Great experience ordering from this location.. I went in and had no idea what I wanted to send and didnt know where to start... the guy at the counter was really helpful at showing me what my options are. I feel like I got an awesome arrangement and cookie platter sent to my friend to celebrate her new baby. Definitely a helpful gift for a new mom, my friend was SUPER stoked to get the delivery. She called me when she got the delivery and said the fruit was perfectly sweet and the cookies were soft and everything was easy to eat. Will definitely return to this location!

After ordering online. I will never again. They did not read the note to please make strawberries white chocolate. When calling they stated it was already made so they would see about changing it but no promises. Then arrived for curb side pick up. Waited. Then went inside and the man said I should have called. Then when I advised the cheesecake was supposed to have a fresh strawberry on top he asked if I wanted a strawberry. Everytime speaking with him he was rude and inconvenienced. Sorry I work to hard to tolerate that kind of service or lack there of. I walked out before ruining his day with his own way of speaking to people! I havent even opened the box yet. Clearly what I get is whatever they choose.

My former neighbors from Naples FL. sent this to us for our 46th Wedding Anniversary and it was inedible. The pot was nice theGrapes good the Pineapple so so the Strawberries sour the Melons INEDIBLE. I dont have the heart to tell them but I should so they could receive their money back. Ill think about it.

On Monday I thought I was placing an order with Edible Arrangements in Palm Coast and after a terrible experience, left a review that was not very nice. After it was brought to my attention that this location was not responsible for the disaster that was the imposter that somehow intercepted my initial order, I decided to try again. I place an order last night and I am very pleased with what was delivered today. I only wanted to give a “just because” arrangement to my family for being so supportive while I recover and Edible Arrangement came through! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful and delicious arrangement! I am so glad that you reached out and made me aware of the mistaken identity in my first review or I would have missed out on the real deal! Well done and I look forward to using you in the future!

Some family ordered an arrangement for my wife and I. When they came to deliver it we were not home so they left it with a neighbor. Why would you leave food with strangers how do you know these are good people, how do you know we are friendly with them, also why would you do this during covid outbreak? Very unprofessional and reckless who knows if they touched the food or messed with it in any way.You should refund the money for this

I have used edible arrangements for years and I am beyond dissapointed in the Palm Coast Edible Arrangements. Up in the rural hills of Pennsylvania they deliver the arrangements, no problem at all! No signature or anything! Its in a cool box and protected! Palm Coast edible arrangements did not inform me the first time that there had to be someone home to sign for the delivery. When I called back I asked if they could just leave it on the door step and they said yes! The next day they went to deliver and same thing no one was home. So they took it back to the store. I called again, and they said they cannot leave it because its fruit and chocolate and it would be infested with bugs and its hot in Florida okay I understand that but we also have bugs and heat in PA and it still gets delivered. From my understanding it seems that they are not in any protecting packaging. Anyway. After 3 days of back and forth calling I had to cancel my order. Im not happy and I will not be using edible arrangements any longer.

Just spoke with a rude man that answered the phone. I had to cancel some items on order and was planning to reorder more things on the website and wanted to reorder online. The man on the phone had an attitude problem and even sounded like he slammed the phone down and hung up so now I will never place an order here AGAIN!

Hi,I have ordered many times on a different city and I always had a great experience. On June 10, 2020 I placed an order for an arrangement about $150. When the delivery arrived the pineapple was too ripe and I ordered the large arrangement with many extras and received a fairly small bouquet. Not happy with the purchase, will not recommend. Not as described or expected. I also ordered the number 32 in pineapples covered with chocolate and the numbers were tiny, you could barely see them on the arrangement. The fruits were not fresh at all, very disappointed. I gave 1 star because you can’t give 0 stars.

Anyone ordering, put your own phone number down and not the recipient if you’re trying to surprise your loved one. Ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement to be delivered tomorrow and they actually called my Mother to make sure she would be home to receive it smh. Never had that happen with an Edible order before.

