Sergio the owner of Flagler Jacks Appliance was an absolute joy to work with. Our refrigerator water filter went bad and stopped making ice. Sergio was so knowledgeable, showed up when he said he would, returned phone calls immediately. My water never tasted so good!!! Definitely will not hesitate to call Flagler Jacks for my next repair. Poor customers service and communication skills. Sergio took my information and then the next day when he was suppose to come by he never showed I waited two hours. He didn’t even have the common courtesy to call me and say he wouldn’t be able to make it. So I called him, he didn’t answer nor called me back.

I am updating my review because the Owner Sergio told me he will no longer be using the tech Sean (dont have his last name). Sean is very short and drives a small Fiat car (dont recall the color). Sean was the problem and the most unreliable person I have come across. The tech that came to diagnosis my 3yr old was dishwasher stated the part needed no longer exists . When I called the manufacturer to complain, they stated they have an abundance of parts for my washer and by law they have to have all parts available for at least 7yrs.... so the tech just came for the diagnostic fees.The part you were looking for is outdated. Washer is fixed.Part is $85. Its WD21X24900. This way you can help future clients. Good luck

I would recommend this guy to my own family. Told him my issue he came out within an hour advised me it was the vent and no charge on the service call. This was after I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for another company who tried to fix it and failed and wont return my calls. I called Flagler Jacks after getting a shady estimate from another company. They came out first thing the next day because I told them my washer died and I was hosting guests from out of town. The owner made the call him self and was very knowledgeable less than an hour later my washer was fixed. The other company wanted me to buy one of their washers because mine was not worth fixing!! Ill be keeping Flagler Jacks card on my fridge.

Terrible service.; Comes with no parts, trial And error didn’t work and then doesn’t return calls. It’s been a week since we called and now we have to start over with a New service call to a real repair company. Now he’s harassing us.

We had a refrigerator go out on us after a power surge so I called and asked for someone to come out and take a look. Two guys showed up 2 hours later and quickly cleaned out the bottom and back of our refrigerator and found it was due to a very dirty fan. While they were here, we had them check out our clothes dryer since it hasnt been heating up and the heater element was bad, so they quickly replaced it and also cleaned out the dryer vent to our roof. Everything out the door was $175 for all, I highly recommend this company since in the past I had another local guy come out to look at our dryer and charged us close to $150 and only did a minor repair.

Called Sergio on a Friday, he showed up on time on Monday and looked at my washer, he could not see any problem with the function of the washer and it turns out that the problem was with a Samsung recalled part, Sergio did not even charge the standard service fee so treated me very fairly, I would definitely recommend him to friends and call him in the future on any other needs.

BEWARE: THEY WILL DECIDE AT THE LAST SECOND YOU ARE NOT IMPORTANT. Very disappointed. Needed a dryer repair and tried for over three weeks unsuccessfully to work with this company. Sergio, the owner, seems to know what he is talking about but it is impossible to talk to him as you are given excuse after excuse about how busy he is and blame put everywhere (i.e. weather) other than taking responsibility. The person at the shop has NO idea what he is talking about let alone how to have a courteous conversation with a customer or call a customer back. The day of, less than 45 minutes before they were supposed to show up, I got that old feeling again that I was going to be given the run-around and decided to call them. When I called, I was told by Sergio he wasnt coming because of jobs he had booked that morning that were keeping him busy. Not sure if/when he was planning on letting me know this. He then just told me to find another company. Just want to let everyone out there know to avoid this company unless you have all the time in the world to follow up and stay on them about a repair on a machine in your house that you use almost every day.
