After many years of service here, I no longer need my box rental, but just want to give a huge thank you to Kathy for her unparalleled customer service. Many times I asked her for something above and beyond what would be considered a normal request, and she always, with a smile and great attitude, granted the request. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and accommodating, and I really will miss collecting my mail here. They are the absolute best!

Went int store to mail out some packages. Was immediately met by a very nice woman who smiled and was very pleasant. Got me in and out in less than five minutes. I used to go to another location, but this will be my new location to use. Thanks for nice experience

What ever happen to neighborly hospitality. You won’t find it hear. I needed to email my UPS label ( which was already paid for)so they could print it. They wanted $3.00 to receive the email and print the label.What is I had just bought it at the counter? Really?Customer no more for a lousy 3 bucks. How dumb!

Store does not open on time. Don’t bother showing up at 7:30am

Staff was rude and charged me a $1 tape fee to tape one portion of my box. I had entire box taped, but left front open to verify contents. When I inquired as to why the fee was so steep, she told me that the owners have been having to use a lot of their own tape, and that they are trying to recoup costs. She then offered to sell me tape. The condescension in her tone was very off putting. A great way to lose customers. I’ll bring my business somewhere else.***Update 11/15/18***Due to not having very many shipping options in my area, I’ve gone in a handful of times since my initial experiences. While it is a shame that there are some overpriced hidden fees, the current staff has been very helpful and kind. I’ve upgraded their rating. I will still knock off 2 stars for fees.

Bought a PO Box paid cash. Was given a key that opens the box. But was not given a receipt. I have the key. They told me I did not pay for the box. shipped my mail to previous box owner. Have treated me like a criminal. Cant believe this is happening to me. Found out I can use the post office. I just have to put their address first then the box number. Was told by post office. Works the same but its only $60 for the year. Not $237.00. From what I read online. The franchise owners has a new policy. Packages shipped to their stores are free. There is class-action lawsuits online I seen about this against the franchise. From the store owners. What ever you do dont take my word for this read for yourself. I had a bad experience with the store. Everybody speaks highly of the lady that owns the store and they have a good reputation. I dont know what to tell you. My experience was far from that. It really saddens my heart when something happens like this in my community.

The employees arent wearing masks correctly and they arent adhering to CDC guidelines. Walked in to 3 customers not wearing masks and 12 people waiting in a tiny area. Wont be going there again! So not safe!!!

The website says that this stores closes at 6:30, but sign on door says at the 6 oclock. I guess you cant rely for something important/urgent.
