I have never personally bought a boat from Joe but I met him about 5 years ago through a friend. I have done a lot of work for him on many of the boats that go through his company . From what I have seen in the past five years is that every boat that he purchases is completely gone through from top to bottom. Joe is a true professional at what he does and I would feel confident recommending him to anyone because I know that he not going to put a boat for sale until he knows it is truly ready.
