We Googled antiques on our way to Orlando and found this gem of an Estate Sale and Antique store. The owners husband, Perry was friendly, knowledgeable and generous with pricing of multiple items they had just acquired. We purchased several smalls and he was very patient with us. We will definitely be back!
Words can not express how I feel about Diana and her crew for taking care of me during my estate sale. Professionalism doesnt even cover it. Not even close!!!Everything was explained to me from minute one, all during the process and the sale itself.Diana and her team went so far as to point out or put aside things that later, I found out, actually meant something to me but I had overlooked.Trust is key to me!!After losing my parents within two years of each other, they all showed me compassion and respect for everything within the house!Thats something Ill never foget!Id like to personally thank Diana, Judy, Mayra, Olga, Greg, Walter, Steve and anyone I may have forgotten. You took a very painful time in my life and made it seamless.
Perry was extremely friendly and helpful. We went in looking for a specific item and he helped us look around the store. The store has so many great items and is very well organized. We will definitely be back to visit.
I highly recommend a visit to this store with its unusual, sometimes unique, and alwaysgood variety of furniture, paintings and sculptures, glassware, jewelry, etc. On our most recent visit we purchased a coffee table from Perry, who was very informative and helpful, without any pressure on us to purchase - a very pleasant experience.
Wonderful store and there is no pressure to buy and only a willingness to make you a great deal. Perry was old school New Yorker who just did whatever he could to make your visit enjoyable. You need to stop here while in Palm Coast. If you stop I hope you have room in car, you will need it when you load up your great antique finds.
We’ve been to several estate sales by Diana Minotti. First off, the man that usually directs traffic is very abrupt and the women that handle the sale inside are extremely rude. It wasn’t just one time, it’s been every time we’ve gone. We’re not big spenders, we only buy small random things and we only go to sales for something to do. So, we’ll find something better to do then to go to another one of these sales.
Went in for the first time recently, certainly wont be our last. Perry was so easy going, and helpful. We were looking for paintings, and not knowing much, he gave us informative Information. We ended up buying two paintings, we had phone calls with Diana too, both were a pleasure to deal with, and they really worked with us to give us a great deal. I would highly recommend this shop.
I never write reviews...do not have the time. However, the service I received in the store today as well as the store itself were such top notch that I felt it would be a disservice not to. I cannot recommend enough that if you are in the area and are into antiques, art or unique decorations that you stop in and look around. I do wish the store was larger, but for this part of Florida it would fall in the high end in terms of product. I will be interested in what the turnover of product is like; as I am the type who likes to visit antique stores fairly regularly for new items. However, for great service, extremely fair prices and a good selection this appears to be by far the best in the area.
I recently went to an estate sale and had the pleasure to meet Diana. My wife and I love her store and thought this sale may have a desk for sale. My wife found the perfect desk to meet her needs at a fair price. I had the pleasure of visiting with Diana. Shes a charming lady who has an interesting background. Id recommend her services for estate sales and her store is a veritable treasure trove of great things.
Very nice folks who made the hour and a half trip worth it. The guys treated me as if I was their only customer or I was a secret shopper (LoL). They carefully packed my purchase and made me feel very special. I also loved the way Diana treated me when she didnt know me from Adam. Nice folks make a transaction even nicer. The store is chocked full of one of a kind treasures. I will be back.
Overall, the prices were ridiculously high. Most of the stuff that I saw at the estate sale, you can buy on eBay for 30-50% less than what they were asking.Still was able to find a few things that I wanted to purchase. The woman at the checkout counter (JUDY) was about the most unpleasant, rude, argumentative cashier that I have ever dealt with at an estate sale. She was questioning the prices of half of the items, and asking Diana if she wanted to raise the prices at the checkout counter. This was something that Ive never personally seen happen at a sale, but she had some bizarre explanation for it, basically stating it was their sale, and they can raise the prices at checkout it they choose to do so. I go to estate sales & public auctions on a weekly basis, but this one really left a bad taste. Honestly not sure if I would ever go to another Diana Minotti sale.I will say that the one bright side was the blond haired man whom was working the front door of the large house. He was very friendly. Also the gentleman working the front door of the guest house. He was also very pleasant and welcoming to the guests of the sale.I see that this company revives quite a few horrible reviews. Most of the bad stuff that you read about this company is true.As I stated, they do have a few nice employees, and maybe about 1/100 products in the house were priced fairly, its unfortunate that the bad side of Diana Minotti Fine Art, Antiques & Collectibles heavily outweighs the good.
I experienced a fabulous Estate Sale, this past weekend, and so loved the treasures I came home with, everything from gorgeous, vintage linens to a beautiful, French coffee set. Thank you Diana, for giving me the opportunity to purchase such items in this fine home. It was not only a pleasant experience, but allowed me to add to my collection of elegant decor. I’ll be back to the next sale for sure. Another job well done by Diana Minotti Estate Sales!
Stopped by here on our way back home from vacation and we absolutely loved it. The store is filled with great art from different cultures and time periods. We found some cool finds and they lowered the prices on all of them without us asking them to. Cool experience!
I had Diana do an estate sale for me in April 2019. Diana and her team did a wonderful job! Everything she said that she would do, was done correctly and on time. Her record keeping is flawless and I felt like I could really trust her. There is no way that I could have gotten everything sold and out of the house in time for it to close. She accomplished that task perfectly. If you need a dependable, trustworthy and reliable estate sale company, Diana Minotti is your girl!
