Sent in to get something, I imagine there is some order to the place, but I found a pleasant store employee who helped me locate what I was getting.

Had some photos from a world trip last year and a poster that had been sitting rolled up in a closet from a concert years ago. The young lady at Michaels did an amazing job getting them mounted and framed. Theyre not inexpensive. However if what youre getting framed has some sentimental value, its well worth it.

We came in looking for a Lazer item to be able to print logos and our brand name on our products. I talked to Stacy on the phone, and then she met me at her store. Shes the manager and she is amazing! Really goes above and beyond for her customers! Shes awesome! Thanks for all of your help Stacy!

It was quiet. Not many shoppers in the store. Found some good deals as always. 1st time in this actual location as we just moved to the area. Clean and organized. Check out lady was kind and polite. No complaints.

I drove 40 miles to get here, the closest location to my home. I was completely immersed in each aisle when they made the last two closing announcements.I finally tore myself away at 8:59 to check out. As aggravated as those girls must have been with me, they were so sweet. They even took the time to hunt down a coupon online that ultimately saved me 20 bucks! I had been trying to get to that store after work for a few months and you three awesome employees at the Palm Coast Michaels really helped make it all worth it. Thank you so much!

I was looking for help to purchase sewing threads and no one was around to ask except the cashier who was busy with taking care of purchasing customers. With my experience at Michaels now and in the past you are on your own.

I purchased a cricut machine for my wife. After giving the gift later that night we realized that more than half the pieces were missing from the box. I promptly call the store and was told I could bring it back and exchange for the same product . As I get to the store the manager Emily comes out very rude and tells me, she cant do anything because the box is open. And to call Michaels. Then quickly ran back to her office . I call Michaels and the service member Louis tells me the manager said they cant do anything because its been opened. I will never shop at Michaels again. Now Im stuck with a $200 product I cant use because I dont have the paperwork that was suppose to come with it.

This place has a lot of stuff in it the Isles are not really marked well enough and you have to find someone to ask where something is thankfully I found a cashier that was not busy and she found what I needed but there is no help roaming the Isles and that is not a good thing but otherwise they have a good selection of stuff if you looking for it

If youre a fine artist you wont find much.

Needed to find a Christmas tree for a small area.Michaels was having a sale.What I needed was a pencil tree, skinny and at least 6ft. Found a 7ft for just under $40.00.Could have bought online but wanted to see tree on display.Turned out to be just what I wanted.Also found a beautiful wreath for inside on sale.Michaels has a reward program also.Now its time to decorate.

Went looking for flowers for an upcoming wedding.Floral is spread out in multiple areas of the store instead of consolidated in 1 area. Had to keep going back and forth multiple times.A bit pricier than expected.

Always a good shopping experience. They gave a big variety of products, something for everyone.

Nice clean. People were nice. But not in stock, 2 things I needed. Maybe they just do not make what looking for.

I personally enjoyed my experience because I am a craft person. I enjoyed seeing everything that they have to offer. I also appreciated their mask mandate. But, if I had anything that wasnt good, it was only that there was no social distancing which is essential for these unprecedented times.

I enjoy browsing Michaels- so much to see it inspires creativity. If its crafty they have it! They have great sales so watch for those. Absolutely beautiful silk flowers arrangements as well. Theres something for every season and holiday to spruce up your home. Highly recommend you take a look.

Very helpful staff and a great layout of the store. The entrance always has fun seasonal items. Clearance is always marked so you can find the bargains. The only part that keeps it from 5 stars is the crummy parking lot. There are tons of spots but the layout is a mess, so double check while walking and driving.

Cashier, young girl named marissa is very rude and unhelpful to customers. Also this other employee who was stocking kept getting in my way everywhere I was trying to look.

Nothing like I expected. Hobby lobby beats hands down. But if you need something quick, and they have it, it would be in and out.

