I called the store to receive a quote on a couple of hats I needed monogrammed. The women on the phone acted as if it wasnt normal for a customer to call beforehand to receive a quote. She continued to be rude and vague over the phone as I asked her a few other questions regarding turnaround time. Typical Palm Beach customer service LOL Ill be going elsewhere.
