Very disappointed in dealing with the owner Susan . We had contacted her multiple times through email and on the phone. Each time it was like she never talked of heard of us. In our last conversation she told us to call her to let her know when we would deliver our furniture to her store and when we called her with a date and time, again, she didnt know about us and what we were consigning! We had to hire a mover to bring the furniture and pay quite a bit to get it there and then she tells us she never said she would take it and she couldnt take it anyway as her store was full!. Be very wary if you are dealing with this store!

Always have great items. I love to come and find the items that arent in our local shops.

Walking into Consigned Interiors is like walking into an upscale boutique. Prices are high, but most items are top quality and the ladies are all very helpful and pleasant.

The owner is amazing. She may be a little tough at times but they have been in business all this time for a reason. She is ready to make deals as well.

A friend of mine just bought a lot of furniture and I was asked to go help pick up and deliver and 3 of us went before they closed at 6 p.m. We were there at 4:30 p.m. and they had closed without so much as phone call to let us know. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Then they refused to deliver no charge to her home and is expecting one man to come and deliver this heavy furniture because Im not wasting my time again.

We drove here from New Smyrna Beach and it was so worth it. They have beautiful things and lots and lots of tropical/coastal furniture and accessories for the house. We will definitely be coming back to furnish our new house.Make sure when you turn in to the parking lot you look to the left and not the right and you will see the sign for Consigned Interiors. Great selection; however, the furniture seemed overpriced for used consignment furniture. I can get sets new for about the same price without the wear and tear. Had a terribly rude customer service experience as well.

I love this consignment shop! I have been consigning here since it opened several years ago. I like to change my decor often and this gives me the opportunity to make a little money on my old decor so it is not a total loss. The prices are fair and some of the pieces she sells are very unique. The split for consigning is very fair. Happy to see that Consigned Interiors is expanding into the building attached to them so we will have even more inventory to shop from.

Great quality furniture and decor. Owner and staff are wonderful to work with. Being in real estate I Highly recommend especially when updating or staging on a budget to sell a home much quicker .

The only place to sell your furniture and the only place to buy furniture. Sue is the hardest working person in Palm Coast. Incredibly honest, knowledgeable and timely with her checks to consignment customers. There is always something new in the store. If you see something you like, dont wait, you better get it, or it will be gone. She only has high quality furniture and lamps and artwork, unlike competitors who carry anything they can get their hands on just to fill their small stores. Sues store is huge, with lots of nooks and crannies to find hidden treasures. So glad we took a left and not a right when we pulled into the shopping plaza. She should call it Serendipity!!

Always find really nice things here. A very high end consignment store. Not a rotating garage sale. Full, so navigating the store is challenging but oh my, so many treasures.

This place has high end furniture in exceptional shape. Many items are brand new. If you dont want to spend the money or think they are overpriced, then go to Goodwill on Cypress. If you prefer a better quality, youre in the right place. The owner is very friendly, so I dont understand a comment otherwise. Being in Palm Coast,the meca of I want everything for nothing, mentality, go to Bunnell and buy your furnitue there. Go figure.

What a wonderful place...loved talking with the owner, so knowledgeable and friendly...she knew her extensive inventory which was very helpful! oh yes..we will be back!!!

I heard RAVE reviews about this place and decided to go in looking for furniture - upon entering (at 10:20ish am, they open at 10:00 am) no one greeted me. I walked around the store, pricing out couches, end tables, and the like for about 10-15 minutes. No one asked me if I needed help, no one asked what I was looking for. All employees were at the front. One was sitting at the desk against the wall, the rest were standing behind the counter. They were engaging with the trunk drivers. When I called to let the owner know of my complaint, she told me I wanted nothing but to cause problems, that it was only 10 and what did I expect, and that she had no complaints in 8 years so I was wrong, then I was hung up on. I have never been treated this way by any small business owner. This woman is rude. I would NEVER trust her with my furniture because I would never trust her with my business.

Very rude employees. Me and my children were literaly walking up to the door amd thw employee comes up to the door and Smirkly flips the open signed to close without saying a single word to us. And smiles like its funny. Somewhere I will never aoend my money or time. By the way Im African American of that says anything.

Not happy today..Bought one item..and when delivered..got another item..Not the right Loveseat that I originally picked out..Is it bait and switch??? i.e.: someone wanted the other matching Loveseat along with the one that i had purchased and feel I got the wrong one..Know the colors..I picked out the Loveseat in CELERY..Got an entirely different Loveseat..although in good condition in BEIGE...Did not get a chance toclosely examine the Loveseat as the delivery men were in and out in aninstant and it was a dark, gloomy day and dark in the house..Not until the men were gone did I realize that this is NOT the Loveseat that i ordered..It IS Beige..NOT celery color and entirely different piece..Hope the owner makes it right for me..Not cheap..I paid good money...
