Poor service with no attempt at service recovery. One star because I was at least able to recover my money without issue (or an apology).

I bought a Bagel with Cream Cheese to find out that Cream Cheese was barely inside the Bagel.Is this the new Bagel, almost without Cream Cheese?Sorry but this is my last time at Dunkin Donut.

Just went in to get some ice cream, two simple cones. The service was kind of slow. The young people behind the counters seems to be more interested in joking around. Ice cream was disappointing. I think Ill go to Dairy Queen next time

Went to the Dunkin donuts and it was fantastic even though I went later in the day they still had alot of 🍩 choices 🥰🥰🥰!!!

Finally this place is back after it burned down. New building but same quality as the original. Had to complain a couple times already. Bagels hardly toasted or coffee that tasted burnt or like chemicals. Hit it miss most of the time.

When I arrived, the drive thru was packed! Even then, service was quick, staff was friendly and the coffee and ice cream was great!

Every time I go to get ice cream they’re always out of the product I desire. Parking lot packed, drivethru packed but always out of whatever it is I want. Frustrated!!!

I wish I can give it less! Ice cream was ordered didn’t have ANYTHING except 3flavors!!! Service was terrible and rude. Just don’t waste your money and time here go elsewhere for your ice cream cravings!!

Stood and waited while one person behind the counter saw me but didnt bother calling someone over. Then when I finally ordered and got my shake which I then drank as it all milk with some ice cream! If I didnt know better I wouldnt ever go back to a different one. This one never!

The ice cream is good but, beware they cant seem to get your order correct!! :( unfortunately this is the second time theyve gotten our order messed up. They seem to have a hard time with simple directions & Its very frustrating!

Been there 7 or 8 times since they reopened. They were out of hot fudge every time. Ordered a sundae that calls for hot fudge and they substitute caramel without saying anything. Will not be back for a long long time.

Quick service nice customer experience not including the food. I ordered a toasted everything bagel & asked them to toast it twice on both sides. But it was barely toasted & only on one side. I asked for a lot of butter & a lot of cream cheese on the side. Ive ordered from the same place before with the extra butter & extra cream cheese on it they did barely any. Then the worst part. They didnt toast it. They put the cream cheese on then the butter.... Which is why I decided to put it on myself. I had to ask for more butter and more cream cheese. Overall experience both times couldve been better.

Poor management, it is very frequent after they reopen, (new owner or new management) they dont have basic products. Like waffle cones, basic ice cream flavors, fudge, nuts, etc.It is annoying that they asked you to pull over instead of working on the order and allow the customer to get napkins or what ever they missed. Instead we have to park or go around again on line to get what is missing.

I went in for a bagel and sweet tea. Service was fantastic. Gary always has a smile and loves seeing his customers; so does the staff.

At drive-thru the staff is usually less-than-pleasant and always ask you to pull forward immediately after paying, even when no one is behind you in line. Then they bring out your ice cream without a bag or napkins but there’s usually some smeared on the outside of the cup. Waiting 9 minutes (after paying) for 2 quarts of fresh packed isn’t appreciated, especially when you pay right at $20 and it’s not fully filled. If the ice cream itself wasn’t good, they’d be out of business.

Love this place. Especially now that its rebuilt. Very new, clean, and love their coffee donuts and ice cream

The service was quick and and the cashier was patient with me while I was trying to find my coupons.

Bask in Robbins has become too expensive. The ice cream is good but the prices have made it too expensive to enjoy. I wish I could recommend it but I cannot.

The egg wraps smell like chemicals and we had to return them for donuts. DD does donuts well. However my daughter later asked for a cup of water and they had the audacity to try to charge her $ 0.27!!!

So its over priced tremendously. The ice cream isnt bad but 15 bucks for a 3 scoop sundae and a large milkshake is rough.

This place would be great if they had more normal flavors of ice cream but this shop does not
