Not impressed. Should be called the small store. Very limited on sizing unless youre a xsmall or small. Did better at Macys.

Clean store lots of trendy clothes

I dont come to this store often but when I do I usually like to just look around. The staff seem approachable and friendly. I am always offered help if I need something even though I just like to look. Also, the store is kept neat and clean and the gowns look gorgeous but a little expensive. If there ever comes a day where Ill be going to a special event I will keep this store in mind.

So I havent been in Windsor in a really long time until recently. I went in with a couple of friends. We were greeted, everything was fine until we began to try on clothes. the fitting room attendant greeted my friend very nicely opened the door for her to try on cloths end of story. However I was the one who greeted the attendant there was no warm welcome for me, not only that but she literally counted and made a mental not of every single item i had. Mind you my friend was let right in, she was super rude and I thought wow shes rude. My friends noticed the treatment I received when I thought it was just me, news flash Im black my friends are not . so that explained a lot I guess. I was singled out b/c of my race and treated completely different than my non black friends. Although I spoke to management, they seemed to be friends so I doubt they said anything. Ive never had to deal with anything like that first hand, I was so angry I had tears in my eyes. But I handled it as I should b/c I didnt wanna now be the black girl with an attitude, when she already thought so very little of me. Ill never go there again.

Its a fun place to look around. Found a couple of great dresses for my daughter there and they were a super value!

Bought my girlfriend a dress here! really fits her right!

Clothes and dresses are ok but you are better off @ Macys or Nordstrom for the prices.

Taking two teen girls with Downs for their winter formal. The employees were ever so patient and helpful.

Dont return back phone calls or even pick up calls....
