I used to come to this vision center because of their selection of frames. I decided to go out of my way to this store and... What a mistake. If I wanted to be interrogated I would commit a crime. Yes, I understand asking for symptoms because of COVID-19 but asking the same over and over but wording it differently is condescending. Vivian (?) was rude, zero personality and definitely shouldnt be working in customer service. After a full 5 minutes of questioning and followed by her barking out rules... I walked away. NEVER coming to this place again.

For some reason my vision insurance through Blue Shield does not come up online. When I called JC Penny they took the extra step and called Blue Shield to find out who held my vision insurance. Unfortunately it was not someone they were authorized to accept so she told me to call Wal-Mart because she was sure they accepted it. When I called Wal-Mart the gal said she couldnt find it online. I told her if she called Blue Shield customer service could verify I was insured. This gal refused to call, only repeating it was not online. I paid out-of-pocket and got kind and respectful service and a great review. Because someone was too lazy to make a call, I didnt get to use my insurance and Wal-Mart list my business forever. Now to go to Blue Shield and find out why my insurance isnt online.
