They were very patient and helpful, whether it was for the initial large order or one of my small follow-up orders. Peggy was always available and followed up - some of our items were delayed due to the global pandemic and she kept me posted. I like to support local small business over corporates any time I can, which is why I but any material I need for trim and door installations here. They got a sweet puppy there and a walk through the milling areas to collect various items is nostalgic for me. The quality of the molding is better than big box stores, better priming, cut and plastic wrapped in case of rain. Nice people, great product, local business... Itsa trifecta in my book

Nothing but problems from day 1, it appeared to be good quality until my door broke after less then a year later. They did fix it but it was a NIGHTMARE. I think 90% of the problem is Peggy and Jimmy. We are about to do another large project but will be taking our business elsewhere. Kim is the only reason our problem was corrected, Peggy literally told us we were not a priority and if the job was not fixed within an hour the tech would have to leave to go to another project.

This place is staffed with great people, and has an incredible selection of products at fair prices. Spoken highly of by many a carpenter in the area. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff. Nice to deal with professionals who know everything there is to know about all interior finish products. The quality is noticeably better than the big box stores and the price even blows them away.
