I cant explain how happy I am with the service and explanations I received at Lucky Feet Palm Desert today. I feel as though I had tried everything under the sun to find comfort for my feet but then I met Cassandra at Lucky Feet. Her kindness and understanding plus knowledge of what I was experiencing just made me a customer for life!! Im currently wearing the shoes she helped me find and I feel like a new person. I dont know why I waited so long to visit Lucky Feet. I finally went in and got fitted with some insoles and Hokas that my feet have been thanking me for ever since. I received excellent customer service from Dana, who was very helpful. I will be back.

Excellent staff. These are very helpful people. My mom needed shoes to support her feet and she bought a pair that made her feet feel more supported and she was able to walk.

The manager, Dana, was exceptionally smart and professional while creating a fun and educational experience. The store is small but had options to choose from for my size 13-14 feet. I anticipating becoming a repeat customer.

It was serendipity that I drove right by this place when I first realized I was experiencing plantar fasciitis. I told Dana what I was experiencing and she was able to offer immediate relief with some sandals after my feet were scanned. This was definitely the best money spent.

I visited Lucky Feet today after 2 different people recommended the brand Hoka. I was greeted by Elizabeth who was very helpful for the start! Lucky Feet carries a good selection of the brand as well as others to try, I was surprised how great my feet felt after trying Hoka on. So much that I bought a pair as well as more supportive sandals.To say how much I loved the shoes, store, Elizabeth and the Manager Dana is an understatement, I called my husband immediately and told him how great these shoes are. He is on way to check them out now!So my feet are definitely the lucky ones! Thanks again ladies!

Since gyms have been closed, I have been walking on hard surfaces for 2 hours per day and my feet were getting very sore. Dana quickly evaluated my situation and suggested shoes with arch supports. I am happy with the service and (so far) the results.

Great place to get knowledge and for real fix your feet. I was not expecting to feel that good about spending $200. All I wanted was some cheap ($60 or less) pair of shoes and I walked out happy with what I needed, it just happened to cost over $200. Thank you Shawn

This place is great! They have a good selection of inserts for my pain caused by plantar fasciitis. Brianna’s customer service is amazing and she educates you on why its the best shoes or inserts for you. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and sweet. I will definitely be going back there.

Wonderful service by Steven who found me three good shoe styles that made my pain go away. We must have tried at least twelve styles but three were the best for my upcoming trip. Steven is a combination of knowledge and patience when it comes to finding the right shoes.I stepped on their foot analyzer and found the problem - high arch needed support in the mid foot so it would not collapse and cause pain.I will get all of my shoes at the Lucky Feet in Palm Desert from now on!!! Thank you Steven for being so thorough and careful. It is amazing - my foot were aching when I came in and I wore my new walking sandals all day with no more pain!!!!

My daughter and I shopped at the Palm Desert, CA store. Our salesperson was Ernest Sandez, who was very helpful and polite and met all of our needs. I bought a pair of sandals that ran out of stock last October and that style just came in 1.5 weeks before our visit. So naturally I bought a pair and Ernest was very helpful in trying to pick out a color. My daughter also bought 2 pairs of shoes. We will be back.

Im a tall guy and I tend to pronate when I run, so getting the right shoe & fit are really important. I used to do long distance running when I was younger, so I really appreciate a store and salespeople who are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure Im getting the best possible shoes.Walked in to just take a look, did not see any of the brands that I usually like, but one of the salespeople, Shawn, was very knowledgeable and we started talking about shoes and what I was looking for. That day I was looking for some walking shoes and tried on some Hokas, which was a brand I had never heard of before. OMG, my Hokas are now my favorite pair of shoes, they are super comfy and I love them! Theyve become my everyday shoe, I even wear them into the office!I also was introduced to the 361 brand and bought a pair that is a bit more athletic. Hokas are still my favorite but the 361s are a close second!

I went to the Lucky Feet store today. I met Ernest and explained what my foot problems were, specifically osteopenia in both feet. He measured my feet and brought out a pair of Aravon 2 velcro strap oxfords with an Aetrex insole, style L2200 memory foam. I tried 2 other different pairs of shoes, but the first pair he brought me was the pair I walked out with. I left at around 1:00 p.m., I got home around 5:00 p.m. and called him to tell him that the shoes feel great! This is the first time in a long time that I have come home and didnt feel like ripping my shoes off. I am amazed that he knew exactly what I needed. Thank you, Ernest. Ill be going back to see you. P. S. While I was in the store, Ernest was helping at least 2 other customers in the store and Ernest was calm and courteous at all times. So glad to see a mature person handle stress so well.

Beware of this place ! Went to my Podiatrist yesterday after buying and wearing shoes and arch supports from Lucky Feet shoes 10 days ago. My feet started swelling and the pain was unbearable. My Podiatrist told me the arch supports were the wrong size and my shoes were too narrow. He cast my foot and is creating custom orthotics for me with a pair of wide tennis shoes. Be careful they really pressure you to buy.

Ive been having severe back pain. So I had a few minutes between Drs. appointments and remembered seeing this shoe store. Thought, it couldnt hurt to stop in and see what they had to offer. I was greeted by two smiling faces Brianna & her assistant (sorry I dont remember her name). I told them I only had 20 min. and could they help with my pain level. Before long she had me in a shoe called The Beast w/ an insert. When I stood up it was like the pain melted away! Thank you so much Brianna, my feet truly did get lucky.
