Love a smaller hardware store. Employees go out of their way to help here unlike the big box stores

The people there are very rude especially if you’re deaf. Many deaf people need a little more patience and the employees there don’t have patienceseems like they don’t like their job

I felt like I was in a neighborhood Mom & Pop store from the 60s- not that things were outdated or anything like that, just that the one-on-one service I received is something I dont experience too often. The fellow took his time trying to help, and didnt stop trying until I got what I went for.
