Amber is the reason for 5 star. I explained what I was trying to do with my hair, she listened, suggested and my hair turned out great. I had a smile from ear to ear and I would ask for her specifically she knows her products, I feel she genuinely wants to help.

I would love to start by saying this store is coming such a long way! The new store manager is just a handsome helping guy finally a guy about time. Keep up the good work and my hair looks AMAZING thank you. If any ladies need help please go to him he rocks.

Tonight I went into Sallys wanting to change up my hair color a little bit. One of the customer service reps is a hairdresser, so really knows what shes doing! I got excellent advice on which colors to use and even what developer to use! When going there for hair color, be sure to ask for the hairdresser! Cant remember her name...sorry!

Their prices were a bit expensive. They didnt have a wide enough variety of acrylic nail items such as the powder and monomer and everything was separate. Wasnt a huge fan of the fact that they had more of the dip kind than the other kind. One of the associates was a bit awkward but whatever. Nail polish was expensive.

All way have good customer service.