It has been many moons since I last went into a Michaels store and I must say they have stepped it up. I went in with my dad to help him find some things he wanted for around his house. He nor I was sure if wed find what he was looking for, but we did. The layout of the store was easy to navigate. The salesperson we chatted with was very knowledgeable and assisted my dad in every way possible. Both he and I were impressed and will definitely be back again.

Not a fan of Michaels. They rarely have what i go in for so i end up going to hobby lobby or ordering online on amazon. They keep a limited amount of each item. Not many choices if they even have what i need. I thought because of where this Michaels is it would have a bigger and better choice. However They keep the typical type craft stuff if thats all you need

Great when there are sales!

Very friendly staff. Well supplied with art materials. Clean store. Organized. But their coupons have so many restrictions on what they can be used for! And theyre not on the RetailMeNot app so you have to remember to bring the coupons instead of being able to pull one off the app.

We placed our order online. Entered the store a half hour later and on the right as we entered was a Pick Up Stand that said press the button for online order pick up. Waited 10 minutes and no one came to help us. One employee walked right past us and never asked us if we needed help even though my husband had his paperwork in his hand ready to verify the order that was placed. My husband finally went over to the cashier and told her he was standing at the pick up for 10 minutes and had pressed the button twice. She replies that is not hooked up to our headsets yet. Why is there not a note on the pick up stand saying go to the check out? She finally gets our order and we left. We ordered online to save time but that did not happen.

Didnt have what I was looking for

The majority of the store was fine. We shop this store all the time. I did not have the most pleasant experience with the frame shop. The attendant was quite surly and short tempered. She appeared to want to get back to her frame work than deal with a customer. I wanted to preplan some ideas before bringing in artworks because they are delicate. She kept repeating Do you need anything or not and walking off in the middle of us talking. She let me know that items were in order so I wouldnt mess up her display. It seems to me that its more important to let the customer look to make a purchase rather than to worry about the order in which she had set the display. The display is there to help customers make an informed decision. Its not just a decorative piece in which she should line them up and make snarky remarks. I was highly disappointed in her customer service skills. Hopefully Ill work with a different associate when I go back to purchase framing. Im a repeat customer and I have not encountered the rude impatience when purchasing framing before. There were no other customers. She simply wanted to be rid of me so she could continue to frame in the back.

Always helpful staff especially with your childrens last minute school projects. Staff is friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Store is usually clean,organized, and well stocked.

This place is wonderful! They have everything that you need from decorations to school project arts and crafts!!! They also do birthday parties!! My kid is having one next month, cant wait!!!

Got a nice $24 art kit for my grandson for Christmas for $9. Very very broke this year on medical leave for months but Michaels allowed me to get my grandson a Christmas gift

This place is great for any craft your doing. They have other things there also some of there prices can be expensive, cheap. The sales some times can be very very good. You should check it out even if youre just looking

I enjoy this store and the current staff is helpful and friendly. They have been working on the line management consistently when I have been shopping lately which shows they care about the shopping experience. Good products, sales are pretty good and there is usually a coupon available to save a bit more.

Staff is always friendly and they put on nice holiday craft sessions for kids. However, it is very confined and difficult to maneuver between isles especially with kids. That is the only thing negative I have to say. I will continue to shop here at this location due to the fantastic selection they offer.

The employees are the best of any retail store in Flagler County. They will stop everything and help you till you find exactly what you are looking for including checking the warehouse in the back of the store.The local branch does not always have the supplies I am looking for but, I can always order them on-line. My local store has the best prices of the region for the painting and crafting work I do. The brush selection is usually very good, they have both soft and stiff flick selections which is important to me. I do wish they carried and maintained more acrylic colors.

Cashiers response was Somebody must have put them there State the Obvious Lady. Who is Somebody. Sadly i left without purchasing anything think I will stick to Hobby Lobby ...

I hadnt been in Michaels for a year. Looks great. A few products no longer carried, however, I found what I needed. Never visit Hobby Lobby. They support animal cruelty, discrimination against LGBTQ and aside from nice employees, have nothing. Michaels!!!

Overall a good selection of things, just wish the sewing section were bigger and they sold material.
