We found our Cuban restaurant in Palm Coast! Coming from South Florida, where there are hundreds of Cuban restaurants to choose from, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Although not an extensive menu, it covers all the main dishes normally associated with Cuban cuisine. The staff is very friendly and helpful in selecting your dishes, if you need assistance. Oh, yes, the food tasted good, too.Glad to have found my Cuban restaurant away from home.

I entered the establishment at 5:15. The door showed they’re open until 6. I came right after getting out of work. As soon as I walked in someone turned off the “Open” sign.-1 star: no visible menu, I didn’t even place an order. I was given no options. They asked me if beans and rice were okay and started making a plate. I asked for plantains and for the price.-1 star: the service was not great. I was not acknowledged when I entered, and was not sure if customers were still being served. The price was not reasonable for the amount and quality of food.-1 star: the rice, beans, and pork were all cold while the plantains were piping hot. There was essentially no meat on the pork, all bones and fat.The positives: Food came out quickly, parking was easy, plantains tasted good and authentic.Maybe during peak business hours this place is a good eat, but I do not feel like I received quality service or food. I understand that establishments like this are usually only open until they run out of food. I would have preferred to be turned away for that reason.The similar restaurant in the same plaza “El Pollo Colorao” has much higher quality food and service.

Wouldn’t let us eat even tho they were open. Lady just said. No,no closed. Even tho it was 2 hours before they closed.

I dont understand how so many reviews of this place has so many stars. My honest opinion, this place can do way better. Me and my family had a meal and it tasted old, one of my family members told me there food was cold and my Cuban sandwich was a total disappointment one of the worst I had. This was some time in Jun 2021. I see their review ratings are high, with the little traffic this place has and the food being old Im suspicious on how it got this high rating. Personally I would keep away from this place.

Love their hot table food for take out at lunch. Always stop here when working close.

Horrible experience and I didnt even have a chance to eat their food. i have been trying to order from here for the past 2 months. it says they only do pick up orders which is fine. so since I havent gotten anybody on the phone i decided to drive over today because I got out of work early. so it says they are open till 8pm on the google site. I arrive at the place and on the door its 6pm!!!!!! can someone please explain to me how does this make sense and why havent they updated their time on google.

Food are delicious. One problem is getting hard time to order in English as were none Spanish speaking.

I must have gone on an off day, because this is the strangest Cuban sandwich I’ve ever had. A couple sprinkles of mustard, two slices of pickle, and American cheese. Not my idea of a great Cuban sandwich. Very disappointed. And the two women that were there were nowhere even close to friendly, so maybe the quality of the service and food just depends on who is working when you go.

The food is excellent. My wife is Cuban and it takes her right back to home. Weve been eating here for years and the service is always excellent and the food is always consistently fantastic. Ive got my whole family, who grew up in Miami, hooked on this place as well. Highly highly recommended!

We sat at the bar and got our drinks very fast. Then sat while the bartender ignored us. We then decided to leave instead of ordering. The bartender gave us a discount on our drinks but the whole experience was very disappointing.

Very disappointed when I had ordered cheesy bread sticks. I had forgotten to asked to add marinade sauce.

Came here on a Sunday at 3pm and the place is closed..but the website it says at 6pm......

Try the pork. You wont be sorry.

This place is amazing! We tried the cuban sandwich, beef empanadas, croquettes, cream cheese roll & the iced coffee. Everything was amazing. The atmosphere was so cool & everyone was super nice. Highly recommend everyone get the iced coffee with maple flavor, no milk, best coffee I’ve ever had.

This is a market with a restaurant attached to it. We had Cafe con leche, and a meal of yellow rice, black beans, yucca, and pork (I dont remember the name of the dish). Everything was delicious! The restaurant seems to open for dinner and have live music judging by the musical instruments in the center of the room. I hope to return when they have a live band playing.

The food was fresh, lots of vegetarian options, extremely friendly staff who treat you like family, and quick service. This place is a gem and deserves recognition for the great job that they do. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

My family and I walked in for the first time to look around the bakery section and the lady that was on shift seemed annoyed at our presence; asking if she could help us in the rudest tone. We felt unwelcome and quickly left. We wont be back.

This restaurant has amazing Cuban food. I am Cuban and very picky about my food and let me tell you, it was awesome. The service is incredible, they make you feel like you are eating at home. Very friendly owners and staff. If Im ever back in the area I will definitely visit them again. Extremely recommended.

Had rice and black beans and steak and onions dinner it was ok it just had to much vinegar . Also had the fried plantains and the dip was to much vinegar. Service was good but to much vinegar killed my mood dont know if i will go back or give them one more try its hard to get good food in Palm Coast I always got to travel to other places to get good food.

4 of us visited on Tuesday. Everything was excellent. Started with sweet plantains, chicken soup loaded with chicken, potatoes, corn. It was excellent. Dinner was Roja Vieja, Vaca Fritta, Cuban sandwich and shrimp scampi. I cant say enough about how good it all was. Finished up with rice pudding, guava pastry, and cappuccino. Again, everything was so good. Do yourself a favor and go. 👍👍👍👍👍

The Latino Market is a fantastic place to eat or buy Latin cusine. I mean authentic. My wife and I both have Cuban and Purerto Rican heritage so we know what were talking about. If you want tasty Spanish food. You found your place.

Rice and beans with chicken fo 8.99$. If u are Latino. U know this is way to expensive. No matter how good the food can be, 5.99 or 6.99 its ok. I cook every day and I know how much a pack of rice or a can of bean can cost, and chicken same way.

Oh. My. GOD! Was in town and was looking for some good Latin food (Im Puerto Rican so I KNOW good Latin food) and decided to stop in. Everything is AMAZING. Delicious, cheap, and great portions. Not to mention that the workers are so sweet - one even went so far as to teach my nephew how to play pool while we waited. And yes, I said pool because they have a pool table in the middle of the restaurant. I had tostones, Cuban bread with butter, steak and onions with black beans and rice.I wish I took a picture of the food but I devoured it the second it got here.
