Gentleman is very professional and keeps everything very clean. We have gone twice to have our fingerprinting done to be approved to be Foster parents.Both times we had appointmentsAnd both times were very quick and easy. There are many supplies to help with your business and shipping needs. Great little hidden gem.

The tall old white hair guy was rude as could be. I went in for a fingerprint check & photo. He told me to stand here and as I walked up asking him exactly where, he just took my picture without warning me. It was awful, mouth open, I was talking to him and looking away) and he refused to take a better picture, saying to talk to my company to reschedule another picture!!! I will never do business here again. I would suggest the state of Florida find another fingerprint company to do their background checks with. Sheesh.

He knows what hes doing. Gets you in and out quickly. Give him a chance. You can tell hes a smart guy and you never know what people are going through. He helped me before my appointment time and got me out of there before my appointment time would have even started.

I love this location. The gentleman does a great job with finding the best and most affordable option to ship my personal and business items. My wife loves that he offers affordable boxing options that are well over 50 percent less than what local competitors offer. Thank you!

The review that says rudest guy Ive ever dealt with nailed it. I assume the tall gray haired guy is the owner. I went here only because I was in the area. I got what I needed in terms of service, but I wont ever go back. Plenty of competitors in the vicinity, and I have no reason to give this guy any further business.

In defense of the owner of the store, David is a very quiet person and I give him a lot of credit for running this place. He used to have a girl named Val run it for a long time and we became very good friends and hung out a lot. She was very outgoing and didnt take garbage from the rude people that used to come in, but she moved. I witnessed many rude people come into Safe Ship when I used to sit and talk with Val for 1 hour and she used to put them in their place, but I cant see David being rude to customers. They probably start out rude to begin with and think that everyone they encounter is rude. Palm Coast is famous for rude customers and I would never want to own a business there. David only charges published shipping rates the same as everyone. Staples charges less if they are shipping some usps packages that happen to cost less than FedEx or UPS. It is the customers responsibility to know about customs fees when shipping to other countries. Come on this 2018! Ive been shipping here since 2004!

My son went to ship an item overseas and inquired the best way to send package, it cost around $100. Never was told there would be an import tax when arriving in UK. Was then charged another $61 pounds on top of that. If it was disclosed that there would of been another fee I would of never shipped it. Went back to store and person inside was no help and didnt even acknowledge that they should disclose possible fees to customers.

The man inside with white hair instantly scowled at me and my roommate before we even said hello to him and was a smart ass the second he did speak making my roommate go back to the car before cursed the guy out. The guy gave as little info as he could and it beyond surprises me they let him work out front. I told him thanks being polite and he mumbled something so I told him have a good day and he didn’t respond at all. If I could rate this 0/5 I would.

Rudest guy I’ve ever dealt with. I’ll never go back.

I called this place on Monday, July 15th. I asked the proprietor if they sold postage stamps. He said “yes.” I then asked if they charged more than the post office. He said, “No we don’t.”I went in to mail a package and buy stamps. He charged me 57.00 for 100 stamps. I commented on the price and he stated that the price went up in January.I left and went to post office. I stood in line just to ask them how much stamps are. The postal clerk told me 55 cents.So, this guy lied to me. He does charge more than the post office. He is closer to my home than the post office and the wait is always shorter, but I’ll go out of my way and stand in line before I give this liar another penny of my money. Totally dishonest.

The guy there is rude, unapproachable and just not a nice person. Anytime I’ve had to go in there he’s there and so unpleasant to be around. I found out there’s a free place (Bunnell government building) to get stuff notarized so don’t waste your $5 on his piss poor poor service.

Very rude on the phone when inquiring information about fingerprint services. Still didn’t get my questions answered guy was so quick to hang up the phone. Smh

Very poor customer service,,, the person is very RUDE ! I tried to ship small box by UPS and he wanted to charge me $26 ... went to STAPLES and paid for the same service $11.... he doesnt listen to you as a customer,,, way over priced

The guy that runs this store is absolutely appalling and RUDE!! He hangs up on you before you can ask any/all questions. You have an issue and he just hangs up on you!!! Like are you kidding me!? Hes done this to me several times in one day, my parents and our banker!Dont know how this place is still open with his lack of a personality and customer service!!! I just call to ask a question what will be price per 1 lb if we want to send package. Person was really rude and said I have to come in and process transaction. That makes no sense. Why I have to come in just ask for price.
