I had Sunday brunch a few weeks ago, return the next Sunday with 7 friends. The food on all occasion was delicious and the staff gave us great service and were very friendly. I also attended concert on the green and had a great time, but last Saturday I attended a birthday party in the crystal room, absolutely beautiful. I had the best time, good awesome food and service. This is my place to go and take friends and family. I just checked out their calendar and menu. Lobster one night...I will be there.Love it!

Nice people. Fair golf course in reasonable condition. Excellent clubhouse with attentive staff and menu. Positive change under new owners. Werent hurried.

Good golf course to go out and smack a few around. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Golf course isnt in the greatest condition but at least the greens are cheap. Also no driving range so prepare to warm up during the first few holes.Ownership just changed so hopefully that comes along with some MUCH needed updates.

Tee boxes are not in the greatest shape, fairways were rough and the greens were inconsistent. Staff inside was nice and accommodating, but the guy running the carts was rude. It was just a group of 3 of us playing that day and he came by multiple times to tell us to hurry up and that we were “falling behind”. Meanwhile, there was no group playing behind us or in front of us and my group finished playing in 4 hours. My advice would be to hit the Saints Golf Course or St. Lucie Trail if you’re looking for a public golf course in the area that is well kept.

Outstanding new ownership with rapidly improving club, delectable food, wonderful regularly scheduled events, white glove service, and awesome customer service. I highly and without reservation recommend this venue.

The pics best represent our course rating.The place is no where near the typical standards for a golf course.The place is in terrible shape no GPS, the cards have no layout on it so you need to just find your way. no pencils, bring your own trap rake.If you want to just hit a ball. This is the course for you. Remember there are another 40 Cordes within 10 miles.

The golf course is reminiscent of a well used cow pasture. An utter shame this once beloved course is now derelict .

1st time customers. Wife and I looking to try a new course. Booked reservation over the phone. Employee friendly and professional. When we arrived, staff was quick to greet us and unloaded our bags onto the cart. I stopped in the pro shop to pay. A different person from the one who took the reservation but just as friendly and outgoing. Price was surprising at only $40 for winter rates. Several of the tee boxes definitely needed some TLC but the greens were in decent condition. Many of the bunkers were in desperate need of fresh sand and general maintenance. Overall, weve certainly played nicer courses but probably not at this price point. For $40, probably would have given 5 stars if the bunkers hadnt been as they were. One small point: neither the score card or the nor the hole indicator at the tee boxes gave any indication of the routing?? I.e. no clue if it had a dogleg, water running across or alongside the fairway, etc. Bottom line: we will be back but will probably wait until the cheaper spring/summer rates click in.

Martin Downs golf club is robbing you! $31 and it’s not worth it. The tee boxes hardly have any grass on them, the rough is up to your ankles, the bunkers are like hitting out of hard dirt, the greens are inconsistent and patchy. This golf course should feel ashamed of charging people $31 OUT OF SEASON. Take your business somewhere else for $31 you will have a better time trust me.

Nice course but downsides are good looking but hard/not enough sand in bunkers, no course map on score card or cart although its easy to find your way from hole to hole, and they have a big sign when you head out on the course saying all carts must be in by 6:30 which is ridiculous since its an hour before sunset and 1.5 hours before dark. Had a tee time at 3:30 and didnt get to finish. We stayed out later than 6:30 since no one came to tell us to come in but didnt finish since we were worried they would charge us for being late. Without the map it makes it harder to stop in the middle of the round to get back to the clubhouse by 6:30. Definitely wont be back unless I get a great deal for earlier in the day.

Decent course but terrible staff. Cart attendant was rude and when we mentioned it to the manager he acted like he was doing us a favor by allowing us to play there. Too many better courses in better condition with staffs that actually appreciate you.

Played yesterday...met new owner.High rating for his demeanor and optimistic outlook for the course....we are anticipating progress.

The course needs lots of work, I just drove 1hr and 30min to this course that needs a whole lot of help

Green need some work, the cups have or are not put in right. Not painted white on some cups and some not deep enough.

Disappointing. Course has good layout but personnel was offensive and ruined the experience. Cart attendant (Chris?) REALLY worked hard at hustling a tip, was sarcastic with his thank you guess we didnt measure up.

Place went downhill fast. No excuse for a course in south Florida to be in such bad condition. Most of the employees were nice but the one dude helping with carts couldnt have been more rude. Too many better courses in the area, wont be back.

Miserable experience - rudest staff. When we were leaving last Sunday late afternoon, saw a cart attendant hit a car with a golf cart because he wasnt looking. Will not return!!

Course is a bit dry. They need to open up the ice cream shop again!

I found the course to be in good shape. Greens rolled nice and were in good shape. This is a good course for the average golfer. Driving range can be a little challenging to find as its about a 5 minute ride from the club house. Staff were attentive and good natured. Definitely a good value for the fee.

Good course for the price

The course here was in very good shape especially this time of year. It gets the 5th star for the staff. Inside and out a very courteous and informative crew.

One of my favorites. Great and challenging.

Awful experience. Used to be good when they actually had a staff. Its apparent that money is number 1 to these guys. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a human and not a dollar bill.

This is a great course with a good layout for the average golfer.

Greens are in great shape, course was clean. Pins were placed for Sunday pros, tucked in corners and hard to get close. Bunkers are hard, ball washers are in horrible shape. Staff was nice enough. Sparse pro shop that has seen better days. Confused how high their rating were.

Booked a tee time on GolfNow for 11. Their system wrote it down as 10 (daylight savings or something), so I got there and the starter let me on.5 holes in the ranger tries to kick my wife and I off the course because our tee time isnt on his clipboard. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Poorly set up for the visitor. No course maps or guides. Yardage markers are extremely limited. Ground was very wet & muddy, but there were no facilities to clean clubs on course. Greens were very wet to begin, but as the day warmed up, greens were so heavily sanded that putting continued to be unpredictable & extremely slow. With so many other courses available, I do not plan to return.

Charlie is a real gem. Nice course. Look forward to playing here more frequently.

Had a great Hamburger, the price was good,And had an overall gret time. For a goodnight out this is an ideal occassion.
