I got a great deal on a Sony oled tv from TruTech & they installed it with an articulating mount along with a soundbar. The installation was flawless & Justin went above & beyond to help me. Had a messy latch work of extenders to lrovide 5 G and 300 MB briad band. Needless tk say that with a core 15 year old network it was meager. While rhe cost to establish a state if the art system was not inconsequential, the new extender sysytem and hardware was astoundingly phenomenal. I got my 5G throughout a 6000 square foot home including a busy business office. The technician Jason was awesome. This is a 30 star service.

We have a whole house entertainment system that has not been working in over five years. Starting with Kris, who inspected our system twice and offered solutions which would result in eliminating multiple remote control devices with top notch equipment along with a smart TV etc. all at competitive prices down to Justin and Sergio, the superb technicians who worked all day spending much of the day in our hot attic, we cannot say enough of their professionalism, hard work, excellent communication and follow through. I am very happy with the work performed by Tru-Tech. I am a new customer with an existing system. I was having trouble getting support from the original installer and just happened into a referral from my neighbor who knows Jason -- that was my lucky day! I was pleased with how Jason listened to my issues and offered multiple solutions ranging from a band-aid to full rework. Having a fairly simple system, I opted for the band-aid solution, but honestly, I feel like I have a whole new system! The techs were great -- I learned about functionality from them that I never knew I had! Now all my equipment works great, the Control4 is under control, and I know how to work it. Besides fixing my technical problems, Jason suggested adding a Roku device for streaming, which proves to be a substantial improvement at a minimal cost! As an added bonus, I now have that Roku fish-tank screen saver that I have seen in model homes and always wanted.

They came on time, finished in less than a hour. Everything was hooked up, looks good, and would use again!

Tru-Tech is far and away the best in town. Ive used another company in town before (starts with a B) and they hung my wall mount TVs incorrectly and used cables inappropriate for in the wall. When we remodeled our electrician discovered the fire hazard. We tried Tru-Tech and they fixed everything. Since then, weve used them multiple times for other various audio/visual products in our home and they are fantastic! Love the crew.

I’m so glad I found Tru-Tech! I had been living with a very expensive Control4 system that has NEVER worked right. The system was installed by another company that my builder recommended. I was so fed up with the system I was ready to rip it all out of my house. I called Tru-Tech to come out and provide a quote to remove and replace the system. Jason, was quickly able to identify flaws in the original design and made the appropriate recommendations to get the system up and running reliably. I was extremely hesitant to invest more money into a system I was already deeply regretting purchasing in the first place. After ready some other reviews on Tru-Tech AV I decided to let them upgrade my system. I am so glad I did!! The system is amazing and works better now than ever before. I love my control4 system so much! The lesson I learned through this experience is make sure you do your homework and hire the right installer/programmer. I am so glad I chose to not try and do any of the work Tru-Tech ended up doing for me. Briefly, I thought, this was something I could tackle on my own...hang a TV and hook up a theater system that was pretty much already there. There were a lot of wires and I did need some equipment first...but I knew enough to know I didnt know what I was doing. lol So after some research I ended up at Tru-Tech AV...got a sound system in my office and a theater system that booms in the living room. Im glad I decided to leave it to people who knew what to do. Price was good, service was awesome, staff was knowledgeable.

Extremely satisfied with their prompt response and detailed tuning of my Control4 system.If there’s one negative from today’s visit was the “2 man service call” @ $175/hour. I feel the additional man wasn’t a necessity when the only thing was the replacement of a HDMI cable.

The Tru Tech team did a great job. This is the second time they came a did a project for us. They are fair on pricing but as we all learn you get what you pay for. Service was excellent and install showed up on time and was very clean when they were done.

We just had Tru-Tech update our 13 year old home entertainment system. We replaced our TV, amplifier, center speaker and the remote control, and we added two sets or earphones. Throughout this project we had a great experience, starting with Jason coming to our house to determine what we needed to replace, and ending with Justin and and an assistant spending three hours installing everything. The prices at Tru-Tech were competitive with those at other sources, such as Best Buy, and their service and promptness was wonderful.

A few years back, they had installed ceiling speakers in our living room and patio which still work flawlessly. They’ve also replaced the glass on our iPad and on an iPhone; in a short notice and at a reasonable price.We highly recommend this company for all of your tech needs!

