Had a new watch band replaced on my Seiko watch. A day later the band popped off! Took it back, they repaired it with what they said was this is what we have; band popped off a second time. Would like to find a jeweler that repairs with the correct parts instead of what you have!!

My ring had been badly damaged in a car accident I was so happy you guys were able to fix it and even cleaned it up so its back to its original condition. I was even more impressed that it was done in no more than 20 minutes even though many customers were coming in and the owner was all alone. I had an excellent experience with Ocean Jewelry and Repair. I was recently widowed and seeking custom pendants/necklaces for each of my three teenage girls to help them remember their mother. The owner of the store, Pedro, was very friendly, engaging and considerate. He listened carefully to my ideas and made every effort to bring my fuzzy, abstract concepts into perfect focus. He only made suggestions to improve upon my ideas; he never pressured me to abandon or to change my ideas. Even when i decided to change the design pretty radically, after Pedro had already put in several hours into the first design, he simply redirected his efforts into accomplishing my newest vision, without complaint. The final concept was eventually honed into three gorgeous gold and precious stone pendant tributes to my wife. My daughters opened them on Christmas and they cried with joy. I couldn’t ask for a better reaction.Pedro was invaluable for his expertise on the precious stones, too. I was a complete amateur when I entered his shop. Now I feel educated on my stones. I have a much deeper appreciation of the factors that affect the beauty and value of gems. In addition to the wonderful personal service, Pedro was also able to compete with the much larger “drop shipment” companies on price, too.I received wonderful service from Pedro and his expert associate, Carol over the several weeks we collaborated on this. Unsatisfied with my experience. First I came to fix my necklaces and a bracelet. Jeweler forse me to clean it too, I told him Im good, I can clean it home, but he made me to agree to clean it there. Which was very pushy. Then in two weeks I got a call that its done, when I came to pick it up bracelet was not fixed and necklace was not soldiered, they just polished it.Then it took another week to have it fixed and finally they told me that there is very small area which can not be soldered on the necklace! I was at another Jeweler and they told this easy and fast to solder for $15 just..

We recently moved to Palm Coast and a watch my wife dearly loves stopped working. This had happened a couple years previous and it was the battery. I ran her watch up to Ocean Jewelry which is less than 2 miles from my house. Kayla was the young lady working the counter. She was very professional and stated it was probably the battery. I dropped it off and in less than an hour it was fixed with a new battery. They have a nice selection of jewelry and because of their great customer service they will be my go to choice when shopping for jewelry.

This jewelry store has earned my trust and all my future jewelry business. I have a watch that was passed down to me from a deceased relative that stopped working recently. I took it to a jeweler in Jacksonville and they told me the inner machinery needed to be replaced and it was going to cost $300. Peter replaced a jewel and replaced the things that hold the jewel in place on my wifes, Mothers Ring, soldered my wifes Wedding Band and reshaped, cleaned, polished both rings. An embarrassing mistake led me to give my fiancé the wrong ring size for my finger and my engagement ring was so big that I couldn’t wear it. On a Saturday, I brought my ring into Ocean Jewelry and I was so upset because I knew I’d have to leave it for sizing. The thought of parting with it was heartbreaking. Once I arrived and Peter looked at the ring, he explained that it was one of the most difficult settings to work with so it would probably be Monday or Tuesday before he could finish it. Hearing that made me even more sad because I was leaving to go out of town that afternoon and I knew I wouldn’t be back in town by Tuesday, which was going to make my wait even longer. Apparently, unbeknownst to me, Peter must have understood how much it meant to me to have my ring back because as I was packing the last bag into my car to leave town, my phone rang. His assistant called to tell me that he had dropped everything to just focus on my ring and he got it finished so I could swing by and pick it up if I hadn’t left town yet. As soon as I hung up the phone, tears were rolling down my face. My fiancé walked out, saw the tears, and thought that something terrible had happened. I explained to him that they were happy tears!!! Ocean Jewelry is the absolute best. My beautiful ring came out perfect and I’ll never forget how thoughtful they were. So so pleased with the finished product of this ring. It came out so beautiful it is exactly what I wanted and then some. I had an old family ring with two diamonds I didn’t know what to do with. Peter came up with a design and it was gorgeous we put a sapphire in the center and it’s all I dreamed of. I have a thing for yellow gold and I’m so happy I chose that for the setting. As a jeweler myself for over 40 years I can tell you that there is no better place to bring your jewelry for service, or have a special order done. Peter is a professional as well as a perfectionist, and has plenty of experience in the industry with top notch companies! He goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer, and most importantly, hes fair and honest. He has done many adjustments for me, and just recently set a 1.5 ct. diamond worth over $12,000, that I had no problem trusting him to take care of. Dont make a mistake by going to an incompetent, or inexperienced jeweler, this place is simply the best in the area!

Had a ring that my mother wore for 20 years, that needed repair as I was giving it as a gift to my 13 year old daughter for her birthday. Looked locally and found a few jewelers in palm coast. The other jewelry stores wanted to send it off to repair. I needed this ring asap. I took it to ocean jewelry & repair in palm coast and to my amazement the ring ring was finished on tine even though the owner had to make a bee line towards Miami for some sort of an emergency. I dont know. I will be continuing to use Peter for all my jewelry repair in the future and would highly recommend anyone try him out for fast friendly service.

Fantastic prices and friendly staff. We were able to get my fiances ring resized the same day at a great price. They even tested the settings in the ring and secured the lose ones. They polished and cleaned up the ring after they were done resizing, and it looked absolutely beautiful again.
