I placed an order for pickup due to being quarantined (my daughter tested positive and I’m now sick, not confirmed for me yet but probably positive also) because I needed mucinex and day/NyQuil. This is my first time using pickup and so I called them to let them know I was at curbside. I was told that they would be right out with my order. A young man comes walking out and said that my order contained age restriction items, that I would need to come inside to get the order. I told him that I was sick and I had a toddler with me, and could be just check my ID here, I’m 37 years old, he said no, that I had to go inside. So I had to get my toddler out of the car, and go inside, sick, just for them to look at my ID, hand me the bag, and say have a nice day. Absolutely ridiculous. This is my closest Walgreens but will not be coming back to this one anymore.

Palm City Walgreens. My first and last visit to this store. Cashier was very rude. Ive spent a fortune in Walgreens over the years, never a bad experience. What happened to your customer service training at this store. I just read several other bad reviews concerning your rude behavior. Fix the problem!

This store is the worst Walgreens I have every visited. Its 1 mile from my house but so is CVS! Change the management and fire every bad attitude in the store!

This Walgreens has one of the best cosmetics selections of all the surrounding locations.Staff is fine.its a Walgreens. Sometimes I get my scrips filled here and the pharmacists are also fine.

After not using this pharmacy for a few months due to slow / poor service I decided to give then another try. I went in so I could update my Insurance. The tech siad my insurance was up to date to my surprise. Within a few min I get a text saying the scrip is delayed because of the insurance. very frustrated because I knew I needed to update it and they wouldnt let me at the store. Going back to publix😡

Just picked up a envelope from their FedEx counter. First the woman who later purported to be the manager, told me the envelope was not there. When I said that we received a phone call from FedEx telling us they had delivered it there; she told me they dont do that as if I was lying to her. I then went to FedEx office and the employee there searched everything and called the driver who had indeed dropped off the package. In fact my wife had requested to be notified when it was dropped off and they indeed had called us and left a message.When I then went back to the store (after wasting over a half hour of my time) I was told that it had fallen behind a package. She addressed me as Hon 3 times. If this is the way Walgreen trains their managers then there is something seriously wrong with their corporate structure. I am very disillusioned by this young womans attitude and demeanor.This review merits 0 stars but I had to add one to post.

THIS PLACE IS VERY SLOW THE LINE IS SUPER LONG AND THE NIGHT CASHIER, WHICH IS THE OLDER LADY WITH GLASSES IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST!! IM CALLING CORPORATE
