Came to the store on 3/20 to upgrade my wife’s phone. She had an iPhone 7, and hasn’t had an upgrade in 3 years. Decided to use the promotion they had running for the new iPhones. $350 for an iPhone 7, figured why not? That’s a good deal. I received help from one of their staff Alexa (to be specific). I was told it would be a relatively painless process. I saw her place the old iPhone in a clear bag, wrote $350 on it, got my wife’s iPhone 12 Pro ready to go, she stated bill credits would take 3 months. No big deal I thought. Sheesh was I wrong. I called about 1.5 months later, Alexa picked up the phone (lucky me) I asked her if the phone had been processed yet because my upcoming bill was coming no credit yet & I never received a email confirmation on my trade nor did she supply me trade receipt at the time of purchase. She said that the phone never made it out and that they (AT&T) would send it out. She apologized, and at the time I was willing to forgive. Here I am on almost done with month 4, no bill credit or confirmation of trade-in. Spoke with the store manager at that location more than 2 weeks ago, said he had put in an escalation in on my behalf, still no update, no bill credits, and no iPhone 7 to be found. This is actual theft of my device by one of their employees and an incredible lack of oversight by management. There are resources these companies have to address these types of issues; there is no excuse. I would stay clear from this location and go to a corporate location before coming here. This honestly has been a nightmare and I want to warn others before they spend their hard earned money at this location. I am truly understanding of people making mistakes but with that also comes the means to make right and the effort from the bottom to the top has been negligent.Update 7/28 issue has finally been addressed.
Alexandre helped me and he was very helpful, kind, and professional! I was very impressed and it was one of the best AT&T experiences that Ive had and Ive been a customer for over 13 years.

I have previously worked with Alexa in the Stuart location and she’s so amazing I had to come see her in her new store here in Palm City! She is so kind and she takes the time to accurately quote and explain everything to make sure I am comfortable with every decision I make. Thank you Alexa! AT&T is lucky to have her.
I with my wife upgraded phones and had some issues with billing that potentially could have created discord. I have to praise here sale consultants Luciano, Alexandre and the store manager Yovany Vazquez. They were all patient, courteous and gave us total satisfaction.Thanks to all of you.
We went to upgrade between 1-3 phones today. Luchiano was not very interactive with us while helping us. I found it odd that now everything from paying off the old phone, taxes on the new phone, and accessories has to be a separate transaction. He could not explain the cost difference between my account prices which I logged in and showed him, and the store prices which were higher, another thing that seems odd. He did say he could not over ride them either. We asked if a manager could, and he said they were out. Overall the experience was not good and I decided not to upgrade the other two phones today.
Terrible Customer Service!! Ive called multiple times for the last two days and no one ever picked up. It directs you to a voicemail. I left two voicemails.. no one ever called me back... I called again (for my final attempt this morning).. and someone actually picked up. I was excited to finally speak to someone.. The excitement lasted two seconds.. I didnt get the name of the guy who answered the phone nor would I put someone specific on blast but all I can say is TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND IF YOU WERE THE MANAGER.. GOD BLESS THIS STORE BECAUSE IT WONT LAST LONG.

These guys are so patient and helpful with everything. I came back several times with questions and they obviously knew my name, but were always friendly and went above and beyond.
Needed to pick up a Sim card. They got me right in and even installed it. Took less than five minutes. Great service, friendly, I’ll be back if I need something
Manny and James hooked it up for me. As soon as I walked in the store they were ready to help and make my trip to the store an easy and enjoyable experience. They are the only people who made me enjoy going to AT&T to fix my phone and get a new plan.
Highly recommend this store, seems to be new staff and manager who know what they are doing and really gave me that valued customer experience. I will be going here for everything I need in the future !

New management has let the store and morals go into the toilet. Good luck trying to get a correct bill. Most of the 5 stars are from existing employees. Very sad since it used to be the best in customer service..
I was in and out very quickly. The staff was really helpful as I was trying to get my bill fixed. They even saved me money off my plan each month. Loved the atmosphere!
Yovany and Edith exceeded all expectations. We have had bad experiences at other AT&T stores, but Palm City was great.

Don’t go to this store unless you want to waste your time and be met with nothing but “no I can’t help you with that” for every question you have no matter how simple.

