Love my Palm Harbor store!They always accommodate me with everything I need.

Visited the Palm Harbor location like usual once every week or 2 for my supplies. Usually I have no problems and enjoy my shopping experience. Today Friday (our busy weekend days!) I was there before 9am, sign on locked door closed for inventory and will reopen at 11. My patience has already been worn thin due to an accident & traffic I just sat in...Went to 2 stores nearby (had to wait 15 min for one of those to open) then back at CosmoProf at 10:45. At 11:01 I stand at door, waiting for them to let me in, as at least 2 different employees walked by, ignoring me the whole time. I finally knock 11:04 & ask with my hands up if they’re going to open. NOPE! Still doing inventory, even tho I’ve been there twice, waited for 15+ min, & ignored after they were supposed to reopen already, I guess no one really cares about the customer, a courteous mention to me what’s going on would be appreciated while I’m right there instead of pretending like I’m INVISIBLE. Being that you hold the supplies I need for me to WORK & now I have to make other arrangements. Then I’m told they’re pulling a disclosure! I told you I wouldn’t be back and I’ll spend my small business money here on out elsewhere!

The staff at this store are amazing and they always go above and beyond to make sure each customer gets what they are looking for.Thank You for all that you do!!!

I went here today and the associate was more than helpful, giving us suggestions about upcoming products and directing us to everything we were looking for. I mentioned that I received a lotion for Christmas and the pump broke shortly after using it. She went in back and found an old tester bottle the same size and gave it to me. Way above and beyond. This associate is someone who loves her job and is an asset to her employer. Thanks to all.

I had a really awkward experience with the woman working the counter this morning. I am a Licensed Esthetician in the state of FL, and one of the perks of this is getting to shop at Cosmoprof. I had bought some bleach thinking I didnt have enough at home, but I didnt end up needing it so I went back to return it. The second I walked in today this woman looked me up and down and asked me to keep my return up at the front. I complied and she asked me right away if I had a receipt. I told her I did and she says good.... I walk to the back to grab hair color and I hear her going though the bag of my stuff... which was weird in my opinion with me not being up there but I didnt say anything. When I went up to do the exchange she was giving me a hard time about my membership and said im going to have to call this in in front of other people. No one picked up wherever she called. I had given her the correct phone # for my membership and she was saying my account did not exist. After about a few awkward minutes of me staring at her she says oh its working now.... I didnt even give her my phone number a second time?? And she had my receipt. She didnt even ask for my license which could have also helped verify the name on my receipt? She was super rude the whole time and it completely threw me off? Every time I go in everyone is always so polite but whoever was working this morning made me feel terrible about myself and completely unwelcome :(
