. Sorry Chic Settings, people move on fast when you don’t listen.

They make custom furniture. It is beautiful and rugged and competitively priced. Dealing with the owner was a pleasure. We got what we ordered and on time. It is beautiful and should last forever.

The product materials are maintenance free and look stunning. The staff is also great to work with.My new gates haved changed the appearance of my home and increased its value. I was tired of cleaning and polishing my glass shower panel every day so I ordered a custom designed shower panel from Chic Setter. They made layouts with different designs and I chose a modern pattern. Two weeks later I received a fantastic panel that is carved on one side and solid on the other side which is now towards my shower. I replaced the glass panel with the new cool shower panel which is a piece of art that has changed my boring bathroom to a spectacular space. I’m glad I no longer need to clean a big glass wall every day. The panel looks clean at all times. I’m planning to order a few Oslo door covers and a big Orion light fixtures from Chic Setter to make my condo look like a million bucks.

I have had many expensive outdoor furnitures in the past but none of them have been maintenance free and as elegant as my Chic Setter furniture. I love Chic Setters ingenious designs and the fact that my new gorgeous patio furniture I bought are maintenance free and never need painting or refinishing. Obviously, the material is mold and mildew resistant and stays clean at all time. Rain removes the dust and debris and I have water hose them couple of times. They are the best things I have ever bought for my home. I highly recommend Chic Setters products. They are truly amazing!