Went to this store 3 years ago and they helped me convert an unlocked T-Mobile phone to the AT&T net.. also told us how to save $5 a month off our AT&T bill. Also help me on a second phone to get on a very low cost monthly plan. A small store with big service.
I went to this location, begrudgingly, last Friday. I say begrudgingly because I have had horrible experiences at the Stuart AT&T location. Due to the ineptitude of the people who work at Stuart, I will usually do everything short of pulling teeth to not have to deal with AT&T people in person. However, I had to go. I called & spoke with Viviana who told me it should only take 30 minutes for SIM card issues to be taken care of. She said this as my toddler was screaming in the background. I couldnt look forward to this any less.I get there. I dont have to get a number and wait for some disinterested employee to finally get to me. Viviana greeted me & remembered me from the phone call, and remembered the gist of what I told her I needed. She also took the time to show me how to use the new phone I had ordered online (so as to avoid moronic salespeople). She took care of me right away & was all around awesome. All the people who worked there were nice & didnt mind that my daughter was happy, but still full of it. I was out of there in 20 minutes.I will never go back to Stuart. The difference in customer service was night & day. I will, and have already, recommended this location to anyone.
Eddard and Christopher were great! Helped me tremendously with initial sign up problems. Love my U-verse and phone service with AT&T, glad I went to the store and they were there.
Terrible & Untrustworthy Experience =- Will never return, it is an authorized dealer with no knowledge and dont tell you how this could affect your account. Corporate store is just 10 minutes east, I will definitely make that trip from now on. I always had excellent service at the location off of Federal. David Tisheh is the store manager who does not have a clue how to do his job, William Erik calls himself the office shrink, and Ryan-well he just has no... you know what, I guess no power is the best word for Ryan - I wont get too offensive. Regardless, its a shame AT&T hasnt shut these stores down. They clearly dont have the same polices or even morals as the corporate employees do. Or heck, go to the Apple Store :) Cheers, Best of luck to all.

$24 for a iphone cable is over the top ridiculous !! Just the cable !! that doesnt include a charger and it wasnt OEM, it was an after market brand which Ill leave out of this review because its not their fault a store marks up their products so high that it could give them a bad name. Then I get a lecture about how other cables will damage my phone. Maybe so, but the same exact cable is available online for under $5 !! Delivered !! Instead of lecturing me, maybe they should talk to their bosses about how their rip off prices cause customers to be completely turned off by the whole operation. I know I will never recommend this store to anyone, ever. I was willing to pay double, hell even triple for the cable but 5X the amount will not ever happen and either will any other purchase at that store. Ill drive a few miles and be treated fairly or wait a day or two for it to get delivered !! Oh and just as a reference I bought a certified cable and a charger for $15 across the street !!
Have a call in to District Manager. I have bought all my phones at this location and will not go there anymore. Called today and spoke to Eder. He is rude and disrespectful. Says he is a manager but doesn’t even know what products AT&T have! Called about a dual dongle, and By the third time of saying it because he didn’t know what I was saying, I said it slow. He took that at condescending and while in the middle of a question he started hanging up on me. We had it out, and by this point I was irate. So yeah, I was not in a good mood. Also said he knew the merchandise they sold, and he had never heard of this and they don’t carry it, even though i have seen it in the store and told him that. Then he didn’t want to give me the name of the person above him. Said it didn’t need to go that far. Too late. After getting Mark’s name and leaving him a vm, called another store and they knew EXACTLY what i was talking about. Said they have heard that about a problem with him. Yup. Not happy
After getting such good service at this store 3 years ago we went back to activate our new to us but refurbished S6s. (the store was even open on Sunday). Devin helped change over our Mini SIm Cards from our old S3s to the smaller Nano version used in the newer S6. To save us money he tried to re-use the old larger Sim cards by cutting them down with a special tool he had but after an unsuccessful attempt (he advised us that the cutting method doesnt always work) he activated new Nano sim cards for both phones... total charge was $5 each. Great service!
AT&T service is horrible. Sign you up to a contract dont explain all the details give you a phone that doesnt work and wont fix the problem.
Terrible customer service. Instead of taking the time to help me out so I could fix my phone they told me I had to buy a new phone. I went to a repair shop and they fix my phone for free.
They sold me a phone on a BOGO but at the end after activating my son’s phone they told me actually it didn’t qualify and asked for $500. Bait and switch. Poor management, poor customer service, choose another location or company. Highest priced poorest service and plans as well. High turnover location for staff as well.
Went in with a new Galaxy S6 Edge, received great service. In and out in 15 minutes, ready to go.
We bought an I phone from them. Now it needs a new battery and we have to drive to Palm Beach Gardens to get it replaced. Very poor customer support.
