Recently purchased a few canvases online. They arrived quickly but there was an issue with one of the canvases. Greg responded quickly to my email and was immediately willing to make the issue right. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

This shop is a DREAM! It is absolutely busting at the seams with beautiful, fun, and witty canvases. Jessica has created such a joyful environment with the combination of her gorgeous decorating and warm personality! The only “bad” part of the experience is having to decide what to buy and what to leave behind!

I made an online purchase from this store for the first time in December 2020. While my package succumbed to the Covid-impacted USPS service, Greg and the Lycette team was so very helpful in finding my purchase and making sure it was ultimately delivered securely. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received (and I make a ton of online purchases)!! I would not hesitate to buy from this company again!

I purchased my first needlepoint project at Lycette. I have always wanted to start, but every store Ive walked into has been dis-inviting and not helped me as a beginner. Not only is the space adorably decorated, but there is such a wide variety of canvases and fiber! This is an incredible local business run by lovely people.

Parking on street in front for 1 hour makes access easy. Store well marked. Lots of stock kits threads all around in cabinets draws on walls. Cozy bright store. Staff helpful. Overheard man telling another customer who was hesitant about buying embroidery and not knowing how to embroider that he would teach him before he left that day.Come for the lovely atmosphere.

Lycette has to be the best needlepoint shop I have ever had the pleasure of shopping at and stitching in! The space is spectacularly designed and Jessica is incredibly inviting and knowledgeable. As impressive as the stunning interior is the perfectly curated selection of the best designs the industry has to offer. The comfortable couches, teaching nook and natural light will make you want to stay all day and without fail you will find multiple projects for any age or level of needlepointer. The thread selection is unprecedented and beautifully organized – I almost enjoyed picking my fibers as much as I did the canvases! A must visit if in Palm Beach!

Run, dont walk to this absolutely darling needlepoint oasis. Its the absolutely perfect spot to find your first needlepoint project and all the supplies you need or to add to your stash. Jessica, the proprietess is an absolute doll and and is an excellent teacher, curator and needlepoint cheerleader! You wont find a better selection of canvases anywhere!

Lycette is more than a shop, its an experience! Beautiful, stylish and comfortable. You can settle down on the sofas and enjoy Palm Beach out the front window. The fiber and canvas selection are over the top and be sure and ask to see the scissors...its great for experienced stitichers as well as newcomers to this wonderful craft.

Lycette and Jessica belong in a Nancy Meyers movie. The store is beautifully appointed and full of whimsical, unique canvases with signature purple fabric edging.I look forward to rediscovering needlepoint in Palm Beach and introducing friends to the pastime through Jessica’s eyes.

What a gem of a shop! I want the inside of my next apartment to look like the inside of lycette. Bright friendly space, amazing fiber selection. Owned by a super sweet, fun, young gal. Cant wait to bring a project and hang out in the needlepoint lounge area for an afternoon!

The recent opening of LYCETTE on Palm Beach Island 🌴 is a momentous event ! Having been visiting Palm Beach since my early 20’s as a favorite local for relaxation..... it was always missing a place to purchase pieces for my most avid form of relaxation..... NEEDLEPOINT !We no longer have these worries or long drives from our holiday in PB !!!Lycette Designs is finally open on the island with some of THE best canvases I have ever seen ! This shop is gorgeous inside. It’s relaxing to visit, shop or even to just stop by to stitch with fellow needle pointers.Now living on the island, carpool line at PB Day Academy is much more exciting as I can stop into Lycette easily as I turn down Seaview Ave. SO happy.

Very poor service. Waiting months for my email and phone messages to be returned. Office manager claims “Jessica is very busy...”. That is unacceptable and a poor excuse. Jessica assured me she would get me prices for Kate Dickerson canvases I was interested in and said she would honor the trunk show discount since she did not have the information available. This occurred on October 13th/14th. As of today, December 5th, I was informed in person by the store manager, Betty that no discounts would be honored. Everyone seems to rave about this shop and I don’t understand why. Based on my experience, Lycette needs to realize that the customer comes first. Poor communication and not honoring promises is a recipe for disaster. Thank goodness that there are countless online shops and an excellent shop in Delray Beach - definitely worth the drive from Palm Beach.Terri

Lycette is a beatiful and welcoming place to be inspired, laugh with friends, and stitch! Lycette’s owner Jessica is knowledgeable, creative, and has a great eye for pairing threads with canvases. So happy to have discovered her custom canvases and that she finally has a storefront to call her own!