August 24, 2018, took my iPhone 6+ to have my glass screen protector replaced.When the tech looked at it, he discovered that the screen itself was cracked and needed replaced.I approved the repair and in 45 minutes picked up my phone. It looked great and I was happy.The next day, the phone shut down and I could not get it back on. . After playing around with it for some time, I finally was able to do a hard reboot and get it to come on.However, I then discovered that the “silence button”on the left side of my phone would not move to turn it on/off. I went back to the store Monday morning and the tech said that replacing the screencould not have caused the problem with the silence button. He took it apart and checked it but the problem was not fixed. He did show me how to turn the silence feature on/off on the screen. He was very professional and kind and I just assumed it was a coincidence and I could live with it as the phone was working otherwise.Yesterday, 2 days later, the problem with the phone shutting down and not being able to get it to come back on recurred. I could hear my phone ring/vibrate but when I tried to answer it, the screen was black and the phone was shut down. Again, after several tries at hard booting, it came back on.I am taking the phone back today to see if they can detect the problem. I will update my rating after my visit.I do want to say, that we have had work done at this store previously and were very satisfied so I anticipate the problem will be resolved to our satisfaction.August 31, 2018****Update on above review*****I took my phone in this morning and the screen was replaced. It seems to be working OK at this time however, there were a few days in between the “shutdown” both times it happened so will wait to see what happens in the next week before upgrading to 5 stars. They could not have been nicer or more willing to try to correct the problem. The first new screen replaced was presumably a defective one therefore replacing it should be the solution.

Had a great experience with Tru-tech in hanging my two TVs yesterday. Both techs were respectful, on time, and did such a great job. They reattached all my consoles and made sure they functioned and hid all the wires and we game planned on future consoles etc... Very happy with the way the tvs look/function.

Tru-Tech technicians Justin and Sergio recently mounted 3 Tvs for us, 2 inside and 1 outside on the lanai. I cant say enough about how professional, courteous, efficient and neat they are. From the hidden wires to the perfect placement of the Tvs, everything looks just perfect. They will be coming back to hook up our sound system. Terrible. Do not use.....took phone in for broken screen. Wrong parts was put into phone. Something that was so easy to fix turn out to be a nightmare. Did not have phone for over a MONTH. Phone was fabricated with WRONG and BAD parts... Couldnt dial out couldnt received phones....NO Sound, short cuicuut picture screen on phone. Decided to buy brand new phone because i was without a cell phone for a period of over a month.The owner (Jason) try to rectified the problem by returning 1/2 of the money spent but the time I lost going back and forth, time taking leave from job and no phone for a WHOLE MONTH . I lost more money that I had to spend to replace the phone. Most of all nothing can justified the stress that I endure through all this. This can never be replace.... Please do not use . ... PLEASE BEWARE.

Tech Mike just set up a Smart TV, which weve had for a year but didnt have our keyboard and mouse hooked up. Now we can surf the Internet on our large 60 TV. We were using 4 remotes, (cable, Bose, TV, CD player) and now we have one - a Harmony remote. I thought I would have to write down instructions but the remote is so easy that just by looking at it, Im one-click away from what I want. The new Palm Coast office was next door to the barber so I popped in and met Jason on Monday and the rest is history. Mike put our favorite channels on the remote too. We will go to them for our computers too, after our contracts run out with another service because Jason didnt try to sell us the most expensive remote but got the one that best matched our needs, which happened to be the cheapest of the universal Harmony remote.

I’m super clumsy and have had bad luck with both my battery and the screen for my iPhone 6. They’ve always treated me well, gotten the job done quickly, and their prices are fair. Would absolutely recommend them.

Just got the screen replaced on my wifes smartphone from Jason/ I mean Justin. AWESOME service! they were very busy, said he would have it fixed in about an hour. Tru-tech is truly outstanding. Their customer service is second to none; whether it be a high-end home theater, home automation or just hanging a tv, they are the best. Tru-Tech is always responsive to any questions and complete their work quickly and to perfection. We called upon Tru-Tech for several services, including purchasing and installing a new tv, moving the existing tv to a new location, retro-fitting a legacy sound system, installing a streaming device, consolidating remotes, upgrading internet signal throughout the house, and teaching the owner how to operate the new gizmos. The technician, Justin, did an excellent job in every respect for all of these varied services. He was knowledgeable, efficient, flexible, neat and careful, very patient and persistent, and even had a great sense of humor! We recommend Tru-Tech without reservation.

