Nice Store! We went in for a quick visit. Very spacious and they have a good selection. You cant go wrong with home goods. One of the best stores out there to find items for your home. Enjoy!

Although the packed shelves of this store can seem overwhelming or may remind you of a jumble sale, their great prices make the searching worthwhile. Able to find the best kitchen gadgets, Lodge cast iron and beautiful glass pump bottles here, as well as towels and bedding. Love also that gift cards are usable also at TJMaxx, etc.

Amazing collection of everything you need for the home and more. Incredibly helpful staff will help you find whatever you are looking for. Take your time because you will find exactly what you need and even what you didnt know know you needed

Best HomeGoods Ive ever been too! I used to travel out to this location before I ever lived in the Coachella Valley, as they always had the best inventory. Staff is super helpful and knowledgable about their items on the floor.

I shopped at the Home Goods in Palm Desert and it was very nice. My friend got some beautiful sofa pillows and I was able to find some kitchen items. They also have very nice dishes and linens. All in all very nice store and good value.

Glad Home Goods has reopened! Not sure who planned the traffic directions markings on the floor but they arent right! (Same issue at Burmuda Dunes store). In some areas you cant follow them and move through the store! So many people are shaking their head in confusion, apologizing and going whichever way they need regardless of signage. I will say that shoppers worked very hard to practice social distancing. And there are lots of bargains- you just have to get to them!

Wish I had more money and more space to buy everything in there to decorate my home.

Great deals and a large selection of items to choose from.

If you want quality brand name pet toys treats supplies etc.....go here. You can get 4 top tier brand name dog toys for the price of 1 at a big box store. A far better selection of USA made limited ingredient training treats for sooo much less. Plus all of the household storage and decorating and kitchen things.This is by far one of my favorite stores.

HomeGoods is a very nice and clean place to shop. The staff is very helpful and there is tons of quality items for a low price. Definitely recommend this place.

There were a few items I liked but the asiles were so narrow and the shelves stuffed, I saw two sets of breakable items smashed while customers tried to walk by them. We left. Not returning.

Its a great store but way, way too crowded with furniture, racks of stuff etc.. its very difficult to work your way around the store! Irritating when you have to wind your way around all the obstacles. They need to organize, clean and redo the inside of the store so its more spacious. Its a challenge to find anything!

The products and selections are not great. I live so far away that I couldn’t get back to return two items that had misleading packaging. The woman told me no returns, just store credit, even though she acknowledged the packaging was grossly misleading on both items. No manager, no explanations, no exceptions. Buyer beware

Basically anything you need for your house you can find there A lot of times at a discount price they have gorgeous Furniture area rugs lamps tables chairs dining room chairs all kinds of Linens and towels and placemats and holiday stuff for Thanksgiving and Halloween they even have a whole section with things for your pets pet beds dishes cat toys they have a lot of gourmet cooking products a whole wall of different utensils that you might want one whole section just of cutting boards and if youre looking for a mirror for one of your walls theyve got a very nice selection of different sizes and shapes for just about any kind of Decor or room

This store has an amazing selection. I drive one hour out of my way to shop here.Now the bad. I had a poor experience on March 11, 2018. I arrived at the store at 7:30 pm. It closes at 8 pm. The store manager, Mary Pruitt, does not know how to run this location to maximize sales and offer great customer satisfaction. Here is what happened:1. Every 5 minutes, beginning at 7:40 pm, she announced how many minutes later the store will be closed. Is that really necessary? It makes for a rushed shopping experience. Most other locations will let you know, in a friendly tone ten minutes before closing. I felt very rushed with these constant reminders.2. When I did take my purchases to the cashier, Mary looked puzzled and asked out loud, Its after 8 pm. Were closed. Do we have a cashier still open?. There was one cashier still open. I looked at my phone. It was 7:59 pm. I had to almost beg them to scan my items to check out. The cashier chimed in, Were open tomorrow morning if youd like to shop. Ms. Pruitt created a work atmosphere where they are not interested in helping out the needs of the customer. Other HomeGoods that I have been to were happy to help us check out3. Oh, the kicker? Its when the cashier asked me, Do you speak English?. As in, You dumb Asian, did you not know the store closes at 8 pm? Didnt you hear all the announcements?.4. To add to the experience, as I was walking out the store, Ms. Pruitt and her associate snickered and never did apologize. No apology that is until I called her the next day asking for her district managers phone number (Michael Robinson). I didnt accept her cheap apology.Im not sure if Ill still shop here if there is a manager like Mary running it.