The most pleasant shopping experience Ive had at a gallery/antique venue. Diana and the staff are amazing; cordial, intelligent, and very welcoming.I have been collecting for years, and the atmoshere in the shop is warm and inviting, contrary to other establishments, where owners and staff may be condescending with an amateur enthusiast, Diana will welcome all interested in the hobby, I found it more social than retail. Diana and the staff really wanted to get an idea of my personal tastes, decor and interests, and then without any pressure, navigated the many pieces available to purchase. I implore all collectors to stop in and experience the professionalism and passion of Diana Minotti Fine Art, Antiques & Collectibles.
My favorite place to shop I come in every week to see all the new stuff that comes... Super great prices 👍 every piece is unique.... Great job guys keep up the great work!!!
I have used Diana Minotti Fine Art for both personal and business solutions. She has enabled my small local company to furnish our office with quality item otherwise out of our budget as well great solutions to temporary staging needs. Personally I have found fantastic items at estate sales for great prices. Plus I have a list of items I would like to find and they notify me if they have them on a sales inventory! All around fantastic company and customer service! Highly-qualified and highly recommended.
My husband, Bill and I frequent Estate Sales in the area and of all the companies, I must say that Diana Minotti and her staff are by far the best. The items on display are always thoughtfully arranged and easy to view, the helpers are always pleasant and helpful. The most recent sale took place at a very large, elegant home in Daytona on the Intracoastal Waterway. We were not able to go until the final day, which was Saturday. As per usual, most things left were 50% off and I was fortunate enough to find an adorable area rug with palm trees, with a little cleaning, will be perfect for our home. Do not be persuaded otherwise by a few customers with bad attitudes, whose list of reviews read like a disgruntled New Yorker. Diana is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, as is everyone who works with her.
Well organized sale and Im happy with the price I paid and the quality. I cant wait until the next sale! Thanks
Beware of ANY Estate Sale company who conducts sales in YOUR home and also has a brick and mortar “antique” store. Any and all items that don’t sell in the Estate Sale are moved back into said location. This means you have to wait even longer to get paid and in most cases with less of a percentage of the purchase price. This leaves ZERO incentive for this company to sell the items at the Estate Sale. I have left offers on numerous occasions only to be denied and then find the piece has been moved into their store. This seems very shady in my opinion. Dealing with a loved ones Estates can be a very difficult time. Do your research and be sure to pick a company that has YOUR best interest at hand.
Diana is a fabulous high integrity lady that only looks out for her clientele. I have purchased a numerous amount of items and LOVE than all!! Thank you Diana Minority Fine Arts!
Diane is a professional with a respected background. I had a big problem, Diane provided the perfect solution. I bought a house, including contents - cars, clothes, furniture, artwork - everything. My community does not allow Estate Sales. The house was going to be renovated and I needed it empty in a few weeks. I interviewed several Estate Sales professionals, but Diane provide the best proposal. Diane and her team, packed it all up and moved it to an open house real estate sale and set - up the sale there. Even the 25 year old working cars were flat-bedded down. Diane is an amazing estate sales person - she sold all of the better items, as well as the $.10 items. I made enough money to pay for all of the new window treatments and lanai furniture...P.S. the lanai is 1000 sq. ft. I believe it is her art background, together with her passion that makes it all happen, seamlessly to the client and a win/win for all.Thank you, Diane.
Dont expect prompt follow up or fantastic return on the estimated fair market value of your property, especially if you are from out of state. Ive been waiting approximately 3 months for a response on my emails and text messages regarding settlement of my account and items which I would like to retrieve. I was very disappointed to only recovered less than half of the expected estimated value of the property, unaccounted for items and felt that there was a lack of urgency on the behalf of the company to expertly negotiate items for a swift sale. Diana did a good job selling herself, but came up short on the delivery. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of competition for this company which allows them to get away with poor customer follow up and I only found reviews with similar experiences after the fact. Basically, my family and friends felt like we got scammed. For an update, please see attachment below.
Diana Minotti Fine Art does estate sales management and in my expert opinion Diana and her team are unexcelled in professionalism, organization and execution. I have frequented their sales for over 10 years and always keep coming back.
This shop is a treasure trove of amazing unique one of kind collectibles, art, and antiques! The staff is so accommodating and friendly! One of my number one places to shop!
The estate sales are great for prices. better than the thrift shops.
Dont expect prompt payment for items sold. The first payment was late after it had to be requested. Final payment was supposed to be made in January, we are still waiting for an accounting of items sold after numerous attempts to contact DMFA with no response. Poor business practice and customer experience.
Grear place to find unique decor and interesting furniture. Always something new!
Very rude . Wanted to buy a picture and she told me at the estate she did not have time to price the picture and she could email me the price . What is the point of having a estate sale and not pricing the items for sale . She is the owner of her business and if i needed a estate seller i would not hire this company . I bought nothing due to how badly i was treated and talk to !
Integrity, compassion and the ability to find out what your estate is worth by a highly qualified appraiser. Dont just trust anyone, trust experience and knowledge.
Love dealing with Diana and her staff-always helpful-great service-great items and the best prices!Definately an A+++ in my eyes!
A beautiful piece of art work in a stunning frame now adds charm wealth and class to my home at half the price thank you Diana Minotti Fine Art c:
The best of the best, very honest and a great Lady.
