This Goodyear Service store has always helped us with our tires and oil service in a timely and very cost effective manner, definately recommend them.....

Great staff and service! I took my Dodge Charger to get serviced because it was shaking when I drove past 45mph. I thought my car needed an alignment. Turns out the rotors, calipers, and break pads, etc from the front needed to be changed asap. Well they did just that and other services. I am happy to say I can enjoy a safe and smooth drive. Thank you guys so much!!

The guys here have always taken great care of my truck, including today when I brought it in with a couple screws in 2 tires. Dropped it off and less than an hour later my tire was patched. They would have plugged it for free but I requested a patch. Great service and honest as well.

I went there with a coupon for an oil change for 12.99. end up paying 19.00the coupon also had wiper blades for 14.99. he tried to jack up the price for the wipers. i told him to look at the coupon. he still over charged mefor the oil change. look over your bill carefully. i did not want to argue. i paid and left. never going back. been going there for years. hopefully the owner will respond and give me back 7.00 dollars. ill be waiting. someone called me i called back . no call back. i may have to go there.seven dollars is a lot of money. and he still over charged me on the wipers. 12.95 for oil change. 14.95 for windshield wipers. round it out to28.00 plus tax and waste disposal, why did i pay 49.00. come on jeffcall me.l

This shop really cares about their customers. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday with two destroyed rims and tires and need the car completed by Friday. They were quick and accommodating, while extremely friendly and you could tell they really went out of their way to get good pets for my 2017 BMW. Highly recommend this shop for any car both foreign and domestic!

Something about this place just doesn’t seem right.We came in for a simple oil change appointment and we have been here for over an hour. When you come in for what you want to get fixed they always have to show you something else on your vehicle that they want to fix but in all reality it doesn’t need to be. They are just trying to get you to spend more money and waste your time waiting around. The employees do not know how to respect women when they talk to them, they say things that just make you feel uncomfortable as well as looking at you. If they would stop talking so much to one another they’d probably get some actual work done.

Jake is the best at Goodyear. I love, particularly, how Jake welcome the customers. He clearly explains to me the work that should be done to my car.They left for a while and the attention changed and not for good. I decided to go somewhere else. Now I am back. Superb service!!!

Great customer service. Have gone to them for all my oil changes for the past 2 years. Bought my new set of tires from them last year. Knowing very little about car maintenance they are patient in teaching me and it is refreshing to know that they are so honest about any work I need, and when I dont need things done. Jay and his team are courteous, friendly and always professional.

The team at Goodyear of Palm City is top notch! Not only did they provide the best price for tires in town, they were fast and provided excellent work. I went in needing my tire fixed, and was also able to have my front bumper repaired thanks to Salvatore. Found Goodyear Tire to be upfront, honest and reliable. They diagnosed the Service Engine Soon light on my BMW and ordered the part needed and scheduled the installation all within three days. Normally takes longer than that to get an appointment with my foreign car guy.Highly recommend giving these folks a try. Very professional and reasonable.

Found out on Friday afternoon I needed brakes in the worst way went on yelp and discovered the shop. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn’t sure if they could do it. We decided it would be better if I came back in the morning or leave my truck there. Laura offered me a ride home so I didn’t have to call my daughter. Awesome customer service. Woke up to a flat tire Saturday. Before the storm. Had to use donut spare because nothing open. I work in Palm City. Was going to go here on lunch. When I called here just to get a price. I was put on hold three times. Then ask for my phone #. To call me back in ten mins. Never called me back.

Today was the first time I have taken a coupon to get an oil change and the experience hasnt turned into somebody trying to sell me something I didnt need. I was pleasantly surprised. When my car died while at work a nice gentleman gave me a jump and said go straight to Goodyear over the Palm City bridge they would take care of me. Laura was amazing at the front desk and all through the oil change process . I asked her for an honest opinion about two of my four tires . She told me honestly that these two tire dont need to be changed yet and I have atleast another two to three months before I need to purchase new ones. I appreciatethe honesty and will bring them into her in 3 months.

I have a 2007 F150 that I just walked in for a front end alignment with no appointment. They took me right away and got the job done quickly. The work they did was excellent and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family. Thanks guys.

