Having a house built with JMC construction out on Hutchinson island and Eric from elite gas is doing our hook ups. There was a fire pit I had supplied that did not come with all the appropriate parts and Eric showed up early and used his own working knowledge to get everything dialed in -overcoming several hurdles and getting it all ready for inspection. Im super appreciative for the quality work and personal service from Eric and elite!

I called several gas companies and I know everyone is busy but Elite Gas was incredibly responsive. Eric McIntosh returned my call in the same day and was out to my house the very next morning!! First class service!!

I dont write a lot of reviews, but when a company executes as promised and has extremely helpful employees, a review is required. Elite Gas was contracted by my generator install company. I needed to have a big tank, 1000 gallons installed and they were fantastic. Unfortunately Comcast did not come out and mark my line, but I showed Elite where it was and they took great car not to damage the line. They left my yard in better shape than before the install. Over the course of the install, I met four guys, and they were all great and professional.They took great care with my property and went above and beyond with their customer service. Its rare and refreshing to deal with a company like Elite. They will be first on my list when I do the outdoor kitchen.

I have had very poor experience with Elite Gas and would not recommend them. I own my tank and therefore am not tied to a gas company where you rent a tank. I have instructed Elite to not deliver gas until I have agreed on the price. They have not honored this request and deliver gas before I have agreed upon the price. They are always over priced when I have checked the price. However, my last experience is what resulted in my deciding to try another propane provider.I recently installed a propane fueled standby generator and hired Elite to connect it to my propane tank which was a terrible mistake. The generator was located within two feet of an existing high pressure gas line that supplied gas to the pool heater. Elite supplied a gas regulator and about three feet of line from the existing high pressure line to the generator. I could have purchased this material for less than $100 from either Home Depot or Amazon and the technician took less than an hour to complete the installation. The installation was completed on a Friday and it leaked which was not corrected until the following week. I believe a reasonable charge for this poor work should have been less than $200 with a credit for the gas that leaked from the faulty hook up. Elite would not consider any reduction in price as they had my agreement to a proposal for $500. I do not think this is a good way to do business and therefore can not recommend than to other potential customers. We added an addition to our home that required a tankless, natural gas water heater. The person who bid the gas tank refused to answer the phone so I was desperate to find someone to do the job for a reasonable price.I just happened to see an Elite Gas Contractors truck parked at a Gas station in Indiantown Florida. I took their card and had them come by to give us a quote in Jupiter Farms.They were reasonably priced and could start work immediately.They handled everything professionally.I would highly recommend their service.Thanks Elite!

Dealing with this company is like dealing with a dysfunctional family. Unless you like pain, find another company.

Not a good company to do business with. You order a refill and they dont show up. Then they say that I dont order enough. When I first started the agreement they said they would come around every week or so. Then I had to start calling them to come out with no show no call. I hope the owner sees this and makes a change for the better. Very disappointed with this company. Now that Im thinking about it, they did me a favor. I can get the gas cheaper at U-Haul.

In these days when a lot of companies give great DIS-SERVICE it was very refreshing to come in contact with Elite Gas when my wife and I ran into a problem with our HOA. Rather than bore you with the gory details they performed Ethically and Safely in our intrest rather than the Allowable ?loose rules. Elite is #1.

Think a hundred times before hiring. They are not responsible for cutting through any underground lines and will not try to avoid them, They do not keep schedule and they really dont care They nickel and dime you.

I used them to install a new gas line for a stove in my kitchen - they had to run a line through my attic the length of the house. They did a great job and were very competitively priced. Guy that did my install was friendly and on time. Would highly recommend them.

I previously posted a great review. My most recent experience was completely the opposite. Appointment time was for a 3-5:00 time frame. At a little after 5 I called to see if anyone was still coming. The office was closed. The next day I was told there was an emergency call and I got dropped. No call to notify me, no apology. This company is NOT trustworthy. I called for propane delivery on 9/5/17 which was a week before the Hurricane Irma and requested a propane delivery. They said ok, I would have it before 9/7 or latest 9/8. I called on Friday morning, 9/8/17 to confirm delivery, they stated that they will be there that day Friday 9/8 no later than 5.I trusted them to deliver, the Hurricane passed over weekend, I returned from Georgia Tuesday night at midnight with 3 children and my elderly mother to find no electric and no propane for the generator! All hotels were full and had to drive out of town for a room. Not sure why they didnt call me or email. I then called again on Wednesday morning 9/13/17 asked to speak with manager, she stated that they would be there today to put propane no later than 5pm. I explained to her I have been on list since last week and have 3 kids, I also told her, if they couldnt guarantee delivery to tell me so I could find someone else, but she guaranteed and I waited all day, and no one showed up. I do not recommend them....they just dont deliver on time and you cant trust them to tell you the truth.

So not happy with this company. Made an apt two weeks ago to have them come out today between 9:30-10am. We took off work because we have to be home for the service. No one came. We called the company and spoke with Taylor. She said they were at our house but we were not home. We absolutely were home. They also said they tried to call us. No missed calls. Then we were told they would try to come back out today but would not give us a time. We were unable to wait around our house all day for them to show up when they felt like it. Now after waiting all this time we have to find another gas company to help us.

Completely wasted our time with a gas fireplace. After waiting weeks for them to come out to do the install, the tech just acted like he couldnt do anything. We could tell he just didnt want to do the job. Save yourself the hassle.

Elite - above and beyond all others . These guys really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied .
