I had an excellent experience for my 30,000 mile checkup! I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. I was greeted by Jesus right away. He was extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. He explained suggestions for service besides oil change. I accepted all his suggestions. Pricing was very reasonable!All employees were friendly and greeted me with a smile. My young grandson and his wife saved their money, planned and finally got to take a much anticipated and deserved vacation to Florida. They both work, take care of business and their baby daughter and have recently started going to church. He said, “ to get right with God.” I believe he is sincere in his motives and I’ve been very pleased with his new direction. On the last day of his Florida vacation his car broke down and so they had to have it towed to a shop that “fixed” it for their last $800 only to find out later that it was the transmission that needed replaced and not whatever Dishonest John fixed. Feeling completely lost they went to a local car dealership and asked about just buying a new one since they didn’t have any more money to fix the old one and thought a payment plan might be their only option to get home. The owner of the dealership asked them to drive a nice used one and see what they thought if it. They liked it and sat down to make a deal. The owner asked him if he believed in God to which he answered “Of course .” The owner handed him the keys and told him it was a gift from God, not him and all that he asked was for them to stay in church and continue on the right path. Hearing about this young couple stranded so far away from home the rest of the people at the dealership pitched in together to give them enough cash for a comfortable drive home. This story helped to renew my faith in mankind and the old saying, “The Lord surely does work in mysterious ways.” Now isn’t that just the best “feel good story of the year? I am the young man’s grandmother and had he called me I would have sent him the money to get his car fixed but he would have completely missed this wonderful life lesson in grace and compassion. I may not have retold this transaction completely accurately but enough so to know that you are one heck of a decent human being. Thank you. 🥰

Most terrible experience from a vehicle service center of my life. I had a 10:30am appointment for brake inspections and tire inspections for possible replacement of pads and tires. I went home and waited until 2:30pm without a single call from the dealership, until ultimately, I called them to see the status of my truck. I was advised they would have someone call me back. 1/2 hour later I was told it had just gotten into the bay to get looked at ( approximately 4 hours just to get into the bay)....unacceptable. What is the point of getting an appointment. Then, I was called back with what needed to be done on the vehicle. Price was outrageous for brake job plus 4 tires....quoted nearly $1400 dollars. I ultimately decided to just get brakes done and not the tires. I was called back and advised they wouldnt have my vehicle done until tomorrow at 10am....Wow this is now very upsetting to me and my family as we only have one vehicle. At that point my wife and I were beside ourselves and advised for Ford to stop working on the vehicle and I will pick it up shortly. I was advised that they had already replaced the pads but didnt resurface the rotors yet so they would have to charge for the pads. I dont understand why pads would already be on before the rotor was even resurfaced but I digress. I agreed to have then hold it overnight but I wanted it done first thing in the morning. It was done but now I have some engine noise that wasnt there before I dropped off my truck and am having another service department look into it. You have lost a customer Palm Coast Ford. I will never return to your dealership for any service or future purchases. Very disappointing. As Im writing this I just got a call regarding the engine noise which was diagnosed as the entire air filter assembly not being put back together. Wow. This will cost me 75 dollars. Thanks so much Palm Coast Ford.

I am happy with my purchase of a 2021 Ford Explorer Limited Hybrid. My sale team was Garrett and Chris. I drove from Middleburg to Palm Coast over 80 miles just to buy this SUV from the team. Both of them went over and above to get the SUV I wanted. The whole process was very smooth. When I buy my next SUV I want the same team to assist me. If you need a Ford see Chris and Garrett. The dealership also has free lifetime warranty and free lifetime oil changes. What a deal!!

I had a known bad transmission issue and had my car 2003 MACH 1 towed to the dealership. They actually pulled my transmission and inspected it and said clutch and flywheel and throughout bearing were all fine. Then they put it all back together and drove it and said it is working as expected. Then they said all of the work is free of charge. I had the car towed back to my home and they did not hang the rear exhaust. I then sent car to A Plus Transmission in Debary and they found that all the components clutch, flywheel, throughout bearing were severely damaged and repaired all of it and car runs like new . I definitely would not recommend Palm Coat Ford to anyone.

They did a good job of fixing my F150. The only problem was I brought it to them in the morning and was told it would be ready that evening. 2 1/2 days later it was ready. I called the service manager and left a message but he never returned my call. Service techs were great, service manager could use a course in customer service .

Had a 8:00 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. One plus for the customer at this dealership, fast lane service bays are visible while car is being serviced. Vehicle did not get into bay until 8:45, well ok. I watched the tech service car the entire time. He was ready to pull car out and I approached him-never were the tires rotated. I asked if this could be done-he advised he needed to speak to the service advisor. Tech returns back to my vehicle and completes tire rotation. Never was the tire PSI checked. I approached the service advisor and informed him tire pressure was never checked and he replied the techs check tire pressure when car is first pulled in bay. I watched entire time, this was never done. I was told car could return to tech for tire PSI check, I declined. I was not waiting any longer. Note: I worked in a dealer service department for 20 years as both an writer and service manager-dont pull this stunt on your customers!!

I liked the facility and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They had just the car we wanted with all the safety features you could ask for and free lifetime oil changes.This is the most advanced vehicle I have ever driven. It almost drives itself with the Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control. We were taken on a test drive where Chris showed us all the car could do. AmazingThe new car manager, finance manager and sales associates were all great people to be around. I would recommend Palm Coast Ford to anyone.

I placed an order for a Bronco Sport Badlands with Palm Coast Ford on April 5th with MSRP of $37,795 and with written agreement to purchase with the XPlan pricing.Six months later I was informed my vehicle was ready and after test driving it they told me they would not honor the XPlan agreement and the purchase price of the vehicle was $45,340 due to a $6895 market adjustment.I wish someone had warned me before I placed my trust in them.

THIS WAS REMARKABLE BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT HAVE A LONER AVAILABLE AND THE ONLY VEHICLE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE RENTAL SERVICE IN MY AREA WAS A F150 FORD PICKUPL MY WIFE AND I ARE IN OUR 80S; NEED I SAY MORRE!! THE OTHER VEHICLE I OWN IS A HYBRID, SO THEY KEPT THE VEHICLE OVERNIGHT TO FULLY CHECK IT OUT. FORTUNATELY, IT TOO HAD EXPERIENCED BATTERY DEATH WHICH THEY REPLACED. I cannot stress how far away you should stay from Palm Coast Ford and their service department. We dropped a car off in January on a insurance claim. I waited a week for an open appointment only for the car to sit untouched In the lot for 3 weeks. Christen our service “professional” was extremely unprofessional, rude and never returned phone calls. We continuously caught her in lies and her only reasoning was that obviously my husband, myself and our insurance provider were all lying to each other. We called dozens of times and no one knew what was going on and our multiple requests to speak to the owner went unanswered. The service manager never gave us a straight answer. Parts were ordered 6 weeks after the car was dropped off. The car was at the dealership for almost 3 months and it’s still NOT completed. Parts were not ordered until the last minute. We were threatened to pick up our unfinished car so they could receive their loaner back because it was “drive-able.” We picked the car up to realize we were charged for things not completed on the car. 3 phone calls to the dealership and a trip up their to speak to a manager and we still don’t have a answer or a refund.

I dropped my car off for a rear brake recall which I was told would only take a couple of hours. They had my car for 4 DAYS. I had to find rides and borrow my boyfriends car just to get to work as they kept finding more and more things wrong with my car that absolutely needed to be fixed or they couldnt perform the recall. After the bill wouldve been over $300 I said forget the whole thing, then they said it would only be $200. Fine, I just needed my car back. I pick it up and think its weird the kid has the driver window down in the rain but whatever. I drive home only to find out I cannot get out of my car! The inside door handle is now loose and doesnt feel like it is connected to anything. I had to put down the window just to open it from the outside to get out. It was 100% NOT BROKEN when I dropped it off and I NEVER had an issue with the door before. I called them and left messages 3x to get it fixed but no one called me back. Melissa was the only helpful one who responded when I texted her. She referred me to their corporate # and corporate customer service said this was ridiculous and they would call me back. I never received that call back even after following up with them a 2nd time.. meanwhile Palm Coast Ford told me it would be about $200 to fix the door and that their mechanic said it was broken when he worked in my brakes. This just isnt true. I have never been more insulted by a company who flat out refused to rectify a problem that someone at their facility created. Not to mention I then had to dive out of state 2 days after getting my car back with a front door that also doesnt lock from the outside. And on top of this they wanted me to pay to fix the handle that they had broken. I waited to write this review to calm down about the whole thing but I can still confidently say I will NEVER return to Palm Coast Ford for any type of service.

Great service. Chris our sales person was very friendly and eager, but not pushy, to help us with what we wanted. We walked out with what we we looking for at a reasonable price.As for the COVID precautions, ON SPOT! Felt very safe at all times.Paperwork went smoothly. Went yesterday to get the oil change and of course they called to say we needed to change the engine air filter and the cabin air filter so we said to go ahead and change them. Well when we went there, there was nothing I mean nothing wrong with the A/C but when leaving the next morning, I turned the blower up to full blast and there was a really loud noise coming from the A C so we called them and the guy who worked on it said, something may have fallen behind the filter. So he said, bring it back and Ill get it in to look at it.Well today I took it back and of course the guy who worked on it was off today so another guy took it back to check it out.He comes out and says, That wasnt the problem and it was probably a bearing going out in the blower.So now here we go, another appointment to mess up my day, and take it in to probably tell me its going to cost $200.00 to fix it.Im so sick of PC Ford even though we get free oil change. I may just skip taking it back on Friday just because I kinda know what they are going to say.

I brought my vehicle in Feb 23,2021 about 9am for an oil change and tire rotation and I asked them to also fix the back door that will not lock. At the end of the day about 5pm they called to tell me I could pick up my car but they had to order a part for the door. They called me to bring it in on March 10 at 9am I did and at the end of the day I was given the same story as before and told to wait for the call to bring it back by the 24 I get an email saying they closed the file on it. Of course I called them and was rold my tech would call back but didnt. So I called Ford Company the next day and suddenly I get a call from the tech and made an appointment for the 31. I brought it in and they give me a new story that the original tech is no longer there and they are unable to fix it because they need to start all over diagnosing it. I let them keep all the next day and still have to wait 5-7 business days to get part to fix it. I never waited 8 hours for an oil change before in my life. We will see if they actually get this done soon.Now with Melissa on the job things went much better. On April 10 2021 Melissa called and said she part is in and she would call back for appointment with loaner car. On Thursdat April 15 she called back and also had a loaner car. They managed to get it done quickly then. I brought it in at lunch time and got called saying it was done around 5. They really dont like to give out loaner cars. When my warranty ends so does my business at this dealership!

After buying nine vehicles at Palm Coast Ford, the most recent our two 2015 Mustangs, I can tell you from long term experience there are no better places to go for your new, used, or service needs for your vehicle needs. Here it is March 2018 and we still are Loyal Palm Coast Ford Customers! Adding more: My wife and I drove into Palm Coast Ford one day in 2006 with a Impala and a Silverado. We left with a 2005 Escape and a 2006 Focus. Now, ten vehicles later my Wife passed away June 18, 2018 and I had two beautiful Mustangs. I found a note written by my wife that read, Whichever of us is reading this sell the Mustangs and get yourself an SUV and go travel and see the people you have not seen for a long time. You do not need two cars and two insurance payments. I am now the proud owner of my brand new 2018 Ford Escape Titanium in that beautiful Pearl White metallic color my wife loved so much. You know maybe after I get all the traveling done there may be a Mustang GT in my Future? Well whatever I decide the people at Palm Coast Ford will get it done for me. God Bless you all!

Literally the Hogwarts of car dealerships. The sales manager is Dumbledore. These people work magic, care for you like family, and leave you blown away with the deal youve gotten. We use Palm Coast Ford for all of our oil changes and maintenance. We do not have Ford vehicles but they service most foreign cars and they are reasonably priced. Outstanding service department and detail department. The excellent customer service is why we will continue taking our cars to Palm Coast Ford.

Every time my wife brings her truck in here it take longer to service than they say and schedule. And her truck is a Ford! Shes always frustrated and I told her to take it elsewhere from here on! And she bought her service contract here instead of Daytona because it was closer and believed to be more convenient!! Which have proven to be more negative than positive!

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at Palm Coast Ford, and I have to say this was probably the best dealership experience Ive ever had. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicles. The financing was simple, straight forward and speedy. I was done with purchasing the vehicle before it was even finished in detail. I test drove, filled out paperwork, signed everything and was out the door with my new vehicle in less than 2 hrs! Ive never been a Ford guy, but the new Bronco caught my eye. We looked at the Auto Mall in Daytona but the sales tactics were high pressure and they had no inventory.I checked with our local Ford dealer Palm Coast Ford and they had a nice selection of Broncos in stock. I reached out through an internet lead and was contacted by Garrett Loughry. We said that we might drop in to look.Today we stopped by and met Garrett. We had an excellent sales experience. No pressure, Garrett was friendly and informative. Aside from asking me to keep all four wheels on the pavement around corners, our test drive was excellent going where we wanted to get a feel for the vehicle.We felt that the deal offered on our trade-in was fair and the price on the vehicle was fair and in line with the current market. We decided to purchase, and aside from being a long drawn out process of paperwork, (we bought a house in less time than it took to buy a car, but thats no different than any other dealer) the purchase process was smooth.Garrett took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle, to log us into the Ford App on our iPhones, and made sure that we were comfortable with the vehicle before we took final delivery.We enjoyed our purchase experience at Palm Coast Ford and hope to be a long time customer. This dealership is such a hit or miss dealership. I dont mind getting oil changes here, they are relatively inexpensive but they are terrible at diagnosing issues and certain prices are outrageous. I have a vibration issue and this dealership told me that is was my All-Terrain tires causing this issue when it clearly was not. I then wanted a transmission flush and filter change and they wanted over $525.00 for it! I replaced the fluid and filter myself and my vibration problem was solved! Completely unsatisfied with this dealership and I would never buy a vehicle here or expect any service more difficult than an oil change.

The service department is either lazy or deceptive. My wife brought her vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation, which the service advisor acknowledged. I even warned her ahead of time to check her tires to make sure they were in fact rotated. She received her vehicle back with an unusual quickness and checked her tires. Guess what, they were not rotated. The service advisor was notified and the vehicle was sent back for its tire rotation. Upon receiving her vehicle back again, it at least looked the like the tires were in a different spot. However, after I inspected the vehicle later, it looked like only one side of the cars tires were swapped. A front tire still remained on the front. Come on man!