Warning do not buy a phone from this place. I bought a phone last minute because my was broken. They did not tell me that the phone had water damage and that it would not work properly. I spent $100 on a phone that I cant use. Because of the water damage the phone will get so hot when I use it that I wont be able to touch it til it cools off. Itll get hot when its charging too. The home bottom only works half of the time and the phone will shut off at random times even when Im on a phone call. The speakers hardly work. With the volume turned all the way up, I cant hear the person Im talking to. And the speakers wont work for music or recording sound. Itll freeze up while Im using it and itll close out the app that Im in. It was a BIG waste of my money.

I am beyond excited that I came to Tru-tech to get my iPhone fixed. I ended up getting the protection plan (cheaper than my carrier BTW) and now i get 50% all of my repairs, which for my house is insane. Im a frequent phone breaker so this place is a life saver! Great prices and awesome quality.

Never ever ever use this company for anything. They are a bunch of cheaters and liars and they have guys who come to do a job that are not prepared to do. They sent out a tech to work on a computer without any supplies. I originally called Tru-Tech to service a computer with low disk space, I was quoted $100.00 to do so, then when the rep. came they told me the bill was $450.00 TO CLEAN DISK SPACE FOR A PC. I gave them their originally asked for payment for work that was supposedly completed, and it wasnt I still do not have a working computer and I am $150.00 short. I will most definitely be filing with BBB and courts regarding this situation! The owner Jason is extremely rude and I would never in a million years recommend this company.

Have been having trouble with our surround sound and speakers throughout our house....Justin from Tru-Tech came today and was able to diagnose & fix the problem quickly. He couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful.....and he didn’t make me feel bad about my lack of technical knowledge....a real gentleman! While there, he installed a Roku device and synched it up with our Infinity remote....I would highly recommend Tru-Tech for any AV needs you might have!

TruTech is a wonderful local business that basically can take care of all your tech needs and sell you all your audio and tech products. Their prices and customer service just cannot be beat: owner Jason will give you the absolute best price that he can. They also have a great deal of knowledge about technical issues. Their technician Justin who had been working all day came on the Friday night before Thanksgiving and stayed until 9 pm that night to install my TV and did a great job. He got here after 5:30 when the gate closes in my community to vendors, and he could have left but he was so polite to the guard, she let him come in. I wont ever go to anyone else to buy electronics or have my cellphone or technical needs cared for as long as I live anywhere near TruTech.

I dropped my iPhone 5C and the glass was smashed. Verizon was going to charge $700 to replace and $269 to repair. Jason repaired my phone for less AND he went the extra mile to repair it after hours so that I would not be without my phone any longer. Great price, Great Service, You wont be disappointed!!!

Well, I have been there twice for my iphone. The first time was a screen repair, and the second was a few weeks ago. Phone dropped in water. I needed a new headphone jack. Fast and quick. My cell just smashed because it was left on my car :( Going up there now for ANOTHER screen. While in there, I notice they have great T.Vs for sale at amazing prices. Check them out. I would highly recommend Tru Tech over any other company. My husband and I decided to purchase a new tv from them and have it mounted on the wall in our living room. Absolutely awful. The service was ok, friendly staff but when I turned in my phone to be fixed they gave me a faulty screen and broke my home button. When I brought the phone back about the home button they claimed they didnt do it and it must have been broken before(it wasnt). The screen was replaced again and still glitched out until eventually it stopped working. My friends warned me not to come here because of similar issues but I did anyway and paid close to $200 for a faulty 6s screen. They also persuaded me to write a positive review for a discount which they conveniently made me do before I got my device back and realized it was never fully fixed. Save your money and go elsewhere, please.

We had problems using our infrared remote to connect to the components in the next room when we purchased a new television. It was quite frustrating, until Justin saved the day. I had a phone that had an expanded battery. Battery blew up like a balloon and separated the phone. I had the new battery but could not figure out how to completely disassemble the phone. I took the phone to tru-tech and they completed the disassembly and reassembled the phone for me. It now works just fine. Took about 2 hours.