Ive been going there for a year and love it! Of course there busy and at times you have to wait but that just means theyre great at there job! I think people have gotten use to fast food service and want it done right now. Lol Ive gotten better deals and help with them than any other place. I even needed a good painter for my truck and was recommended to see a great guy, who I will be seeing again. Theyre great and will help as best as they can. :)

I moved to Stuart a little over a year ago and I am sure most women can relate to me when I say finding a new mechanic is stressful, you never know who will take advantage of you. Today was my second visit here and I just want to say that the owners Jeff and Nicole are so kind and really care about their customers. And their staff are very cool too, Laura who was running the front desk was so nice, she cared about me being nervous bringing my car in. I was so worried they would tell me I have to spend a bunch of money and it turns out my belt just needed to be tightened up a bit and I was good to go. But to me it sounded like my car was falling apart!! Haha... Thanks again you guys great job and Laura I will be back to get my brakes and rotors replaced by you guys!

Top notch service! Called this morning with a leaking tire and it was promptly repaired.

Visiting from out of state and had some car troubles. Angel and Billy alleviated our concerns and got us back on the road safely. We greatly appreciate their service and strongly recommend their friendly team.

Since Jaye left this center it has gone downhill and quickly. I asked to have my tires rotated when I got my oil changed and was told no doesnt need it. But I drive 80 miles a day so I know it does..always have it done with oil changes. The new people seem either not to care or are in such a hurry that they dont have time. My 5 year warranty interstate battery died after less than 2 years and I had to argue for at least 2 hrs while stuck to get answers and a new battery and got nothing but attitude from the mgr. I dont recommend this shop unless you want to be treated like a dollar instead of a person. No hometown service here anymore! After all argumentative attitude I got from Charlie this morning I stopped to get my service record on my vehicle..when I asked for the records I was asked why do you need those with a look and tone like I had no right to them. I have been a customer faithfully since 2010.. I will not be going back. I found Jaye and he was happy to take care of my truck just as he was everytime I came to this place when he was there. Attitude and poor customer service have soured me on this shop..

I took my Highlander to this shop to get a second opinion on some major work I was told it needed. Just wanted to be sure before I spent $2700 on replacing the motor mounts. I was upfront with Goodyear about the situation. They verified the motor mounts were cracked, and needed to be replaced, and gave me a similar price quote. I thanked them and tried to pay them for their inspection time, but they wouldn’t accept it. High quality people. They said they wanted to ‘earn’ my business. I had no reason to walk from my original shop, but will be using Goodyear if ever I need to.

Run far away. I am a car guy with no garage room and had them do an oil change. I inspected due to oil drips in my driveway. They stripped the drain plug but rigged it up enough that 95% of people would not have known until next visit. This very well could have cost me a new engine, but what it undeniably tells me is they are liars and crooks. I have pictures of the plug and their service sticker and 30 years automotive experience.

I bought my first set of tires at Goodyear years ago. They have been servicing my car ever since. TheirGreat team spirit sold me right away with the friendly, and personalised service there. I am always comfortable when I bring my car to Goodyear . My #1go to gùys are always `spot on` with their knowledge and performance too.

Missed diagnosed AND damaged my car! Brought it in on a Monday for A/C repair. We were told we needed an evaporator core. While quoting the job they mentioned the mechanic would have to remove the dash. I asked if there were any problems with this and they said “absolutely not. We have done this many times with no issues.” We were supposed to pick up car 2 days later on Wednesday, they never called. No call on Thursday so went there on Friday and he said “OH, I have to show you something”. They had damaged the dash board. We were told they would fix it like it never happened. 2 weeks went by and they could not fix it so we settled for a “discount” as compensation. We go to drive the car home and the A/C quit again!! We took it to another mechanic and found out it was never the evaporator that needed replacing, it was a bad radiator. Our car has a sensor to shut off the A/C when the car starts to overheat. We had the radiator replaced by the “other” mechanic and haven’t had an issue since. We will never go to Goodyear for ANYTHING again.

I pedal 10 miles to and from work everyday, and today unfortunately I got a flat and didnt have my air pump on me. As I walked up to the garage doors I was immediately greeted and without hesitation the gentleman filled my tire. Thank you for taking the time to help and not just help, but share a smile while you took some time out of your day to help me.

When one of the mechanics and the manager stood in the pouring rain installing wiper blades I bought somewhere else and then wouldnt accept a dime for doing so, I knew Id found the place to take my cars. Highly recommend for service and integrity

Terrible customer service. Waited 10 min before I could even speak to someone. Once I was finally addressed they said an oil change would take about an hour and a half. Went to my regular spot jiffy lube in stuart and had it done in 30 min with excellent service. What a difference customer service makes. I will never be a customer at goodyear in palm city agian.