I posted a bad review after edible arrangements in Palm Coast did not get my order to my wife on her birthday . I basically told the whole story and how it happened and I wont go over that again but Im posting a new review and giving them 5 stars. They missed delivering on my wifes birthday which was upsetting but made up for it in tenfold. The day after my wifes birthday, they delivered first thing in the morning, that was nice but a day late and I was still very upset.But now 2 days after her birthday, she gets another delivery from edible arrangements with even more balloons, more fruit, more of everyrhing including an apology card! Even explained that her husband (me) did not forget her birthday and it was there fault and went on and on.Bravo!! Edible arrangements. Not only did you take responsibility of missing the date but also upping the anti and going above and beyond with even more fruit, balloons and so much more.You almost lost a long time customer, but instead you just gained a walking talking billboard, because I am going to tell everyone and anyone that will listen to only use edible arrangements and how amazing all of you are that work their!!!The delivery guy even made a point to talk to my wife and tell her how it was not her husbands fault and apologized over and over.You guys are amazing and I am sorry for the bad review. I already took it down :-)

I have used Edible Arrangements for several occasions. It has always been exactly what I needed. Once it was as a Thank-You to someone who assisted me in getting a great hotel deal for visiting family. Another time it was as food for guests visiting after a loved one had passed. The arrangements are so varied and versatile and DELICIOUS that they are appropriate and perfect for any occasion.

I received an arrangement as a gift from this store. First, the fruit was mediocre at best. The only I one I really liked was the pineapple half dipped in dark chocolate. I was disappointed in the quality of the fruit.What really upset me was the amount of single use plastic used in this arrangement. After eating the fruit I had a handful of long plastic sticks which each piece of fruit is placed on the end of one of these plastic sticks. This product is very environmentally damaging. Also, the vase it came in was stuffed with a plastic/styrofoam product to hold these sticks. I would never order this product as a gift because it is so environmentally unfriendly. I do not recommend this business.I again received an arrangement of fruit from this store. Not any better than last year. The pineapple was brown around the edges and the strawberries had no taste and where sour to boot. I feel bad to tell my friend who is kind to send this gift; but, after a second year of poor product from this company I am going to tell her what is going on with the quality of this stores product.

Terrible experience. When arrangement was ordered, it was asked of them to call first to make sure someone was home. The driver showed up and called from his car. We werent home. Driver told us that there were only 10 drivers and they do not read the notes. I picked up the order at the store and woman on the phone was talking to someone who had obviously experienced the same since she said that they would re-deliver but would not reimburse the delivery charge. Would never use this company again.

A delivery (gift) was scheduled to arrive at noon, arrived at condo building at 12:45. Delivery person called condo from lobby, we briefly spoke and I asked him to wait for elevator. He never called back and apparently left. It is 1:30 and never heard anything regarding an another delivery attempt.

This experience was seriously the worst!!!!!! Have you heard of their the Residential Policy???? Well, they give it to a neighbor to put in their refrigerator. THIS IS THE WORST IDEA! The neighbor got into the edible arrangement and my parents never received it on their 25th anniversary. I am seriously so upset with this facility and outraged with their policy. I will NEVER order from them again and I hope that everyone reads this review! For someone who works in guest services and hospitality, I have never been so disappointed.

This store was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I ordered an arrangement costing $100.00 and the attempted delivery was well after normal business hours. I didnt have any communication to alert me of this late attempted delivery. I called the next day after the scheduled delivery and the manager was not helpful and rude. I wont be using this store in the future. As I have ordered from other stores and have not had any problems.

I ordered my Christmas arrangement earlier then needed, as I received a call from this store for being a previous customer. I placed my order and paid by credit card. I specifically ordered/asked for the same arrangement I ordered the prior year with the same various chocolate dipped fruit. The lady who took the order informed me the arrangement would be exactly the same. She also told me, I I would receive, as a bonus, a box of 6 dipped apple slices for ordering early. I picked up the arrangement today. It was not what I ordered or paid for. Non of the fruit in the arrangement was dipped in chocolate as I requested. What they did was, sneakingly put the bonus apple slices I was to receive in a box in the arrangement. Non of the melon, pineapple as I specified to be dipped in chocolate was done ! I brought this to the attention of the lady at the desk. She was rude and abrupt telling me I was given the wrong information by the person taking the order and she would speak with them when she sees them. She did nothing to rectify the error, she didnt care. I will not order from this store again. Beware, you will not get what you pay for.

They place a large advertisement for 6 chocolate covered strawberries for 19.99 in the window of their store. When you ask for that, they tell you it is not available for valetines day and force you to but a box of 12 for 29.99 instead. Classic bait and switch.

I recently came in about a month not sure what I wanted.. ive never ordered from here before and I am sooo pleased with the manager what assisted me. I cannot remember her name tho and it sucks that I cannot remember, I told her what the occasion was and she helped me %100. My daughter liked her as well. she kept giving the manager hugs. its was hard getting her out of the store.. I will MOST defiantly coming back in 2 weeks for my husbands and I 14th year anniversary. my husband could not believe how WONDERFUL and fresh the fruit was. hes a fruit-a-holic so he knows his fruit. he was VERY pleased. thank u so much and I cannot wait to come back!
