SO PLEASED. REPEAT CUSTOMER WITH ANOTHER UPDATE w/photos of latest purchase. Thanks a bunch. It turned out great. I stole the shutter idea and the tile selection from one of your other customers.OLDER POSTGreat work, thanks to word of mouth where it finally came to me : To begin with, they were recommended by one of my friends whod used them, their family had previously recommended them to said employee, so now its time to pay it forward. Earlier this year I purchased both units of a duplex. When we were down to finally getting flooring, I just needed someone who could make it look good and BE RELIABLE. I described the colors that wed redone the property with. Brian one of the owners sent a few photos of product. I picked one and thats what we went w/throughout both units. We could not believe how wonderful it turned out. Beyond our expectations. Probably the best business experiences here in Florida.

When I entered the store I was not greeted for several minutes. The sales person was to busy on their phone. And the sales person never spoke to me again except to tell me where I could locate the floor tile. I found the tile all by myself. This place has no customer service and I would never hire them to do my master bathroom remodel.

Thank you Palm Coast Flooring, for your professionalism in helping us find the right flooring we wanted. It was a relaxed atmosphere, we picked out Italian porcelain, it was a great choice . I would also like to acknowledge your installers, for their craftsmanship . They were neat and cleaned up after the job was completed. I will highly recommend your company in the future.

I got great service and they helped me pick a very nice carpet in my price range. They did not try and upsell me a more expensive carpet. I really like the color and he discounted the carpet for my military service. I was very thankful and would consider them first when purchasing carpet. Do not be fooled by people that sell carpet by the foot and require you put down new padding or no warranty. Its a scam.

Recently had a large room tiled by this company. The staff was not only friendly and extremely helpful but also very patient as it took me forever to make up my mind and get started with the project. I could not be any happier with the finished result. Its beautiful! The installation went very smoothly. The installer was meticulous and very careful to leave everything spotless. I will be using this company again when I redo the kitchen and bathrooms.

Have used this company for many years. Was recommended to me by a friend who knew them through the TV station he works for when they did a job while designing a set. They have done carpet, laminate, tile in our familys many rental houses. Most recently, in my home they did a beautiful job with the wood floors. We are in SE Volusia and find it worth the drive to Flagler. They have earned our trust.

I am not sure. However, I would venture to say there are very few people who have to have their new floor laid twice in 2 weeks. I wanted a vinyl floor for a couple of reasons, I have two dogs, one of whom doesnt always make it out the door for his potty needs. Also, there is also the issue of water spills from their bowls as well as from doing dishes. I believed vinyl was both cost efficient and would hold up better than laminate. It also looked very nice in the store. The price quoted was $6000., not exactly pocket change for me but I was moving into another home where the flooring was old and dated. I got the call on the last day of the install saying the job was complete and I could come to see it and pay the other half of what I owed. When I got out of the car, the installer greeted me with the following, unfortunately vinyl shows a lot of flaws when you lay them over these types of floors. I now was a bit nervous but proceeded to enter my new home. I was shocked at what I saw! There were bumps, ripples, divits, lifting and a whole lot of horror on my part. I could barely speak. He said, Well, whoever sold you this floor probably recommended a special prep but you must have thought it was too expensive and refused it. I answered that no one said any such thing. I gave him the check for the remainder, reluctantly, but thats what the contract said I had signed and agreed to. When he drove off, I literally became hysterical crying. I didnt know how I could have paid that much money for such a disaster. I dreaded calling the store because one of the owners, Rob, is so rude and sarcastic, I just did not want to deal with him. However, the following day, I pulled myself together, made the call, but asked to speak to the other owner who was a bit more personable. I insisted he come out to see the floor that day which he did while taking pictures of every room. He said it would have to be replaced and offered me the vinyl click and lock which I agreed to. He said it was a much better product as well as more expensive but I wouldnt have to pay the difference. Although I was pleased with his decision, I was pretty overwhelmed by the thought of moving in while my floor was being put down. Long story short, the floor looked beautiful. The downside is that no one told me that if you slide anything over this floor, it will tear instantly and, unfortunately, wood fillers dont work on vinyl. I am an expert on them as I have tried different brands and different types of them to no avail. So, my experience with Palm Coast Flooring is one, as they say, for the books. However, unlike a good novel you cant put down, this story is one you hope you will never have to think about again. (Oh, except when you are looking at those $6000. slices in a beautiful, three month old floor that you havent even finished paying for yet).As a side note, I suggested to Robs brother that they build an office for Rob where he could handle the paperwork and ordering because he should never be allowed to deal with the public again. His attitude is almost scary. He doesnt look up when you enter the store and barely greets you when you approach. He acts like you are bothering him and he has better things to do. My bad for seeing the signs and looking the other way. Lesson learned, believe me. Stay Away! Stay Very Far Away!

So i have my own business as well as these people do.... so my girl called this company first and explain we import tiles and they would like to business with us. To see if they would like to see the tile we have in stock so maybe they would like to do business with us.... The gentlemen told her yes he would like to see what we have.... so today this morning she went there. There were two gentlemen that were there so she explain that she was told to come in. The guys looked and told her i dont want to see anything you have... She told them well someone told me to come and that you were interested.... he said again i dont want to see what you have..My thing as an owner. Dont be rude,or disrespect people... you should have a lil manner. Your a business man your so suppose to be nice and respectful to everyone... so next time dont treat people like there garbage. Also dont waste people time.Thank you

We are very disappointed with PC Flooring outlet. We purchased tile and had PCFO install the tile. The installer was disorganized, messy and did an awful job installing the tile. They chipped at least a box of tile. We called them back several times to replace chipped tiles and fix issues with the grout. We contacted Robert at PCFO to ask about tbe tile since the installer claimed that tbe tiles were chipped wben they were in the box. Robert stated that tbere is no issue with the tile and that we would contact tbe installer. We never heard back from Robert (this was the second time that we received no response from PCFO). We are continue to find chipped tiles and missing grout. We found the whole experience disappointing and un professional. We would not recommend PCFO or their installers.
